You can choose to follow several walking trails that in all are about 9 km long. The ground is fairly easy to walk on, but do wear good shoes, as it can be slippery in some places. The most surprising part are the animals that walk freely over the terrain. This is also a great place to walk your dog. The parking spots are limited, but there's enough space in the adjacent streets. The nature reserve is open 24/7.
