I just visited the store 15 min. before closing time and wasn't allowed by the security guard to go back to the washers&dryers section.There were other customers in this area,but of course it was much easier to intimidate me .When I told him that there are 13mins to closing time he replied that he should go home .I proceeded to the cash register ,paid and explained the situation to the teller.She didn't care much .Great way to treat your customers!!! I will not be buying the dryer I intended to due to the rude way and indifference with which I was treated.

I never in my life had to write such a bad review. I ordered something for cheaper on a different website this article I had also bought a day earlier in media markt but as you know you can return for 14 days I come back to the shop and go to the return desk the salesman looks to me like the biggest racist I have ever saw in my life first he gives me a comment than he refuses to refund me and speaks to me on such a rude way and he keeps looking to the women who was working next to him and laughs to her and to put the cherry on the top he calls the security guy to take me out. What kind of behaviour is this I never had a story with media markt and this is my first time but i know that many have experienced racism in this shop. So if you don’t want to get insulted don’t enter this shop. Also I think he couldn’t stand it that I am getting my money back, if you can’t stand people getting back money don’t work as a salesman.

Worst customer service. Racist workers and very Rude employees. Zero star. Strange policy. Can't take a loan at this shop if you don't speak French of Nederlands even if work and pay all the taxes in Belgium. I don't know if the Human rights apply in this shop. Overall it was a bad impression .

Interesting concept for a MediaMarkt. The store is located in the 2nd floor of the building (escalators and lifts). Inside is varies from the normal look and feel of MediaMarkt. You will find plenty of Euro Pallets with Goods on it. Prices are normal and standardised - as in all MediaMarkt.

I was in this store, wanted to ask some information, when I approached one of the staff in the vacuum sector and one of the Staff with eyeglasses and bold hair discriminating me because I spoke in English. Would not recommend English speaking consumer to shop in Mediamarkt.

I Bought a big tv 800 euro . I expected the tv to be delivered my frist floor. Instead droped outside the Door. I cant lift it. They returned to the store. What a bad service. Paid expensive 800€ euro.

I liked the old Mediamarkt more, this one feels awkward and the game section is confusing to see what games costs what amount, it also doesn't have any game discount bins like other mediamarkt stores which is dissapointing

Never buy in Mediamarkt . Buy it unless if you know it fits .I bought one wireless earbuds but falls easily from the ear , I went to change next day for the better one , but they don't do it once pack is opened . Stafs at client Service were rude , not friendly . Not buying anything anymore from Mediamarkt and never recommend anyone ! Better to buy from online shops like bol.com where they'll easily accept to change or even refund your money if you are not satisfied !

Since the Media Markt have moved to the Tower building on the Keyserlei in Antwerp, I can honestly say that the Customer service that I have received so far has been excellent. On Wednesday I ordered a new Fridge Combi from the OK' range. The price was good. It was delivered today. I was informed first via text as to what time the delivery time would be. and then the delivery men phoned me when they were on their way to my home. The men were quick, professional and efficient. They put my new fridge in it's place and took my old fridge away with speed and ease.

Absolutely useless client service and horrible delivery. I bought fridge on 20th November and received it only today. I've been calling and explaining the problem maybe hundred times and only today it is finally solved. Never again will buy anything from this shop

Every time I go there seems the service is getting worse and worse. Very unfriendly and racist people. I had over 500 euro of goods I wanted to buy. For example I wanted to buy USB C docking station and wanted to know if the device will fit. they refused to assist me and came with a lame excuse that the box was sealed, there was no showroom model and they showed zero effort to assist! At the end I only had just 2 products, at the cashier I told her how bad the service was! Her answer was "do want to pay 30 euro extra for guarantee?" I laughed as it was clearly they did not give a F! For me I will only order things online from now on as the service is way better with online shops and way cheaper. Actually I had the wrong impression at the beginning because in my country is bigger and with better displays but the mix cultures in Antwerp force to be more restricted so I understand the employees are doing their Best and I bought a expensive vacuum cleaner that when I arrive at home I noticed that was used, ofcourse I didn't want to go there again but they addressed the issue really fast with no problems, I buy a lot of products here and I will continue.

I have one problem about this place, there is no reception from any mobile operator for some reason. So you can't check the online prices 😀

The electronics reseller where super rude, arrogant and anti-immigrant people are working. I had multiple visits so far and experienced the same with different workers, even one older guy attempted to give me a lesson why I should learn Dutch for 15 minutes??? Just yesterday afternoon, someone else refused to help me with a super sharp and direct "No!" answer just in reply to my pretty polite "Sorry, can you please help me?" question and then picked another customer immediately. You well deserved this single star rating, if would be possible, I was about the give a big zero out of 5.

I go here to buy tripod for gsm end I find it. there is lift so if you go with buggie it's easy for you. the place it's not so big but it's good. the workers also friendly and help you find things that you looking for.

If i could give a zero, I would have! I bought a refrigerator, clearly stating that I also needed the lifting service since the elevator and stairs are too narrow for it to get to the second floor. Mediamarkt has successfully failed by leaving the refrigerator on the street and just asking sorry at the phone....Mediamarkt is exactly the place to buy if you want to be poorly treated and left stranded.
