One of the best place to shop for any kind of furniture or household equipment at a very reasonable price. They do provide home deliver at extra cost. Alao have a service of designing rooms and kitchen. Can also come to your home to fit the furniture but at an extra cost.

Good handicap parking, we went there just to get some lunch at the exit. Ordering machines are too high for wheelchair users, paper trays instead of a sturdy plastic one. Only 2 low tables that wheelchair users can use. Bins are impossible for us to use as they are too far back and you can't get to the other side as all the customers place their purchases there. The drink choice was only everything light or zero for adults, meanwhile there are sugary drinks for kids, why can't we just order a normal Coke. Staff not particularly friendly. On the good side the revolving door has a wheelchair button, hot dogs were decent as was the dessert. There could definitely be a lot of improvement in terms of accessibility, I'm willing to come in and show you the problems for people with a handicap.

Always great. I don’t know if I am very objective but I really love this company. I recommend you to create your wishlist on the web app before you go otherwise you might be like me and try to buy everything. The location of this ikea is not too bad especially if you are living une the south (bist, Edegem).

I feel like the store and especially the restaurant are overcrowded. It's difficult to navigate and I wish there was more access to hand sanitizer. The restaurant had a ridiculous line. Had to resort to the hot dog bar. The french fries were delicious. Free sauces and faster service downstairs, although uncomfy.

Lot of variety of furniture, kitchen utensils and more. Cost cater in all segments budget to luxury. Really good for starting a new home.

IKEA is getting more and more diversified in their offerings in recent time. I have not seen a lot of new home items even last year. However, I would recommend to provide some more space for their plant section with wider variety. One can also go to IKEA just to eat IKEA food. Big fan of their vegetarian hotdogs.

Easy to find everything, 18.30-19.00 on the weekdays is the best time to visit, as there’s not too many people. Vegan hotdog at their bistro is also delicious!

It's IKEA style and quality, speaking about products. Food is good, having the correct price. Big parking, but difficult to find a place. If you want to come here, plan to spend a minimum of one hour, because of too many people

I was happy with the quick returns for 10 items or less. If you do it online prior to going to the store, you receive confirmation with QR code with which returns are processed with priority.

Large Swedish home improvement store. The design of the store is arranged in such a way that it must go through all departments of the store. I liked a lot. There is a choice of cheap and expensive. It is impossible to pass by any useful small things. The queues, like in all Ikea, are long.

There is nothing impossible in IKEA, with it's immense variety of products and friendly staff, you can find whatever you want to buy. Easy to get by bus or car. You can even lunch there. Highly recommended even for window shopping

Bought a kitchen here, got a pretty big kitchen so came around 6.000€ with appliances. Now however, I payed for delivery in house (which is the expansive option) The delivery came and spoke only french. He said, in french something like "it's only for delivery at door" which I replied "no that's not right I payed for it." Then he became agitated and we discussed I called ikea and the firm but ofcourse ikea told me you paid for it and the firm said it isn't in their file. Because they where agitated they did it all a bit rougher then I liked. One week later I was installing the fridge and dishwasher. They where both damaged, I called and sent mails. "No worries we will replace and give you a new one", okay i thought. They came fridge was even worse then before , dishwasher had a system that was broken. So I installed the fridge since I needed it and asked for a partial refund on that since I couldn't wait and live without fridge. The dishwasher had they told me to call the manufacturer of the dishwasher, I called they said we can send over a repair main but will cost 200€+ so I declined, also said contact ikea. Again ping pong contacting, finally ikea made an order for a new piece, it would take 10 workdays before it got here. At around 5 workdays, I called ikea to confirm because I didn't receive an email/ tracking. They confirmed everything was okey and they could see the order. Work day 11 I called ikea since I didn't receive it, ikea told me they didn't see an order all of a sudden... So we waited for nothing, the cal guy told me he could order it (again) but i didn't wanna wait another 2 weeks for nothing. So I asked for another replacement of the machine. (Delivery around 3 workdays) It arrived the machine now was working, and he all parts, a small dent, but at this point I was glad I finnaly got something functional. At this point I also just wanted this to finish since it was more then enough extra hassle. So in short: - delivery is really bad. - kitchen quality okay. - took a while to assemble everything (as expected) Foto's of the kitchen included for scale and price reference. Don't mind the trash.

It was great, received spare parts for Free. Had to remake a bit to fit the drawers. Thank you.

Store with a big variety of furniture, kitchen utensils and more. Certain things u can design how u like it. Also after shopping there have a nice restaurant where u can eat for a low price. They have also many vegetarian and vegan options for people who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. Only negative point the furniture is getting really expensive.

Great shop with good restaurant. Accessibility from the city is a problem. Too far and almost no public transport.

Great selection. It's nice they rearrange their store displays once in a while, it gives people that visit regelar more inspiration and attrackts a broader set of customers.

Got given the completely wrong order, went back, they didn’t have the correct stuff in stock, but said I could skip the line when I came back. Came back 2 days later, was told to wait in line (1.5h queue), and when I got to the customer service, they told me it was still not in stock. After 6 hours of waiting and driving back 4 times, I still do not have my full order. Actually incredible how bad the customer service is.

I was at IKEA today, there were a lot of people, there were long queues at the checkout. Because of the fuss, I constantly forgot something and I was at the checkout 3 times. But thanks to “Scan and go”, it went through immediately and without waiting in line. Big Thanks!

Always nice to visit Ikea and eat a bite at the restaurant ! The restaurant is mostly packed! And the waiting line is often too long.. but ok, the food is unexpensive and acceptable.

Good display and collection of furniture and home items. I'm sure most of us know that we have to go through everything even if we want to get one thing😉. There are good items at a good price, look for it.

Visit on a weekday, so not to busy and no cueing to get in.Big parking lot.Helpfull staff.One weird thing, you can only get Coca Cola Zero, not plain Coke ..weird decision.

home products at very good prices. a bit complicated to get the chosen items, but I saw how it works on Youtube and I understood the dynamics. for those who have never been to Ikea, you need to see on the label where the item is (in which session), annotate it and look it up later. On the first floor you cannot take the cart and most are only exposed on the first floor, you need to pick them up later on the ground floor, as instructed on the labels (Located on the red part of the tag) . I will be back for sure

Ikea what more to say, good food and furnitures. Only waiting queue on order pickup can really tick. We had a waiting time of 1hour12min on a pickup.

U know what u got here. Best market for the price. They have some decent staff there as well u just need to pay more.
