By far the worse customer service. How is it possible you can online speak to the online sales and have to wait at the mercy of the brick and mortar store which usually responds once every week (if you're lucky). And this literally happened with 3 different product purchases and 3 different times. I'm at lost of words..

Worst online pick up service, half hour waiting on the line, there is one guy just came and cut all the line, the blond hair female staff just let him go first without asking who came first. I told them i was in the line first, and the blond hair staff attitude was very bad saying that she didn’t see me, and i was clearly standing in front of her, she continued attending the cut-line-guy even when i told her that i came first, such a rude staff. Next time i will chose other brand than media markt for online buying service.

The guy selling samsung televisions at this store, with the name" rover "is an excellent guy and he knows what he is talking about! He gave us some great advice and was very kind during all the explanation he did to us! Keep it up 🙏

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and clearly anti-immigrant employees. I went to buy an air purifier that I saw online. I told the sales woman my Dutch wasn’t that good, and she refused to speak English or even speak more slowly in Dutch when I asked. I did my best to clearly tell her in Dutch that I just wanted this model and I didn’t have any questions. The sale woman proceeds to ask me very complicated questions in Dutch about how big the room was, why I needed the air purifier, and if I knew this was only to purify the air and not a humidifier. It was clear the sale woman was trying to quiz me in Dutch for her amusement (again she refused to speak more slowly). Apparently I failed her tests, because the sales woman gave me a 5 minute lecture (in perfect English) that I should speak better Dutch, practice more and take more classes to learn. She then tells me how when she goes to France she tries to speak French to connect with the people. Again, I just wanted the air purifier from the back which I asked for several times at this point. She asked me what my native language was (which was none of her business) and completely unprofessional. At this point I didn’t even want the stupid air purifier. The store was super busy and this woman wasted time and also went out of her way to embarrass me and make me feel stupid when she could have been helping other customers. I will never step foot in the store again. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, would not recommend shopping at this location if you’re learning Dutch and still not fully confident as these employees ar not accommodating and also think it’s their job to ridicule and degrade people who are immigrants.

Stayed very long on the line "Kassa". Out of possible 8 Kassa, only one was open for the time we were there. We needed to wait too long before it was our turn. Poor service. But the lady that attended to us was very friendly and give enough information of options about garantie.

The security near the door always smells like they bathe in awful cologne. Always stare you down like you're about to rob the place blind as well. Thank you for persistently making my shopping experience uncomfortable from the get-go? Older dude advertising the giftcards/bongo is nice as hell though. Also this place is always unpleasantly busy.

Poorly organised service. Every time I’ve visited, I wait min. 30mins to be served. And that is even during the day on a weekday. There are a lot of employees walking around but not enough behind the cash and customer service. So much wasted time here.

Nice big shop with a great choice of products as you would expect. However they display the same HD movie or game on EVERY Television ! Every TV looks great if you do that, they should show a live TV broadcast, it's the only way you can' tell apart the ones with good / bad picture. This is not just chance, they do it deliberately to fool you !

I had a bad experience with one of the employee. She spoke to me in a loud and agressive tone. Despite this problem I still bought 2 watches, but I will never go there again...some of your employees should be more friendly with the clients.

Friendly sales people, although they reserved the movies in the wrong format for me.... I've correctly ordered online, and expected a quick pickup, I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes on an online order that was paid for...
