Worst
customer
service
I’ve
ever
encountered
and
clearly
anti-immigrant
employees.
I
went
to
buy
an
air
purifier
that
I
saw
online.
I
told
the
sales
woman
my
Dutch
wasn’t
that
good,
and
she
refused
to
speak
English
or
even
speak
more
slowly
in
Dutch
when
I
asked.
I
did
my
best
to
clearly
tell
her
in
Dutch
that
I
just
wanted
this
model
and
I
didn’t
have
any
questions.
The
sale
woman
proceeds
to
ask
me
very
complicated
questions
in
Dutch
about
how
big
the
room
was,
why
I
needed
the
air
purifier,
and
if
I
knew
this
was
only
to
purify
the
air
and
not
a
humidifier.
It
was
clear
the
sale
woman
was
trying
to
quiz
me
in
Dutch
for
her
amusement
(again
she
refused
to
speak
more
slowly).
Apparently
I
failed
her
tests,
because
the
sales
woman
gave
me
a
5
minute
lecture
(in
perfect
English)
that
I
should
speak
better
Dutch,
practice
more
and
take
more
classes
to
learn.
She
then
tells
me
how
when
she
goes
to
France
she
tries
to
speak
French
to
connect
with
the
people.
Again,
I
just
wanted
the
air
purifier
from
the
back
which
I
asked
for
several
times
at
this
point.
She
asked
me
what
my
native
language
was
(which
was
none
of
her
business)
and
completely
unprofessional.
At
this
point
I
didn’t
even
want
the
stupid
air
purifier.
The
store
was
super
busy
and
this
woman
wasted
time
and
also
went
out
of
her
way
to
embarrass
me
and
make
me
feel
stupid
when
she
could
have
been
helping
other
customers.
I
will
never
step
foot
in
the
store
again.
Worst
shopping
experience
I’ve
ever
had,
would
not
recommend
shopping
at
this
location
if
you’re
learning
Dutch
and
still
not
fully
confident
as
these
employees
ar
not
accommodating
and
also
think
it’s
their
job
to
ridicule
and
degrade
people
who
are
immigrants.
