    Terrible service! I ordered a washing machine on 12 August, 1 delivery was cancelled by the delivery team because they couldn't find a parking spot, no alternative was offered. When we rescheduled it, the second team didn't want to complete the delivery either, but I managed to convince them to at least get it to the building (they dropped the washing machine off at the lift and I had to take it over from there). When we unpacked it, we discovered that the washing machine is damaged. So, we went back to the store where the customer service representative assured us we would be contacted within 3 days. We were not. We tried to schedule a return via email, but their customer service representatives just keep ignoring what we say and suggest times that don't work for us. We scheduled another delivery for today (6 September) via their online system, which was yet again canceled by their drivers without any warning this time. Their online system doesn't show any available delivery slots.

    I was very happy with the help I got at Coolblue for my purchase! I bought a product from Apple, of which the representative had already helped me in the past a lot, and who really knows what he talks about. It was my first buy from Coolblue, and I’m definitely going there again!

    Cool blue, yo, you guys expanding xD. Good on you guys. Last time I was by your office it was rather small, good to see you thriving. Your employees seemed in good spirits too :). Nice queing system. Had time to get a coffee and a smoke, you might wanna invest in a thingy to cover against the rain just a bit outside if your store. Or maybe a smokers corner? Anyway, love cool blue. From all the other blues I know, e.g. blue(s) brothers, cool blue, are the coolest :).

    Cool Blue is the best service company of our day for anything that has to do with general appliances in an average household. It is refreshing to see that they are succeeding in making all their personnel uphold their slogan "everything for a smile". Also the website experience, the price-quality analyses and transparent and reliable personal scores of the products add to an absolutely fabulous customer experience, which is more than welcome in times of cynicism from many larger companies.

    Excellent service. Staff is very friendly. Departments are very well structured. We bought a smartwatch on Saturday and paid by ecocheque in the store. It was delivered on Sunday to our house. Great job!

    I want to change my review because the manager present today in store gave me a different treatment than the one present few days ago. Small note: I had the worse experience with the previous manager who seemed completely uncaring of the situation that I was in, caused by their mistake in the first place. But today the sweet woman who helped me, the manager, showed the very foundation of customer care: empathy and readiness to problem solving along with the real desire of making feel the customer valued (opposite to what I felt few days ago in the same store with a different manager). I think that would be important to give a sense of consistency to the customer, like every experience should be like the one I had today. Indeed the person I had in front of me today made me feel safe and gave me a sense of trust in this store (isn’t the blue they pick for the branding also a visual tool to communicate trust?), and people working there should be the representation of this, contrary to what I experienced instead few days ago. I will be coming back thanks to the manager I met today, I hope coolblue will train everyone in the store to be as professional as her.

    Good service, it would make it easier for me if I could go through the products myself instead of asking for everything but I guess this makes the job way easier for the staff. We were helped very well and will definitely come back when we need something else.

    I recently brought a smartphone in (still in warranty) for repair. A few weeks later, Coolblue sent me the smartphone back saying the defective parts were replaced but the problem (smartphone not charging) is still there. The phone was not repaired. Very poor customer service.

    When I go there for the first time it was a little bit strange for me because you need to get a number first. Even if you only want to ask something. But then I found it really organised and helpfull. Because you can be sure that you will find all the responses that you look for. Also the team is sooo kind, friendly, helpfull and they're really experts on their interest. One more thing, I bought something but it was out of stock for that day. And they offer to send it to my house for free, even on sunday! That was really nice and good. We need that type of quality!
