This is a new branch and it's very well located in the old city center. The shop is large and has its own brand as well as all the famous ones. You can find fresh produce, fruits, meats, poultry, bread, pastries etc. The isles are spacious enough to keep your distance. It is kept immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. There are self-service cash registers as well as manual ones.

The only advantage this store has is its location. Not much options. Not especially cheap

I’ve never felt so humiliated as today in albert Heijn from groen plaats ! I’m waiting in my line to the kassa and when I had to put my groceries on the band so the cashier could scan it , a dark man BEHIND me pushes me and starts arranging his own groceries… I said that I’m the first so it’s my turn and he starts yelling at me , and the cashier gives him right just because he had the same color as her … zero respect for costumers , but just be human and respect me as a woman and as a citizen… i will never return to their shop ! I’ve been feeling unsafe ! They should choose they employees more wisely!

No service, they don't have most items , and do not comply with AH folder , so prices are different.

Should increase employees to keep the items organised most of the shelves have mixed items and there aren’t much employees to fix

the place is great, but not the best with security against clients, they r so evident, u can t presume than someone was stolen something so easyly

Too crowded and they keep placing vegan signs on all vegetarian options. This is double as frustrating especially since this specific store has the smallest assortiment of vegan products of all AH stores.

If you want something really cheaper, I recommend you try here. 😉

Be careful for pick pocketers during busy hours specially at the customer service area they pretend talking on their mobile but what they're doing is recording you entering your pin Number and then a second person will follow you and try to steal your wallet.. Using a phone while in line at the customer service or in line to pay should not be allowed is very unsafe if Paying with card cover the pad since all the card readers are easily viewed from many angels and entering your pin number can easily be seen too...

Nice supermarket in the groenplaats Square. Mostly busy all the time

Really good place for grocery shopping. Variety of product that they have in store is impressive and the cost is also reasonable. Very much recommended.

A middle sized supermarket in the centre of the city. They have a good selection of products and offer promotions every week. The only downside is that they only have one cash register aside from the self-scan

Very busy & difficult to manoeuvre around at this time (Sunday around 11:30) as shelves are being stocked. Find the staff VERY young & unhelpful - ask if something is stocked & the usual reply is "no idea, ask my colleague" as they continue to chat amongst themselves or walk away🤷‍♀️ - not the best CS training! I suggest shopping in the week if you can.

Like its other branches, it offers a nice and wide selection, and it's the place I prefer to shop in general.

Handy supermarket in the town centre not to expensive. Great place if you need only a few things not for big shop

Bit unusual location, entrance feels a bit unsafe due to stairs, small sidewalk, road combo. But am a huge fan of self checkout posts which allow me to hop in and out fast without having to wait in line.

The prices were wrong on the cash register than displayed in the store, because they were on discount. Once I said to the cashier: the prices are wrong, they are on discount. I just got an harsh answer: that's the price. I said, well they are on discount as the price tag said! Answer: that's the price, do you take it or not? Thanks for this bad service! Never again.
