The first Stupa was built by soldiers, and when I visited, I witnessed a truly awe-inspiring sight. Located approximately 1 km from Sri Maha Bodhi, there is no entrance fee or ticket required. 🕊️🛕 This beautiful religious pagoda serves as a poignant reminder of the fallen army soldiers during the Sri Lankan War. It's a touching tribute crafted by the Army Corps. 🇱🇰🙏 The site offers ample parking spaces and a serene, charming ambiance. Even during holidays, it remains pleasantly peaceful and uncrowded. 🚗👌 Aside from the Stupa, what fascinated me the most was the presence of Buddha statues representing all Buddhas. Each Buddha's statue stands alongside the sacred tree, which helps them achieve nirvana. What's extraordinary is that it's a real planted tree of the sacred tree! 🌳🌟 This place holds a special and tranquil charm, making it a must-visit destination. The combination of the magnificent Stupa and the sacred tree garden creates an unforgettable experience. 🏰🌿 If you found this review helpful, please consider marking it as such to encourage more elaborative reviews. 🙏😊

It's an amazing and beautiful religion pagoda who made by Army Crops to remember the dead army soldiers during Srilankan War. There is no waiting time during weekdays but weekend it's some busy in there. There is no ticket to buy and it's entrance free. This pagoda is simillar to the Ruwanweli Maha Seya. This new build pagoda is situated near to the Sri Maha Bodhi road so if you willing to go to visit Sri Maha Bodhi you can easily go and worship there. This opens 6 a.m and close 10 p.m.

The largest Dagaba, built after 1400 years, is a must-see. This is the place to go if you want to fully understand the wonder of building technology in the past history without a single machinery. Because even in today's with advanced heavy machinery, if it takes so long and difficult to create this type of creation. If that so, imagine How sacrifices have been made in the past to make a thousand such designs.

What an impressive place to visit. You'll already see this from a far distance, but standing right in front of it makes it even better. Also seeing the progress of Buddha's story being engraved into stone was very interesting. If you get the chance to talk to the people about it I recommend it!

This is the largest dagoba built in Sri Lanka after the construction of the Jethavanaramaya in Anuradhapura by King Mahasen in AD 301.
