Very clean and good place..Also very easy to reach. Excellent service..Good Family with good hearts.Owner is really nice too. The Chicken fried rice was delicious. "Kamu Machan" i recommend to foreigners as well. If you go to see Anuradhapura ruins, do not miss this place to take your foods.

Multiple hopper options. Cheese hoppers, milk hoppers, egg hoppers. Chilli paste is exceptional. Service levels are super.

If you want to eat like a local, this is the spot! My family and I enjoyed vegetable kottu, hoppers, chicken fried rice, and the most delicious milk tea. The chef was very kind and made my father in-law’s dish according to his dietary needs being that he’s older and has kidney issues. The location offers supreme views of the sunset. The food is cooked to perfection. Very fresh and packed with flavor. It’s essentially Sri Lankan home cooked food presented in an outdoor dining space.

Really good place. Nice food and nice people. They gave us coconut hoppers to try :) Delicious! I can recommend…

Went on a family trip to Anuradhapura and stopped at Kamu Machan for dinner. It is a small and humble restaurant but the BEST hoppers and kottu I’ve had on my entire trip to Sri Lanka. My dad randomly still brings up how good the food was at this spot. I ate so fast I forgot to take pictures. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.
