The rooms were more like inside an office. The bathroom and washroom needs to be cleaned before guests arrive. The rest was absolutely great and would recommend this place for a good stay.

Excellent beds and bed linen 100% cotton. Clean room. Tranquil surrounds. We checked in at late night and security was very prompt to open gates. Hotel staff accompanied us to room within minutes. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to check in again

Rooms are clean and comfortable, located on the main road close to Thisa tank. Parking is available, staff is friendly, and foods are tasty. A calm and comfortable environment is there.

Good and calm place to stay. Environment was nice and staff also very friendly and supportive. Rooms were clean but lack of some necessary items. Wash rooms only comes with soap and towels. They only have few meal choices and not recommended to go with english breakfast. Better to go with sri lankan meal plans.

It is situated a bit far from the main attractions of Anuradhapura. A double room is priced at Rs. 4000 on a room-only basis, and a triple room is priced at Rs. 5000 on the same basis. The staff is friendly, and there's an awesome pool in a calm and cool environment. On the downside, the floor of the room was not very clean. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, and the TV was not working properly. Card payments are accepted here.

First of all, the staff were excellent as they were warm and helpful. The breakfast was superb and filling that I didn’t need to eat anything else for the next 8 hours. The only cons about the hotel are the bathroom door doesn’t have a stopper so you can’t keep the door open. Plus they only provide soaps so you need to bring your own shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel.

A very nice place with a well supporting staff, a place which is recommendable to others also bcz its well maintained and very clean, spacious of-course. Thank you Gamodh Citadel for making our stay a memorable one, enjoyed a lot & we will definitely visit again.

Beautiful Eco Lodge with great amenities and facilities. Rooms and amenities are good. The outdoor areas of the hotel are so serene and peaceful, perfect for nature lovers. Special thanks to Mr Sanjeewa (GM). The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was really good.

Very Bad Experience, Rooms were not cleaned, not worth for money. Had a very bad experience with hotel manager (Priyantha) and support staff. They were demanding extra money during check-out putting unacceptable things in front. Agreed rate before check-in but at checkout asking for more money...! so if you are planning to book this place pls think twice. there are much better places around Anuradhapura for reasonable price with much better facilitates compared to this place ..!

Exceptional - We first visited this hotel back in 2020. We decided that we wanted to go back. When we arrived, we were met and greeted by the reception staff. We were given a refreshing Ambarella drink which was welcomed. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Air-con was needed as we arrived in the rainy season which meant humidity. The food was amazing, they have served on buffet. Every single member of staff has been amazing, well trained staff. There was better discipline, attitude and high service level than last visit. We will definitely come back again. Thanks you guys....
