This is a good place to have a meal and have accommodation when you travel to Jaffna or Anuradapura. We had a delicious dinner recently. Food was well prepared, and also well offered and also delicious. Customer care is pretty good. They care about it. Place is well maintained. Also the freedom is there to walk around without interfering or disturbance. Big space available here for parking. Wheelchair accessible entrance available too. No wheelchair accessible parking available though.

Terrible Hotel , Dont stay anyone here , Poor service , We requested triple room but they gave us twin room. Also rooms were not clean.not value for money. This hotel rooms like "Mudukku Rooms" . Its better you stay in the road instead of this hotel. Dont waste your money. They wasted our time and money.

Horrible hotel! Pathetic service. The attitude of the staff is appalling. They promised us a buffet breakfast and finally provided us with a meagre plate of food that also in a way as if we are beggars. The state of the room is shabby. The carpet is in a bad state, the WC leaks. For the amount this hotel charges, I can't believe the kind of service they render!! The one star that I give here is for the only peaceful 20 minutes I had in my stay which was the foot massage. Stay anywhere but here.

Not bad for functions like weddings and parties.. But food is not so great sometime. Venue is great for photoshoots. Swimming pool and the restaurant also perform well, prices are moderate with no special dishes.

Our experience here was not very good. The rooms (we had one of the cabins) look nice and the bed was comfy but the room was not clean at all, especially the bathroom. There was no hot water when we were there probably due to a power shutdown that occurred for most of the afternoon. The restaurant food was ok but much was not available due to an ongoing wedding. There was a lot of noise from a neighboring place till 1 am. Staff was very nice especially the guy running the restaurant. The pool was ok but not very clean either. All in all 2 stars at best and only recommended for a short overnight.

its very sad to say that the person who was incharg of dinning out was so rough and he did not even greet us in the evening..and did not respect us. i will never recommend this hotel to any one because there are many nice places in anuradhapura than this. they should know how to serve there customers. anyone in the staff didnt gave a single smile to us.

This was a really good experience. We stayed one night for a B&B at this place. The rooms were really spacious and the bathroom too. There was nothing to complain about the rooms except the strong cinnamon smell (This issue is entirely personal, if you enjoy the cinnamon smell there is nothing to worry about) in the room. The breakfast was really good. Even though they had limited choices the food was really good we really enjoyed the meal. We had string hoppers and pol rotti, they had like five curries with them. After the main course there was a fruit platter and muffins which we really enjoyed. Have to give the mango smoothie a 10/10. The staff was really friendly and humble and they were willing to help in every way. Overall this was a really nice experience and it is worth giving a try.

I would say the place is okay for the amount they charge. I did not like the food and thought it was too expensive for what we got. Facility wise things were okay and surrounding was beautiful.

Really nice place to stay in anuradhapura and its near to ancient city of Anuradhapura. You can reach aincient city within 15 minutes and 30 minutes for the Mihinthalawa. Hotel located in Anuradhapura Jaffna main road and there is nice outdoor garden and padyfield around the Hotel. Recommend to all for this location.

There ist no usable Gym nor the advertised Whirlpool in June 2019. Neither any Bathrobe in the rooms. The 4 rooms WE had booked a year in advance Had NO View in the ricefields. In Front of the large windows are 6 Cottagehouses in about 2m distance. The Pool and the restaurant are very good. The hotel is in large areas in a building process.

I have been in this hotel about 20 days. I would like to thank the entire staff for there incredible, friendly, attentive and very respectful service. The rooms are in very good condition and bedding and bathroom linen were super clean. The lighting in the room is fairly good. . The environment is absolutely safe , clean and very conveniently located close to the city. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff especially the front desk and room service.
