I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room is very dirty. There are dead ants on the bed sheets. It seems they did not change the bedding. Cockroaches in the room. The biggest disappointment is water pressure.A 10-minute bath takes about 25-30 minutes. Forget about hot water.When we complained we were told we could not bathe like at home. The worst customer service I had.The only plus side here is the swimming pool but don't expect it to be clean.

We booked 3 rooms and a driver room for 7th night. We paid an advance of half the payment in January. On 6th we called to check whether meals are available due to gas issue and then only they said they can't give a room for the driver when we protested they said they'll call back and afterwards said theres no electricity and water pump is broken etc. We had to spend half a day searching online and calling other hotels for the last minute booking. Highly disgusted of this poor customer service. Not recommended at all.

Reasonable priced resort and mosquitoes are a bit of a problem there. Staff is very friendly and had a nice stay there plus Rooms are very clean and tidy.

I do not recommend this place rooms,pool are very unclean and smell is disgusting even bedsheets are not changed there are some blood marks on bed sheets customer service is bad

It's pretty good. It's at a really good location and it feels really private. The food is good and the rooms are great. Overall its really good

Highly recommended place if you are staying in the city for site seeing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and big.

Rooms was nice and tidy, swimming pool really good an clean (the staff was cleaning it at least 3 time a day) And the staff is kind, helpfull and warm. They won't try to reap you off and tell you the best prices. I recommend this place

Customer service terrible, Toilet were not clean and there were cockroach…. Water recharging is taking 3h… so can’t take a wash or go to the toilet Swimming pool water not cleaned. Don’t recommand at all

Great place for family stay

Great place for a family to enjoy , staff was very friendly and I would recommend this place to others and would be visiting again.

They have 5 rooms. Rooms with hot water, air-conditioning, wifi, TV and attached bathrooms . friendly staff.

We stayed at the Kingcity Resort for our anniversary and it was amazing! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and the room was gorgeous. It's in a great location too, right in the heart of the city. We will definitely be back!

Place was ok. Friendly stuff . Comfortable rooms. Best thing is theres no closing time for pool . So you can enjoy the night on the pool while relaxing .
