Worse channel center coz staff is unprofessional and Dr.Prasanna weerawansa is late an hour yet we were not informed in advance. When enquire for doctor’s unavailability staff doesn’t have an idea to cope with a situation like this. All people kinda lined up and filled as we were in a general hospital. Not so convenient at all.

The staff must have the attitude. The worst staff I have seen in a private channeling center. They are arrogant and egoistic people who do not know how to address and communicate with the patients. Patients are paying for a good service not for seeing a some arrogont cheap bavivours of uneducated idiotic staff.

Service is pretty much good compared to most of the others in the field. Best thing is that they are open 24x7. In some cases prices are high. You can also channel some leading doctors in Anuradhapura from there.

Called today at 17.20 to call center to ask about doctor availability. The lady talked was very unprofessional and did not answer the questions and hang-up the line. Seems like they think, they provide service for free. They don't know that they need customers, to get their next salary.

One of the best medical laboratories in Anuradhapura, from a leading chain in the country. Small medical center with limited facilities. Most of the famous doctors and consultants visiting this medical center. Slow service in the appointment counter, over the years didn’t changed. Looks like the management not pay a close attention. Shared parking in front of the facility.

Staff has no idea what they are doing and the attitude towards the customers are horrible. Specially the blood test and ecg staff. You shouldn't visit anuradhapura branch

I've visited multiple times, but I've never witnessed any doctors arriving on time to see patients. My appointment was at 7:30 p.m., and it is now 8:25 p.m. and the doctor has not yet visited the centre. Please let us know who is responsible for the valuable time we are wasting here.

Customer service is zero here. Punctuality of the consultants is also very poor. Receptionist girls took 6 minutes to inquire why I am standing infront of them.
