Very unprofessional service. The manager was not available when we arrived( we informed him over the phone that we would be arriving soon) and the place was locked. The food was ok but very limited curry options. When we arrived at night, there was a party going on with liquor and bites served at the food eating area. Our dinner was not even ready and we were served at around 9 p.m. The manager was partying with the guests and loud music and singing was going on. We came to the accommodation at about 8.30 to have dinner and sleep early which we couldn't do at all with the loud music. Highly unprofessional and dis-satisfactory. Never expected this from an accommodation we booked through People's bank Pensioner's Association.

Access to all the ancient locations quickly and leisurely. 19 AC and non AC rooms available with all facilities such as family rooms,Hot water, free parking, feee wifi, catering, milk rice preparation for Pooja, arrange tuk tuk rides. Total number of 70 people can be accommodated at a time in the hotel.

This is an average place to stay in anuradhapura where they are running as school with lot of rules. The owner are too old to run a business like this. They dont know how to treat the customers in proper manner. When you entered to place they hit with lot of rule that no one willing to accept it. The owners were move around the resort and even they put rules for children such as dont play around, dont scream. Children are always be like children. We bought 10 rooms for 40 pax, but still we have to seperately pay for kitchen usage as well. Everything they tried to value with money. No services at all. But the place is clean. That is the only possitive thing.

Low cost and facilities conform with the price.

worst place to stay in Anuradhapura. i had to stay here with a group of pilgrimers last weekend. we took all Ac rooms for one night. MANAGING LADY IS ARROGANT AND DOESN"T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOSPITALITY ANYWAY. OWNERS DELIBERATLY SWITCING OFF MAIN POWER TIME TO TIME DURING NIGHT TIME. people do not notice this as they are in sleep. one of our friend had noticed this and saw they were switching off the main power. he had a argument with them too. DO NOT GO THERE. IM TAKING NECESSARY ACTIONS TOO. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . THUSIRA

A/C Rooms are good. But food need to be improved. The owner lady has no clue about handling a guest request.

Such a worst place I have never experienced. The lady who managing the place should learn how to behave. She tells different stories at different times,you will be helpless if you are staying here

Price is very reasonable for the service. If you think only price this place is good but if you looking for comfort and clean this is not recommended.

Super place. The heat is too high. But ac rooms are here.
