Kid friendly meals. The sushi is delicious, try the squid tempura, or the oyster butter roll. The staff is very responsive and great. We were missing a roll and in less than two minutes we had it.

This place is legit. Plenty of seating so waits are never to long at busy times. Food is well priced, service is great. Facility is always clean. Definitely a great spot to eat when with a group of 3-4 friends.

One of my favorite sushi places. Lots of choices and great ambience with the bullet train delivering your food to your table. Cheap but great quality! Also I am gluten intolerant so I can eat here and just order the raw fish and bring my own gluten free soy sauce. The tablet for ordering is also in English and very straightforward to navigate.

Always great sushi for the price, no matter the location. Staff is very helpful in accommodating to non-Japanese speakers.

Another conveyer belt sushi place in Misawa! Every time I visit Hamasushi, I'd say its about 60% US Military and 40% locals. When I went to Kappa, it was like 95% locals and my family were the only foreigners. This must be a local favorite because there was a queue and wait times to be seated due to its popularity. Prices are nearly identity to Hamasushi. I'd say, visit here if it's closer to you. Visit Hama if that's closer to you. Similar experience, quality, and taste at either location

Overall good conveyor belt sushi. Usually fresher looking than Hamazushi, but the restaurant isn't as nice. Hama is closer to my house and Kappa isn't nice enough for me to make the drive on an average day.

Warning for foreigners. Kappa is one of my favorite restaurants, the prices are good, nice variety, I don’t mind the quality. However this particular restaurant try to give me old food from the night before. They usually have specials and this time it was fried shrimp with mayo. This came out cold and obviously from the previous night. I tried to call the waitress but I think it was lost in translation. I know for a fact this it comes out fried and hot. I ordered it at a different location multiple times. I didn’t eat but still paid. So they will try to get over on you if you don’t know. I won’t be going back to this location.

Sushi was a first for me here and I'm pleased I went. Service was fast and food was tasty. I didn't know what to expect but I was not disappointed. P.S. melon soda fan!!!

A very fun theme and place. Nigiri is freshly made and affordable. Very easy to go overboard. Worth a visit!

Our first Japanese dining experience was okay here. The menu you order from is like an iPad. Even not understanding anything in Japanese you can figure out how to get thru it with the pictures. Once you understand the potion sizes and how it works you'll learn you can just order one item at a time to see how it tastes. After you confirm your order it will soon be delivered by way of a little train like thing that brings the food to your table. They'll have a running tab that you can pay for when you're done. Good place to try lots of different things and keep "going back" for more if you like it. They have hot green tea that comes complimentary with the meal.

Perfectly decent conveyer belt/train/monorail sushi, but there are so many better offerings close by I'm surprised Kappa still holds it's own.

A fun little train brings your food. The small dishes are tasty. I definitely recommend this restaurant 👌

Great tasting sushi and plenty of variety, all for a low cost. It's nice they have seasonal items that cycle through the year. It's mostly self serve because you order through a tablet, food comes, and you get your own water. There's plenty of parking, and is a good family restaurant.
