Absolutely phenomenal service and I would recommend them to anyone. Dalton was a pleasure to deal with and replaced a compressor quickly, for a fair price, and with an outstanding warranty. They are on the top of my list for any and all HVAC related issues.

Highly, highly, highly reccomend!!!! Called on a Saturday afternoon from out of state as my elderly father's AC was not working. They answered immediately and committed to checking it by the end of the day, which they did! Called me when they got there, called me when they were done. Dalton was who I was in contact with. Luckily it was a very simple fix. So thankful, the customer service from this company was above and beyond!

Dalton responded to our Emergency AC outage needs for my 84 year old Mom during our Heat Wave of 115 degrees PLUS. He already had a full work load from dawn to dusk, but was able to come out very late in the evening and get the unit running again. Dalton what is kind courteous and I could tell that he was not out himself. He came out on a Sunday to fix my ac/heat system.. he even had Ecobee3 smart thermostats that he had himself on his truck and hooked it up along with the repair .. I was very happy

I appreciated Dalton coming out and providing an honest quote when my furnace wasn't working, and then when I decided to use his company he followed through exactly like he promised. Both Dalton and his service helper Mike accomplished the job much sooner than we anticipated and we were pleased that not only the job was done professionally but the cleanup was also. Dalton was so professional, and the gentleman working with him, Mike, was so nice. Dalton said he would call on his way, which he did. They were done much quicker than we anticipated. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I feel this company deserves one. From the start, communication was on point and it just got better from there. Product was outstanding along with the installation, even though 6 months later the system was acting up, Dalton came out the same day I called and he fixed the problem. In todays day and age when most people use excuses for lack of service, Equi-Tech continues to impress me. Dalton is also going above a beyond to ask his Dad about possibly troubleshooting our solar hot water heater issue we are experiencing.
