This
assessment
does
not
intend
to
belittle
or
dismiss
the
professionals
of
the
holy
house
as
nurses
and
doctors
treated
us
very
well
but
the
management
of
the
hospital,
procedures,
care
management
and
bureaucracy
or
bureaucracy,
as
you
prefer,
are
terrible.
For
those
in
a
hurry,
I
will
summarize
my
evaluation,
if
you
have
a
good
agreement
and
other
options
are
available,
do
not
use
Santa
Casa.
Because
it
is
a
public
hospital
that
wants
to
be
or
charge
like
a
private
hospital
but
does
not
have
the
attitude
and
service
of
a
private
hospital.
My
wife
arrived
at
the
maternity
ward
on
a
Friday
in
the
early
afternoon
with
hospitalization
already
scheduled
by
the
health
insurance
doctor
as
it
was
a
risky
birth,
when
the
receptionist
got
there
or
was
confused
in
understanding
what
we
explained
and
drew
and
it
was
in
the
letter
sent
by
the
the
doctor
or
the
system
is
so
bad
that
it
did
not
identify
the
appointment.
Even
with
the
maternity
ward's
empty
reception,
instead
of
the
attendant
rushing
through
the
admission
procedures,
she
spent
most
of
her
time
talking
and
laughing
with
the
colleague
next
door.
At
which
point
I
had
to
intervene
and
ask
if
he
had
already
called
the
person
who
said
he
was
going
to
call
to
confirm
the
admission
and
obviously
he
hadn't
called
yet,
the
conversation
was
more
interesting.
After
I
got
stuck
and
called
the
ombudsman,
health
insurance
and
the
doctor
responsible
for
the
birth,
we
were
able
to
complete
the
hospitalization
with
just
half
an
hour
of
the
surgical
procedure.
If
we
hadn't
been
stuck,
who
knows
what
time
this
hospitalization
would
have
ended.
Today,
when
I
returned
in
the
afternoon
for
my
wife's
breastfeeding
consultation,
I
heard
a
lady
complain
that
her
daughter
was
waiting
in
the
morning
for
admission.
In
other
words,
it
wasn't
just
us
and
it
doesn't
happen
that
rarely.
My
wife's
surgery
was
successful,
thank
God,
my
son
was
born
and
we
had
very
good
care
from
the
nurses
and
doctors
in
what
depended
solely
on
them.
In
terms
of
what
depended
on
the
hospital
such
as
food
and
the
structure
of
the
rooms,
it
leaves
a
lot
to
be
desired
for
a
hospital
that
calls
itself
private.
Our
departure
from
the
hospital
was
another
soap
opera.
My
son
was
discharged
at
10
am.
We
only
managed
to
leave
in
the
afternoon
due
to
bureaucracy
and
paperwork.
For
my
wife,
the
experience
was
terrible.
When
we
returned
for
the
breastfeeding
consultation
we
had
an
appointment
at
2:10
pm
and
at
3:30
pm
without
being
seen
we
gave
up,
I
didn't
want
to
make
my
wife
face
so
much
hassle
at
the
hospital,
since
our
agreement,
thank
God,
covers
other
better
hospitals
and
it
wasn't
necessary
move
on
to
that
again.
