Apex General Dentistry conducted themselves with exceptional professionalism during my whole visit. As a new patient who just moved to the area, it can be difficult finding new providers. Dr. Shih and her staff, Kelli, and Connie were friendly and professional. They explained the plan for the session what to expect as they worked, and gave future timeliness for ideal maintenance of my teeth (6 month cleanings). From check in to check out, this office was phenomenal and I would recommend it.

This is a rather wonderful practice! Everyone working here is extremely friendly, and even the dynamics among the staff (and Dr. Shih herself) feel so peaceful and amiable. Dr. Shih is one of the most gentle souls I have ever met. She treats her patients with incredible patience and tenderness, and always has the patients' best interests at heart. She is also very knowledgeable and skilled. (One time I was at the office of the endodontist she referred me to, and I overheard the endodontist talking to his assistant in the hallway about how beautiful Dr. Shih's work was. So apparently her skills are acknowledged by her colleagues as well.) I feel very fortunate to be Dr. Shih's patient and be taken care of by her. All thanks to her, going to the dentist is no longer a scary experience!

The staff was professional and courteous from the beginning to the end of the visit. This was my wife's first time to a dentist in the States. The staff was informative and explained everything that was going on. We would highly recommend their services to anyone. Extremely knowledgeable.

I have been going to Dr. Shih for years now. She and her staff are very friendly and really do care about their patients. They will always ask you during the dental visit how you are feeling. They go the extra mile to make sure you are well. So many people are afraid of going to the dentist, but their staff wants to make sure you are well during the visit.

Dr. Shih and her staff are amazing. Very friendly, efficient, and they put you at ease no matter what work you are having done. I would also like to point out that Dr. Shih came in on her day off to fix my broken crown. She didn't have to do that, she could have told me to wait until Monday, but she called me back after hours on a Thursday night to tell me to come in Friday morning, her day off.... Amazing service.
