I have to share what I just experienced this morning. I get off work to get breakfast. When I walk in I’m greeted and told that they have no eggs. That’s fine, my order didn’t contain eggs.. however the cook refused to make my order regardless of what it was and then proceeded to go back to sleep.

We got take out from here for my daughter's birthday breakfast. Our kids love their chocolate chip pancakes. Highly recommend their to go service. It was packaged well, containers that kept everything warm, and ready to go on time. They have a condiment station inside you can grab all your syrups and utensils.

Tried to eat at this location around 1am on this Saturday. Lobby door was locked but there were at least 3 tables with customers eating and being served. We tried to get the staffs attention but were ignored. No sign indicating it was a staffing issue or anything. I am totally understand being short staffed but some sign or at least acknowledging us waiting would have nice. After waiting and being ignored we left

The manager made my omelette. He seemed nice enough. Thank you. This place has a kind and friendly staff team and provides prompt service.

Grandma... as she called herself, was very friendly. Kept us laughing, and consistently checked on us to make sure we were okay. Coffee stayed full and so did our regular drinks

Bottom line: Depressive and disgusting. Don't go there. We came for waffles, the place looks terrible, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Food: order a few waffles, some eggs and Hashbrowns. The waffles were soggy to the point my girls didn't finish half of them. Whipped cream on top was watery and seems like they just run out and squeezed the can for a few drops. Eggs were fine, but the hushbrowns were overcooked. Service: the 2 staff members were nice, and helped us, but although the place was empty, it took too long to get their attention. Atmosphiere: The place was empty when we came in, a few kids enter later, won't call it a happy place. Sanitary: no words. I never visited a place that was that dirty. Sticky tables, filthy floors, we also had a direct look to the cooking area which was even worse I know, we should not have entered from the first place, but we were hungry and promise the kids waffles, and it was already late. I will never go back to this place.

Place was absolutely filthy; maybe they got hit hard overnight and just hadn’t recovered? I’ll give it another chance. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was slow (30 mins for an omelette), but fine. Regulars seemed to be fine with everything. You get what you pay for.

Employees hate working there. Or they hate customers coming in. They treat you like you’re doing them a favor by being there. Nobody cares about the food. Idk how some is cooked right in front of me and is cold. The place is disgusting. The grill, pans and other cooking surfaces looked like they haven’t been wiped off none the less cleaned in days. The employees don’t care one bit. Touch food with bare hands. So much cross contamination. Unfortunate. They probably have never been trained on food safety and handling

If I could give 0 Stars! I WOULD. Customer service was terrible! We walked in and it seemed as if the main 2 waiters had attitudes! We picked up our things and left the energy was SOO BAD! Never been to a Waffle House and experienced that until today

Attempted to dine in around 4am Sunday morning. As my party of two pulled up, another party of two and a single diner arrived as well. We got to the door first and the staff told us they were doing online only as they were about to clean the floors. She told us it would take about ten minutes. My party and the single diner decided to wait. The other party of two ordered online and picked up their food to go. After about 20-25 minutes, we followed up. The staff member told us they'd decide when to do the floors and it would be more like an hour. We were irritated as we waited based on her initially telling us it would be about 10 minutes. Now. To me, and I think most others, Waffle House is THE after hours spot. Clubs close around 3am. They should pretty much be ready for a rush between 2 and 5. To turn away customers in that window while you decide when to mop the floors is quite unbelievable. Needless to say, we left. I've never eaten in/from this location, and I for sure won't - nor recommend it to others - after this experience.

I have never experience such horrible service it was absolutely ridiculous! My friends and I arrived at 10:20pm and it was not busy at all so we all sat down and was ready to order but the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us. Then a few more people came in after us and she took their orders immediately, and then a family after them also came in and she took their orders. At that time my table has been waiting for 20 minutes but we stayed patient and thought that she would come over. Next thing I know it’s been 45 minutes and she still hasn’t come over honestly it felt like she was avoiding us. And then for no reason she would just give us dirty looks; after that we were done. So we all waited for 50 minutes for nothing! None of my friends or I will ever come to this Waffle House ever again.

Waitress was a little flustered because they only had two people working. She was still pretty fast and efficient at taking our order and getting food to us. After that we really did not hear from her. No refills.

Walked in and most of the tables were not cleaned. Found one next to windows at end. Another couple had come in just prior to us and were seated in the next booth. Only a cook and another young boy was there. My wife questioned whether or not we should stay because already we were not impressed. Finally the young boy came over to get drink order. I ordered a sweet tea with extra cup of ice.About four minutes later boy comes back for our order. I asked where the tea was. He said it wasn’t ready yet, but I could see it sitting under spout of tea dispenser. He took our order but did not write anything down. We were concerned. If we would get what we ordered. He told cook and then brought not one, but two teas to table along with cup of ice. Not too long after that the food came out and it was correct. The couple in back of us had ordered a waffle which they never received. Watching the waffles being made was interesting. There was no spray for the waffle makers and the cooks were trying to use regular butter so they would not stick. Seen one come off that looked like it was burned, and others were sticking. While the young boy was struggling to make waffles, the other cook decided he was hungry and made something for himself and went to the counter to eat and watch the young boy struggling with waffles and cashiering because no one else was there to help. Where is management/owners. Both employees need additional support and training. I hope corporate is watching and reading reviews. Obvious problem at this location.

Delicious food and very nice staff. It can be a little dirty but the food and nice staff completely overshadows that. I recommend the sausage egg and cheese hashbrown bowl. 4.9/5.0 Stars.

We've been to a lot of waffle houses and this one by far has the best food. The sausage patties were perfect along with the eggs and waffles. The server and cook were amazing and very funny and friendly. If I had to give a 10 out of 10, I'd give an 11.

Food was good, but these young and lazy wait staff suck. Wouldn't walk around the counter to bring my drink. She finally brought my drink when she brought my food. No refills and I was only 1 or 2 customers in the restaurant. They wonder why they don't get a tip, no customers service, no tip!

Probably the worst Waffle House experience I've ever had. Three customers present. Waitress was clueless. Ordered the All Star and coffee. Food was served - no waffle. Waitress asked if I wanted a waffle. Uh, yeah? It's part of the All Star? Waitress poured the batter on the iron and then forgot about it. Over ten minutes later she remembered it. By that time it was about the color of a sausage patty. She asked if it looked okay. I told her to forget it and take it off the bill. In the meantime she was asked for ketchup (the bottle on the table was empty) and reminded that I had ordered coffee. Finally brought coffee, no sweetener or creamer, no spoon, still no ketchup. She walked away. I got up and went behind the counter to find my own ketchup and sweetener. Didn't see any creamer. I put the sweetener in and stirred my coffee with the fork I had finished the 3/4 of the All Star I had received with. She didn't take off for the waffle I didn't receive but insisted she did. Worst. Waffle. House. In. NC.

I seem to have confused the people working with my 30 year old Waffle House speak. My Chicken Sandwich Plate didn’t come with lettuce and tomato like it did 30 years ago.. I was also sad to see that they no longer use the metal rings to fry the hash browns. The hash browns are apparently always “scattered” now. The menu seemed abbreviated from what it was 30 years ago. The hostess was very pleasant and the cook seemed to be very concerned that everyone’s food was cooked to their liking.

Went in for dinner with family. While they had just 2 folks to manage the diner, they did it with panache. The food was good and the service was quick. The kids loved it.

Eggs were too fluffy for an omelette. Service was ok but seen another customer food lookomelets. Was definitely not a good waffle.

Different one than I usually visit. Just as good food wise, which was excellent. And, a little bit better service. Had the 2 egg bacon meal with double hash browns with gravy

Great Food. Good Prices. Friendly Staff. It does look run down and in need of a deep cleaning. Great Location easy to get to.

The food was just okay, the kids loved how different it was compared to New England breakfasts. The host was personable but did not take normal social cues however our waitress was very polite and on top of drinks and food.

I love waffle house. This one is about as average as they come. They've been severely understaffed the past few times I've been. I feel horrible for them. But they're always friendly and get things out as quickly as they can. Compared to other Waffle House locations, the food is good, but not the best ever. Sometimes they're closed for dine-in due to the short staffing, but they can't help that.

Good food made from scratch to order. Friendly service at reasonable price. Outlets need some modernization, tidy up and cleaning. Cooks and servers are friendly but talk to each other loudly and sometimes even with inappropriate language.

He was very nice! and just john was an amazing chef and his food was absolutely delicious and full of whimsical flavor and holiness. 1000/10 experience.

We had a great experience with this Waffle House. The waitress was super friendly and attentive, and we discovered that she is also a Mass. transplant. The food was hot and plentiful. Several of us asked for take out trays. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. None in our party used the restrooms.

Service is timely and the food at all Waffle House's is very tasty. The bang for the buck is second best in the triangle and best for breakfast. (best bang is any of the cafeteria's i.e. D&S) The staff are super nice and the service feels personalized. About the only CON I can think of is: They don't serve real butter?! Coffee is good, esp if you ask for a fresh pot, even the Decaf. And they're open all day and night.

This was a great experience. We had 7 different orders. She recommended that we order meals instead of Ala carte for us to pay less. She called us on the phone when it was ready. She got everything right with the order. It took the exact amount of time she said. The food was delicious. Friendly staff. Great working team.

Great service. First place I've been in a while that was not short staffed. These workers were great. And a 97 sanitation score. Left a nice tip!
