Daniels
is
very
popular
and
now
I
know
why.
First
of
all,
the
parking
lot
was
very
crowded
as
they
do
a
tremendous
take
out
business.
We
made
a
reservation
and
were
seated
promptly.
Quality
of
the
seating
is
why
I
rated
them
4
stars
instead
of
5.
Four
of
us
were
seated
at
a
booth
meant
for
2.
None
of
the
booths
appear
to
be
large
enough
to
seat
4
people
comfortably.
Also,
the
edge
of
the
bench
seat
was
broken
and
the
cushions
were
no
longer
cushiony.
Now
for
the
great
part.
The
food
was
amazing.
They
specialize
in
central
Italian
foods,
with
use
of
heavier
tomato
based
sauces
and
creams.
We
had
the
calamari
appetizer
which
was
perfect,
lightly
fried
with
a
spicy
marinara
dipping
sauce.
We
also
had
the
arancini
which
are
crispy
balls
of
rice
and
cheese.
For
entrees,
the
house
specialty
ziti
comes
with
an
excellent
pink
sauce
that
is
complemented
with
fresh
garlic
and
sun
dried
tomatoes.
the
chicken
was
seared
and
sliced
very
thin
into
the
pasta.
The
veal
parmesan
was
great,
generous
serving,
crispy
fried
on
a
plate
of
pasta
with
just
enough
sauce.
It
was
not
flooded
with
gravy
and
was
more
than
enough.
There
are
several
shellfish
options
and
we
tried
the
pasta
with
clams,
mussels
and
calamari.
You
can
pick
your
choice
of
mild,
medium
or
hot,
which
decides
how
much
crushed
red
is
added.
Medium
was
just
right.
Now
for
my
other
passion:
the
wine
list
is
extensive
and
pricing
was
fair
on
bottles.
They
have
a
full
selection
of
wines
from
across
the
spectrum
and
their
choices
in
Italian
wines,
especially
Piemonte
region
was
outstanding.
The
wines
by
the
glass
were
not
top
notch,
but
who
opens
great
bottles
to
sell
by
the
glass.
Service
was
a
little
slow,
but
they
were
busy.
We
will
come
again
and
hope
for
better
seating.
Ottimo
cibo
e
vino!
