We
used
to
order
from
here
all
the
time.
The
past
2
times
we
have,
it’s
been
an
AWFUL
experience.
We
ordered
delivery
a
few
months
ago
&
they
told
us
45
to
an
hour
wait.
When
they
didn’t
show
up
an
hour
and
a
half
after
I
ordered,
I
called
back
&
they
said
they
didn’t
input
my
order
correctly
into
the
system.
So
it
hadn’t
even
been
processed.
They
only
offered
me
half
off
my
order
&
we
still
had
to
wait
30
minutes
for
the
pizza
to
come.
Tonight,
I
decided
to
give
them
a
second
chance
because
the
last
time
was
the
first
time
we
ever
had
any
issues!
We
ordered
pizza
for
carry
out.
Apparently
they
have
a
new
system
where
you
order
online.
So
we
placed
our
order
online,
paid,
tipped,
and
showed
up
at
the
Apex
location
only
to
find
out
it’s
CLOSED
today!
No
where
in
the
voice
mail,
online,
anywhere
did
it
say
they
were
closed.
And
my
order
went
through,
so
my
card
was
charged
$60!!
If
you’re
closing
the
restaurant
-
why
wouldn’t
you
make
sure
your
customers
can’t
place
an
order
online
on
that
day?
I
would
hate
to
be
someone
waiting
for
delivery
right
now.
I
don’t
have
any
way
of
contacting
the
restaurant
since
their
phone
now
goes
to
voicemail
&
you
can’t
leave
voicemails,
so
I’ll
have
dispute
the
charge
with
my
bank.
Safe
to
say,
I’m
done
ordering
from
y’all.
