My wife and I eat out a lot, Almost every meal. Upon moving here we noticed how bad the hospitality industry is and have had horrible experiences almost everywhere. There just seems to be no urgency, work ethics, attention to detail, passion, or steps of hospitality service. People I mention it to who are l from here tell me it’s just the way it is here. Unacceptable Wendy was a breath of fresh air. 5 stars in her personality, greet, communication, suggestive selling, menu knowledge, and execution. She was extremely busy and still managed to give us a great experience. Stephanie the manager was also extremely attentive, always visible, helpful, and kind. Our last visit here was horrible and we decided to give it a 2nd chance and glad we did. Even the hosts upon walking in had smiles, welcoming, and professional. Wendy you rock. As you walk in, seems like a steak house. I was glad to see the open kitchen. Service was good. They weren't busy on Thursday. This being our first time, we asked for suggestions and that is what I goPenny. Fresh sour dough that comes before the meal was amazing. Dipping it in the herbs and olive oil was fun and fresh. Steak doesn't feel Italian, but it's closer with Penné. Great experience 👍 👌. We mentioned how much we liked the bread and the waiter brought us some in a to go bag with all herbs and oil.

They have phenomenal filet mignon! They have something for the whole family.

We had a great time for an early Saturday evening dinner. Fortunately we beat the rush. By 6:15, there was a line out the door. Our waitress Leslie was super and our food was served promptly and the wine pours were generous. I had the pork chops with spinach and broccoli as sides. The Bryan sauce on the chops is a must add. Great team working here and they keep glasses full and the people moving.

One of my favorite restaurants to go, they are super delicious, and off the charts on pasta. They do have gluten free options and their fettuccine alfredo is gluten free as well. The waitress was super friendly and kind she said she's been working for 2 years and I think she should get a promotion.

Carrabba's is our number one choice in the triangle for a nice and comforting family dinner. They have a large and elegant space and a warm and cozy atmosphere. The wait staff is great (Wendy!). The starter (complimentary) bread and dip sets you in the right mood. And the blackberry sangria is delicious! Try also stuffed mushrooms, zucchini fritters and calamari from the appetizers. Any of the main dishes is excellent; but the spaghetti with meat balls is probably the best in the area!

Wonderful experience! It has been years since we lived near a Carrabba’s and this location did not disappoint. Our server Wendy is absolutely amazing. She has such a warm friendly demeanor and turns out we are from the same “stomping grounds” in Florida! Thank you for the great food and talks. We will be back soon!

Our waitress was lovely and the food was quite good. This place is a bit on the pricier side, but a good spot for a date night or a nice meal. We had there summer cocktail which was quite good and got a couple of dessert. Loved the tiramisu but the browie was just okay for the price.

We love this location of Carrabba’s! We have food allergies, and Keith took great care of us to make sure our orders came out just right. Brian and Danny cooked everything to perfection. We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I ate dinner here last night and had great food and great service. Our server was Mitch and he was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. He had such a wonderful attitude and made our dinner very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back. It was an early Birthday celebration for my husband and they gave him a complimentary dessert.

Nice, roomy, well lit ambience. Waiter had great knowledge of the menu, polite, efficient and friendly. Food was excellent. Nicely presented, reasonably priced and delicious. Special order was well executed by the chef. Nice touch when the owner greeted us as we exited.

Craving some calamari today for lunch I Googled and I had several options but I chose Carrabba's. When I first walked in I was greeted immediately. Staff were kind and polite. The place to sanitize and clean. Food fresh and hot. Well job

My husband and I had a very rare child free hour to kill so we decided to go grab some appetizers. We received bread and oil and water. Placed our order for appetizers and sat waiting for approximately 45 minutes before we asked how much longer for our appetizers. The waitress/bar tender casually apologized and essentially offered for us to just cancel the order and leave…so we left hungry. I mean, maybe offer to give us our food to go? The restaurant was dead, there were a ton of people in the kitchen and plenty of waitstaff. Absolutely ridiculous “service.” Also, had we not gotten out of our seat and asked about our order after 45 minutes, I’m pretty sure she would have just kept ignoring us. Edited to add this is actually our second bad experience so we’ll steer clear. First was last Mother’s Day with our family of 6 and mom’s meal was so terrible that it had to be taken off the bill. Save yourself and go elsewhere for good food and service.

Had dinner, 2 guests Bread with oil and herbs was very good. Bread was warm. We were offered more, and asked for more twice, but never got more. Garlic bread tower was also very good. Dipping sauce was very nice as well. Salads that came with dinner were good as well. With the Italian salad, they went through everything that was on it and would leave off anything you didn't like. One entree - Lasagna - There was a small piece of lasagna, which was mostly cheese and almost nothing else. It was swimming in more sauce and cheese on the plate. Would have been nice to have bread to sop up the extra sauce, but it never same. Italian Trio - Fettucini Alfredo - Sauce was very good. Pasta seemed like it was cooked twice. Very gummy and stuck together. Know this happens when the cheese cools, so ate this first, it was not because it cooled. It was the pasta stuck together. Italian Trio - Lasagna - Not great. Mostly cheese like the stand alone lasagna, but oddly better than the stand alone dish. It was a pretty low bar though Italian Trio - Chicken Parm - Had a very acidic taste. We know some places use lemon juice on the chicken, but if that was the case, it would have tasted like lemon. Almost like the red sauce was burnt and very acidic. The bar for a restaurant should be "better than you can make at home". We can definitely make all these dishes way better at home.

I was a reward member and once you reach an award they automatically issue it and put a 3 month expiration day on it. Never tell you about it till about 2 weeks before it expires. I have a special needs son and cannot go to a restaurant any night I wish. I asked them to extend the expiration date one month and they REFUSED. I told them to delete my rewards account and I will never eat at one of your restaurants again. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very clean environment and we were seated quickly. Wait staff were amazing! Very friendly and we were shocked at how quick our service was! Drinks and appetizers were delicious. The chicken soup is absolutely amazing and so comforting! Everything was perfectly cooked and we enjoyed it all! When getting our leftovers our server even brought us an entire loaf of bread with the seasonings and oil, we will definitely be returning!

I don't typically have the gumption to give 15 stars for a restaurant that is associated with a chain, but I have to give credit where it's due. Husband and I went out last night for his birthday at 845pm, almost an hour before closing, something that generally is a no-no for us. The bartender was a charm, giving a generous tour of the menu, as it was our first time at a Carrabbas. We ordered a couple cocktails, turns out i really enjoyed the Italian old fashioned! It was delightful really! The food was outstanding, and even though we ordered wayyyy too much, we still had the gumption to try and eat every bite. The waitress brought my husband a small but generous-in-flavor piece of chocolate cake, and we devoured out quickly. All in all it was a wonderful experience. We will surely be back for the next celebration!

We sat at the bar and Wendy took great care of us. Had the grilled salmon and the Johnny Rocco shrimp and a couple glasses of wine. Both meals were delish. Was a fun and inviting atmosphere, with festive lights and decorations! We always have a great meal at Carrabba's! 12/2022

From the time we walked In the door until I we left we were treated like king and queen! Keith was our server and he has an amazing palate that recommends some of the best foods from beginning to end. Don’t waste your time on an appetizer just request him by name and he has you taken care of!! He recommended The Godfather for us and chose some of the best wine to pair with the meal!! Please I beg of you drive the extra miles and dine at this location just to be served by this amazing young man. Customer service at its best and a God bless you to seal the perfect dining experience ever!!! Keith, you are by far the best we have had serve us in a very very long time! God bless you Sir! Always enjoy Carrabba's as one of my wife's favorite restaurants. They have consistent, quality food. The price point is a little heavy but manageable on a somewhat special occasion. We enjoy our food from this location every time, and have never had a complaint to speak of over the many years of coming here for pickup, sit-down, and delivery. For these reasons, I give this location 5 out of 5 stars.

This was disappointing. I don’t often leave negative reviews. Especially if the staff is willing to correct an issue. Our server was very friendly and patient with our kids. But my steak came out very very rare when I asked for medium and there was way too much pepper on my asparagus and mashed potatoes. And I like a lot of pepper. No one offered to fix it or discount it… nothing. Yea For the price and quality of food is give it 1 star but bumped it to 2 because our server was very nice.

Our first time to dine in here and the place is clean and the foods are great. But when we are there the food took a lot of time because of the pick up orders but then the host “Kit” was so nice and accommodating and he gave us a compliments of desserts. It was indeed a very good experience. And we are surely come back but i hope they will prioritize the customers inside. Thank you.

Kudos to our server Barbra!! She was efficient and extremely friendly. Food was cooked well. We went on a Friday night and did the waitlist online ahead of time and had only a very short wait, we sat at the bar and the bartender greeted us quickly and we were able to enjoy a glass of wine while we waited. We will definitely be back! Thanks Barbra!!

Pretty dope set up…nice dim lights. Try the rib-eye medium well…MAGNIFICO!

Shrimp scampi was cooked to perfection. Chicken piccata was so tender and delicious. Mahi wulfe was so good too. All in all very good and happy dining experience for us. Courteous staff too.

Service was excellent, Noah was awesome! The food was delicious, but the steaks we had, yes they were cooked exactly as we wanted, but very chewy, too many tendons. Ugh, disappointing. I know, they aren't a steakhouse, oh well. The lasagna looked incredible, I'll get that next time. Oh, and the chocolate dream cake, heavenly! Don't skip dessert!! In fact, have that first!

Our server was Robin, she was delightful. Natural charisma, very personable and genuine. She was very busy but still managed to be prompt on everything. Her recommendation on the lasanga was spot on. I don’t even usually like lasanga, but I could tell she wasn’t giving false praise and I thought it was lovely. The food was pretty good and came quickly. I’ve been charged more for absolute garbage at Outback, so I didn’t mind the price at all. My wife and I wanted easy Italian for an early dinner, we got it. Absolutely will be back, for Robin if nothing else.
