I recently ordered chilies and when I received it I checked the meat and it was pure pink like it was barely cooked. I really wanted to enjoy my “big mouth bites” but I couldn’t…if you see this, please respond as soon as you can.

Tried their fajitas - the taste/texture fell way short. Burgers were slightly better - but not worth the price.

What a great place! The employees are hardworking and go above and beyond to meet the requests of customers. We had a new employee George as our waiter last night. It was clear how dedicated he is to his new position. I ordered the foie gras and instead of the standard frozen duck liver I would get at other restaurants, he prepared my meal from scratch. I actually saw him go outside and gracefully catch a duck in his mouth. He skinned it outside so we could witness the fresh. He took farm-to-table to a whole new level!

The food is great, the waiters are super nice. They are short staffed like most places these days you'll have to wait 30min. Leaving a one start review here because you have to wait long, due to being understaffed is not cool. Karens... tell your kids to work and get a job here. Let's not take it out on staff. It's not their fault people don't want to work these days.

Half the restaurant had open tables, but was a 40 minute wait to be seated because they only had two servers show up for work. We ended up leaving.

Food was great and the service was decent. Had to flag our waitress down a few times but otherwise she was friendly and did a good job. Got a lot of food for the price and we enjoyed all of it!

Is chilis going out of business? Like why does every chilis have 2 waiters? The food is so meh and they all feel so unclean. Someone needs to fix it. This chilis in apex has 2 employees I swear. 30 minute wait and 2 cars in the parking lot. Not recommended.

The service was really good. No complaints there. The food was just ok. The macaroni and cheese tasted like a tv dinner. The Nashville got chicken strips weren't truly spicy as advertised. Very heavy on paprika. Tasted like old cupboard spices. The ranch dressing was super watery. Like it was made from a powder mix and water added. Not good. The fries were good. I feel like they're trying to improve the food but it still needs work. Maybe a little fresher and less frozen. Also make sure the tables are clean. Ours was not.

There were only 3 tables plus mine and my husbands we were seated almost immediately but then it took 20 min for anyone to just take our drink order you could hear all the employees in the back breaking things and laughing we were there about a total of 45min and the waitress only came to our table 3 times and that includes her bringing Our drinks then bringing our food. Waited almost that whole time just to be served a grilled chicken sandwich that tasted dirty. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I went with the family. The atmosphere is ok. The place was clean and well staffed. All the tv's were on different sports, which is good entertainment. The bar was crowded but not too crowded. Low key laid back atmosphere. The food was good but regular chain restaurant style. Good place to get a quick bite in a decent surrounding.

One of our favorite spots to go for something good and quick. Great atmosphere, prices, and customer service.

Wow! Shout out to our waitress Gail! Great meals for a late lunch and the grandkiddos couldn’t decide so got an extra kids meal. And the quality was Amazing! They ate it all! I got the Old time burger -juicy and hot (as they were super busy with one waitress but she was on TOP of it all! Managed drink refills without asking. which even outback with their designated drink servers can’t do. ). So their special: buy one cookie skillet get one for $2 so Cookie skillets for the table please:) Very yummy! Shout out to our waitress who literally has seven tables and half a bar and is managing everything with no stress, five star service, time for a quick comment and pleasantry, and it’s been a while I’ve seen service this good.

WOW ... Worst restaurant I have been too in my life. I believe any person saying their food was good has not been to any other restauant or may be getting paid to lie... BUT ..my grilled chicken fajita tasted like "fake lunch meat", vegetables mushy, food was cold...no seasoning at all..( was suppose to be grilled),the steak I tried from my counterpart was a joke..nasty is a better fitting word... I do not remember the last time I had such terrible food.. actually it was here, about a year ago( take out).. I lived in this area for over 12 years and I have to remind myself to not waste my time at this chilis location in (Beavercreek)Apex, because it will disappoint you .....yet alone bathrooms are gross and smells... only thing that was half way decent was our server... They need to do better and managment/workers know it.

Food itself is subpar and honestly not worth price considering it all comes out of trucks in bags to be reheated, the fries sit out all day. My personal gripe and warning for people who looking to work here is don’t lmao management is super difficult to work with & unorganized. The wait times are the way they are because they have high turnover rates & service is poor because they expect those two servers to each take 12 tables at once. the general manager AL was super hostile when I simply asked him to fix a tax issue so I don’t owe on wages I never earned (which I recorded and set in to corporate since I was expecting some kind of aggression) The only reason I gave an extra star is because the representative with brinker international was super helpful with my tax issue and complaint. If ur teenager or you is looking for a job I wouldn’t recommend the chilis at apex

Despite our initial sadness that the grill (ie no steaks or burgers) was out, the food was great. The service was amazing with our big group!! Enjoyed our time there.

Decent food. I had a grilled salmon and veggies. Service was prompt. Menu and payment were zero contact.

I always go with my office people (like 6 of us) and we always have the same guy! Older, white/gray hair, absolutely hilarious. 10/10. They didn't have margaritas today though so that was sad.

Doesn’t matter how good the food might have been or even the wait service as management leaves a lot to be desired. Website and door posting says restaurant closes at 11PM on Saturday. At 10:20 doors locks with employees standing and staring. Called the store to speak to the manager and his comment ‘I think we close at 10:30”. When we mentioned the posted hours he said ‘well the kitchen closes early’. - Glad Chili’s is doing so well they don’t need my money because they won’t be getting anymore. Bad service Mr Manager - really bad service.

I had to come on here and let everyone know about your Staff Member Gail. All I can say is WOW!!!! I got to enjoy a pleasant Lunch with friends at this Chilis and Gail was the main reason why we had such a lovely time. She is incredibly hardworking and so friendly. She is fast and very attentive! She is so good at taking care of people and can handle quite a crowd. I was impressed to see that she seemed to know so many of her Customers. I would definitely come back for her. You have a superstar in Gail for sure!

I thought the food was good and our server was excellent. We were there around 3pm on a Saturday. It wasn't super crowded. What we ordered was fresh and tasted delicious.

The location was short staffed during our visit, but our server did a great job and we had no complaints. Our food tasted delicious and we were glad we came for lunch!

It’s a very good place for dinner. I chose 3 for me, a sweet ice tea that was perfect, the Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada and the Baked Potato Soup were delicious. The server was good despite the limited staff.

Our server was great but overwhelmed. If chilis paid their staff well enough that people wanted to work there this review might be different. But because they don’t pay well, they can’t attract staff. Because they don’t have enough staff, there’s a 30-45 minute wait even though 50% of the restaurant is empty. Once you’re sat there’s a 10-20 minute wait before you’re greeted. You see where this is going right? If they paid better they would actually make more money, but instead service suffers and they’ll end up closing sooner or later. I used to go to chilis a lot, the service was good and the food wasn’t bad for the money, but We won’t be going back. (In contrast we went to Texas Roadhouse in Holly springs last night, also around 6:30 pm, which was jam packed with 30 minute wait, every table sat. BUT… they had plenty of servers and busers, with very quick service and were turning tables, making money)

Will seat a table of 4 but not 5? Almost 8:30 on a weeknight, it's almost empty, and they have 3+ groups waiting. Thanks for running my birthday. Won't be back.

Been here many times and loved it but past 2 times have had many empty tables and once said it would be an hour or more wait and other time (despite having like 5 customers said they would not sit a table of 5 and denied us service due to some ridiculous policy). Don't go here everyone. They are very short staffed but pitifully managed. Can't seat a table of 5. That's ridiculous.

Like almost everywhere these days, they were short staffed at our visit this evening. However, the service from Tabbie (who was also running the bar too) as well as the kitchen manager was still top notch and the food was delicious. We had a large order and lots of requests and all of our needs were met above and beyond! If you have a little patience and remember they’re all working hard and overtime, you’ll definitely find this chilis to be one of the best in the area. They made sure our birthday girl felt special and that we had everything we needed for in house and togo items. Will definitely make the 45 minute drive to eat there instead of the ones closer to us. Well kept and clean location. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was great, at par with most of the Chili's locations.

Great value! They have a wide range of tex mex food. All the family members can find something they like. Service is good. Only critique is having to use the tablet to pay. Not a big deal.

After 5 failed attempts, they just can't get take-out right. Every single order has been wrong, and you don't find out until you get home. Then you can't take your tip back, which is really aggravating if you tipped generously and then got stiffed on your food order. It really annoys me to tip for top service and my order isn't right. Then there's the packing. They used to do better but it's changed for the worse. Any kind of sandwich needs to be WRAPPED so it doesn't come apart and turn into a big mess on the way home. A burger in a huge container will end up all over the place otherwise. And the take-out fry portions - seriously? Be more generous. Dining in the restaurant is good, but if you get take-out, don't plan on everything being right.

Better service than other Chili's locations. They were still understaffed, but there's a sense of urgency among the wait staff. One waitress in particular is a rockstar who effectively handles her section while also tending the bar. The food is up to par for the brand.

Bella provided excellent customer service! Made us feel right at home, all of our food was delicious and came lighting fast! Overall one of the best servers and best restaurant experience I've had in a while! Will be back in the future indefinitely!
