We got seated at the bar immediately. Clayton was our bartender today, and he was more attentive than some of the other servers we’ve had here in the past. Food came out maybe 15-20 minutes after ordering, and it was well worth the wait! The food here is consistently good, and the mahi-mahi Benedict was scrumptious! My partner’s banana bread French toast was pretty good as well, just on the sweet side. The guava jam French toast (a seasonal menu item) was phenomenal. Always impressed by the quality of food here! The lobster Benedict is a seasonal item and it is oh-so-tasty!

First time and last. For Fathers day I wanted to give my husband a nice amazing breakfast. So we ordered food online as I thought it would be easier and faster. We place an order # 10660482977202176 the order was placed at 11:29AM and to be pick up at 11:55pm. We live 4 minutes from the restaurant. At noon we arrived to pick order which was still show not finish. I went inside and the attendant advised me that we will notify by the application. About 12:20 I went back inside and the attendant look at the orders and said we will be notify once the orders are ready. After waiting for over one hour, I went inside to cancelled the order and get my money back. When I got to the counter front was 1:15 and the attendant said our food was being finishing and will be out in 10 minutes. Food was handled to us at 1:27 pm. When I look at the receipt on the bag. The food shown dispatch 1:00 pm. As I say we live 4 minutes from this restaurant and the least was the food should be at least warm. After all this ordeal the food was cold when we got home. By the amount of orders on the store you can see they shoot out with no order and even keep food on the floor next to trash can. We understand the shortage of people, but at one point they have to stop taking orders or advice the customers that the delay will be over an hour and 30 minutes. We wanted to get our money back and feel they are better ways to do business. There were other people in line with me which orders have been prep for over 45 minutes and have come in several times. My family owned a restaurant for over 30 years and we understand busy. But bad service and cold food is not a good business rule is to always give the customer your best product serve it right and apologize when things go wrong. Which we got none. We just want our money back.

I’m a current, local Another Broken Egg advocate. I’ve come here 5 times now and each experience is always better than the last. This was the first time I came back in June and have been coming back ever since. The customer service is impeccable! The manager Greg was attentive to us and everyone in the restaurant ensuring they were enjoying their food. I ordered the Key Lime pancake which was on the Spring menu at the time and the pancakes are soft and melt in your mouth! The Cinnamon Roll French Toast is addictive and I know because my mom swears by it every time we come and craves it. The fruits they use are fresh and bacon is smokey and crisp. If you’re in the Morrisville area, then come on by here :) You won’t regret it.

The wait is usually long but if you reserve a spot ahead it's fine! They were understaffed but somehow the food and service were still so quick ✨ Our server was so kind to us and I'd be happy to come back again! Make sure to tip well 🥰 The beignets were amazing and I loved my omelette. The french toast was also mouthwatering 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Liked the place to have a delicious breakfast and spend time with a friend visiting to Morrisville. Being a Saturday morning, Wait time was about 30 minutes. Amazing staff, very professional and courteous. automated waitlist system provides information on table reservation status.

Food was great, it didn’t take long to food get ready even though it was crowd. My server was nice and polite! But the host did not make us feel welcomed there. There was a huge line outside, most People waiting to only check in and wait for their time to be seated. I understand this process can take a while and there can be a shortage staff but the host sounded to be in a bad day. His mood and the way he treated everybody was bad. He was behaving like he didn’t want to be there. I might be judging him but I believe that as a host in a restaurant, the minimum you should do is to treat the customers with respect.

We came here because I was craving French roast. We were warmly greeted and seated on the patio. The service we recieved was amazing and the food was just what we were craving. Everything tasted perfect and the portion sizes were more than enough to fill is up. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

This was a great first visit... greeters were VERY personable and welcoming. My server (Kathy) was nice and made me feel like we were old friends, and she went through the whole menu with me... answered all of my questions, and gave solid recommendations... can't wait to go back. Give them a try.

We visit this place often but no more. We went there this afternoon for brunch and had the worst experience. We ordered food and were patiently waiting for our food for an hour and half while we saw everyone that came after us getting their food. The waiter was not attentive and we had to check with another waiter for the status of our food. She was so rude when she finally brought the food and we had to refuse the food. She didn't even bother and the manager was a young man that doesn't have any managerial exprience. No reprimand of the waiter but was apologizing that we should not have been treated that way. Stay away from this place! Update: To the owner. I appreciate your reply. Looking at the other reviews looks like I was not the only one that had this kind of experience. I understand you are following the playbook from Google to respond to negative reviews. As I indicated, this was a place our family visited all the time but given this experience, we don't plan to be back. I sincerely hope and wish you take steps to fix the service issues so you don't lose more customers. Also, sharing with the team is not going to fix the issues since the issue is with the "team".

The place is really nice inside. We came today to try the breakfast, because it was too busy a few days ago with close to an hour wait. Our server was really nice and the food was pretty good. My wife absolutely loved her cinnamon french toast. I got the floridian omelette and although it was good, I should have opted for another choice. The visit overall was decent. The prices are high here, but they make the food look nice.

Driving home from New York, stayed over at a friend's, knew exactly where we were having breakfast. Awesome service, great menu selection, free wifi to get work done while having breakfast & that rum cold brew... Oh, MY, GOD, amazing! If you're near one of these locations, stop by. If you're by this location, take the time to stop. 100% worth it! Level 8 Local Guide recommended.

"If you do not like what you eat here something is wrong with you" is what my friend said as we arrived at Another Broken Egg Cafe. She was so right as everything was amazing and this includes the service. To start I love that Yelp has the wait-list feature, so we were able to get on their list and check in while our table was getting ready. We did have to wait a few minutes when we arrived, but we were quickly sat and checked on by our waitress, who was so nice! She got our drinks started and checked on us every time she passed by. For drinks we got a pitcher of their peach bellinis, which serve four drinks for $30--not bad! Upon reviewing the menu for a little bit I decided on their Mardi Gras omelette which had similar ingredients to their shrimp and grits. I really feel like that was what I got as I ordered grits as my side. And wow, oh wow, the taste was just unparalleled compared to other scrambles and shrimp and grits that I have had in the past. The eggs were cooked to perfection and stuffed with tons of peppers, onions, shrimp, and sausage. Every bite just melted in my mouth and I just finished my leftovers as I type this! Now, we did wait about an hour for our food; which to us was not bad as there was a lot of people in the restaurant, the food is made from scratch, and their limited in their kitchen staff. The restaurant had a lot of wait staff, but the kitchen was just limited in their numbers. Again this was something explained to us and our waitress even stopped by and told us this; and to compensate she added additional prosecco to our drinks. We were so surprised to offer this as we were not upset at all. This was not the case of the people next to us that caused a crazy/rude scene. Everything stopped in the restaurant as they became extremely upset about the time and the quality of the food. The manager and several staff got involved and the people eventually left. I mention this because the staff handled everything very professionally even after the man complainer got in the mangers face and berated him with words--which is abuse. I felt bad about what occurred as this should happen to no one. Due to what occurred at the great service and food I will be back! It is difficult right now to find great service; so when you find it keep going there!

While visiting NC, stopped in to grabbed breakfast before flying back home. The food was amazing! Added on an additional side of their apple maple chicken sausage and was not disappointed.

The grits were really good. It was all good. Only complaint I have and it’s a small one was we were sat after others arrived after us and they had bigger parties than us. We also received our food after people who sat down long after us, not the best way to do business.

Another Broken Egg is a culinary gem that deserves all the praise it receives. The food is delectable, the ambiance is charming, and the service is top-notch. Whether you're looking for a satisfying breakfast, a delightful brunch, or simply a place to unwind with friends and family, Another Broken Egg is the place to be. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I am already looking forward to my next visit…. Did I mention we are regulars? Shoutout to Tayli, our beautiful waitress. Tayli was an amazing waitress!!

I knew we had made a great choice for breakfast when we pulled up. We were greeted with excellent customer service from the door to the table. Spoiled with fresh biscuit beignets before our order was even placed. Our food came out hot, well seasoned, and everyrhing was delicious! Definitely will be our new go to when in the area... You all should be the standard when it comes to customer service!

Absolutely love this place. I commuted from Greensboro NC to this place. My waitress was bomb! My food was bomb! Prices are great. The menu has you wanting EVERYTHING! It's all inclusive for your taste buds. They had me in a chokehold to the point I had to look up franchise info because I need one!! 😂 Go to this place it won't disappoint!! Going back during my week long birthday celebration! I had the shrimp and grits, the banana pancakes with rum sauce (not overpowering), tiramsu French toast! Delicious!!

Reserve before you head there on weekends, or be prepared to wait for a pretty long time in peak hours... And the food is worth the wait... Have eaten at the Raleigh North Hills location before, tried this one the first time and it was a pretty satisfying gastronomic experience... Having already tried the speciality benedicts, we ordered the Mardi Gras Omelette and the Bacquezo Omelette... Both were delicious but I would personally recommend the former as it has a ton of good stuff in it... Unfortunately they were out of Hot Chocolate but we tried the Chocolate Milk with whipped cream and it was pretty good too...!

The whole experience of being here was great, especially having Christal as my server with my friends. She was very aware of everything that was going on at the table and always checked up on us to make sure if we had everything we needed. There wasn’t a time where a felt like I was running out of water or didn’t have enough food on the table. She was a great server and hopefully she’s getting noticed for it!

$17 for a smoked salmon Benedict that apparently does not even include hollandaise... I paid $1 extra for a small portion that was barely enough to cover the eggs. It was tasty, but not a satisfying amount of food for the price--and the grits were lukewarm. I tried my friend's gluten-friendly banana nut pancakes, which were ok (I've made better gluten-free pancakes from a mix). Another friend got a dish that looked like mostly a pile of chorizo and beans with fried tortillas and eggs, that he wasn't thrilled with and didn't finish. Overall this place just seems over-priced for what you get.

Excellent service as always by Kevin and Greg. We were seated quickly and efficiently. Our waitress Shell was very informative and accommodating. Food was fresh and delicious. We come here often. I hope to try some new things on the menu one day because I get the same thing every single time. The lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes are next level.

This is what I like to call a (safe) breakfast choice. Meaning you can't go wrong with it! It's your very average breakfast spot. The service was great! The staff was attentive, they made sure everyone was having a good experience. The atmosphere is very light and calming, which is quite enjoyable and relaxing.

Always a delight - great service, tasty food and friendly staff. Love the gluten free options! We were visiting from out of town and we came here multiple times because we couldn’t get enough!

My apple fritter french toast was great. The sauce they serve it with stands on its own and, in my opinion, certainly doesn't need the extra pitcher of syrup provided on the side. My only complaint with the food, if I have to have one, is that while the bacon was not burnt, it did taste very smokey like it was cooked in a burnt pan. I definitely still ate it; it's bacon. I was seated at the bar, and what made my Friday morning was the bartender, Kevin. I tried not to distract him from work but he did indulge my questions and maintained friendly rapport whenever he returned to the bar. I will definitely be back.

We did go during peak hours, so the wait was a bit long, but staff were great, good delicious and worth the wait. If you don't like waiting, go during earlier hours! Edit: we came again a week later. Still amazing staff! We had Teca. She is a DOLL! and very helpful. I brought my family and she was very happy to answer any questions, she is great juggling multiple tables at once and making sure you don't feel neglected. I do feel bad that we stayed past their closing time. But they didn't try to rush us out, they were still kind and friendly =) Kevin the manager. Absolutely wonderful man! He actually came over and talked with us and joked. It really made this experience superb I absolutely adore this place. 100% recommend!

We are in the area and stopped for brunch. A mixed bag for us. We had an order of the chicken & waffles, egg bisquit and gravy, and an order of chicken and egg sandwich in a bisquit . We didn't like the gravy, it felt it needed meat in it and was salty for our taste. The potatoes were cold but cooked well. It could be that they would have been fresh if we had gotten here earlier in the morning. The sausage tasted nice but was greasy. Some of the chicken tenders were old but the fresh ones were nice and tender. The eggs and waffles were fantastic. Cooked beautifully! A full 10/10 for service. Kathy and her trainee Taylor were great and responsive. Great atmosphere and location.
