First time here and the customer service is great. They spoke when entering and leaving! So many different styles of Boba and teas. I had mango w/ mango popping Boba which was exciting drinking a burst of sunburst🥰😍❤❤. Also the the drinks are fill to the top. And the cup are very nice quality. Coming back

This is my first time trying Taiwanese bubble tea. I orderd the strawberry milk cap with with no cap (wasn't sure if it would taste like whipped cream) as well as the chocolate chip oreo mochi waffle. I really liked the milk tea. It was refreshing, I could taste the strawberries. The bobas were nice and plump. The waffle was nice too. It was busy when we were there ( 03/26/22 Sat around 2pm) but the staffed worked effeciently. We waited around 10 mins for our order. The staff were bubbly (lol) and were patient when we asked questions about their menu. Would definitely come here again whenever in the area.

The dedication and commitment of the staff and the owner shows. One of the best Boba teas in the triangle area. They also make fantastic rolled ice creams. The attention to interior decorations also shows how much effort they put into making SipCha a great place to hang out at. Kudos! I'm a regular here

This is a great place for refreshing fruity flavored boba tea. Also the servings are large. You can substitute the milk cap with boba. I loved the tango mango, my husband liked his banana havana drink. My friends' children also love the strawberry flavored and brown sugar boba drinks and cheese cake rolled icecreams. The staff is friendly. The decor is very artistic with hand drawn pictures. The only issue is this is quite a small place, so it can get crowded fast. Also, when it gets busy, the order can take some time to be served.

The service is great, I tries the fruity tea with green tea and wasn't sure if I should go with tapioca boba or crystal ones. She let me sample the crystal boba and it tasted better in the tea for me. Pretty chill atmosphere a good spot to hangout with friends. I am taking out one star because I couldn't taste the green tea in the cup, yes it has lots of flavors and fruits in it but usually when I get fruit tea, the green tea flavour is pretty noticeable.

There are so many boba spots in the area but this is one of my favorites. It’s a cute little shop with a relaxing atmosphere. They even have a small selection of games to play in shop. I’ve tried various drinks but the absolute winner drink here is Smell the Bean (it’s a silly name, I know). If you like creamy and coffee flavors with your boba, try this one. Every time I’ve been here the service has been excellent. There is also a rewards program and I often get percentage discounts and free toppings.

Well let us give you the “tea” on SipCha and Boba Tea! It’s so yummy!! Pictured here is the Tango Mango which is a mix of mango green tea, boba and a milk cap! We also grabbed the Galaxy which is filled with watermelon chunks, butterfly tea and a milk cap. Both of these drinks were jammed packed with flavor. If you have not experienced boba tea, we strongly recommend SipCha in Apex! The establishment is super clean and the staff are really awesome! You can order online and pickup in store - they are open and ready to serve!

Not crystally*** Way better than expected, I always thought roll up style ice cream would have that awful ice crystal stuff you get when Ice cream freezes weird but it was perfectly creamy so having some fresh ingredients was awesome. Not too sugary or heavy like cold stone can be. Perfectly light and fresh. Nice choice of drinks as well as there's some sparkling and other non tea options.

Great rolled ice cream and best Boba around. Very nice people who waited on us. Clean inside with nice art from students on wall.

A loyal fan of Sipcha since their first opened! Love their milk tea and their fruit tea drinks, have them 2-3x a week. We recently bought 3 of their reusable cups. These cups are just way too cute! They're great for the environment by reducing plastic waste and it also save you 10 cents each time you bring in the cup. One thing I have to advise that they place the order description sticker on top of the lid and not directly on the sides of the cup. Soap and hot water failed to clean off the sticker and regrettably we took Google advice to apply with nail polish remover and it ate into the cup. So disappointed considering it was a big investment buying the cup. I can't blame Sipcha for the incident since I could have found a better way to clean it off but I hope Sipcha is reading this and inform their employees with the proper ways to place the sticker.

They really try hard to make the best drink possible and their drinks are very unique. I. Recommend getting the milk top because I've never had anything like it. Forget the calories and concentrate on the flavor.There is a lot that meets the eye here and you will be back over and over.There is also outdoor seating so enjoy. !

I stopped in while waiting to get my phone repaired at T-Mobile. This was my first time trying Sipcha but definitely not my last! The employees were friendly and answered all my questions even though they were very busy. My drink was delicious.

It’s good but not my favorite! That was my daughter’s exact words. Pretty fitting. It was good but definitely different. If you’re looking for something different, it’s definitely the place. Was pretty pricey too. Definitely a teen hangout.

Great place! The spark fruit teas were excellent, the mango in particular which had mango chunks in there. They said it was very popular and I can see why. We added boba to be weird ok. But it was good. Obviously the place was pretty crowded and popular, clearly a hit in the apex area.

Very nice local boba shop! I've been coming here for a few years, and it has only improved. Drinks are delicious and customizable. Love getting the tango mango and tried the new cheese cake. I really hope they keep the strawberry cheese cake it was delicious. Warm freidnly atmosphere and excellent service!

The cashier was very kind and my drink was made quickly. I got a regular brown sugar boba and it was delicious! The shop itself had a very clean and chill atmosphere, would highly recommend!

SipCha is my favorite local boba tea franchise in the triangle! I frequent the Cary location a lot but this was my first time at the main location in Apex and it didn't disappoint! I usually get the Ube Meets Taro, but this time I got the lychee spark and it was really good! Definitely see it becoming a go to when I don't want anything too sweet. They made a mistake with my order but they re made my drink pretty quickly!

The teas are fantastic as well as the rolled ice cream. I like their "smell the bean" when I'm in need of some coffee, and always try a new fruit boba if I don't get the coffee one! I've liked the majority of the teas that I've had there and really loved the rolled ice cream. The only "downside" is that this place is always packed, but recently they added an option to place orders online so I'm very happy for that!!

Me and my family visited after apex pride and being in the heat. This is definitely added to a list of favorite boba places. Everyone loved their drink (I got passion fruit HIGHLY recommend) I did hear the guest before us say there was a 20 min wait on rolled ice cream. That’s something to consider on busier days and times

Awesome place to try out in Apex! We live Bobba, and this place prepares milk teas amazingly well. They use real mango in their Tango Mango! Keep up the great work guys!

This place is absolutely the Best, Hands Down! Great Drinks, Great Ice Cream, Great Service. It's Local and the staff is young but extremely professional. It's an Awesome treat and we need 50 more of this place in my opinion.

I absolutely love this place! The drinks are great, and there's enough options to satisfy any craving. I haven't tried the rolled ice cream or mochi waffles yet, but I'm sure they won't disappoint!

Very cute local boba and mochi place. My partner and I got our usual brown sugar and fruit tea drinks. He likes things less sweet and more tea forward and he really enjoyed the so fruity tea with crystal boba. I loved my brown sugar boba although it was very sweet even for me (a known sugar fiend) so next time I'll try 75 or 50% I had my eye on the mochi waffles there so next time I'll be trying that.

Was my first time there and u don't know much about boba. The staff was very helpful in educating me and helping ne decide what to get based on things I like.

If you like milk tea, fruit tea, rolled ice cream, etc. you’ll like this place. There is so many options to choose from. I had the mango milk cap drink and the dragon fruit and watermelon milk cap drink and I liked both. They are very true to the fruit they come from so make sure you like that fruit. Great looking cups for pictures too.

I'm glad I took a chance on this place! Got a milk cap and a fruit tea, both were delicious with just the right level of sugar. Gonna try the rolled ice cream next time. I was very impressed with how clean everything is. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wow! Went here for the first time and O.M.G. My husband got a drink and said it was incredible. I got chocolate heaven and cookies/cream rolled ice cream for my kids and it was SO GOOD. Their customer service is also great. Will. Be. Back.

A fun place to go for some uniquely made ice cream. It's delicious and reasonably priced. It's interesting to watch them make your ice cream from scratch right in front of you.
