My girl goes to daycare here 3 times a week and I would never take her anywhere else. The staff is absolutely amazing. The way they care for my girl makes me so happy. She doesn’t trust many but gets so excited to go and see “her people” I call them. :) Worth every freaking penny.

k9 resorts is an amazing doggie daycare. Although a bit pricey to go as often as I’d like, I know he is ALWAYS well taken care of. Since my boy has a chronic disorder, he requires medicine during the day. The staff is very good about giving it to him on time. I wish they had cameras like some places, but I love how they give a “Report Card” to tell you how your dog is doing. It includes pictures and a couple sentences. I always look forward to it. Overall, highly recommend. Great, reliable staff that makes me confident he’s always in great hands!

We had to board our 5 month old puppy for a weekend. I was nervous but they sent pictures and clearly he had a blast and was well loved. He was pooped when he came home and the parting bath was much appreciated!!

We’ve been taking our golden retriever puppy there for daycare about 1-2 days per week since she became fully vaccinated and it has been the most positive experience. She loves it there and the staff is phenomenal. They also send pictures every time she comes so we can see how she’s doing throughout the day. She is out for the night after her daycare days! They have a great business, so lucky they are in Apex!

We boarded our boy Asher for the first time ever and decide to use K9 Resorts based on recommendations from friends. We were not disappointed! I can be an anxious pet parent, especially with this being our first time boarding him, and with the daily pictures and updates my mind was at ease the entire time. I could tell he was being well cared for while also having a blast playing with all of the friendly staff members! It was a great experience for both Asher and us.

K9 Resorts is absolutely terrific! They have very detailed report cards and tons of photos to share of your fur babies while they are staying there. We used another boarding place for 10 days and our 2 dogs where so skinny and very exhausted. We used K9 resorts for 7 days and the dogs were just as happy as when we left them. They were still a little tired but didn't lose any weight. They were in daycare all day at no extra charge unlike the other place, they charged extra for daycare. This is definitely the place for us. I am super excited we found such a great place!!

The staff and the facility bring out the best in my dog! Griffin arrives happy and leaves happy! Love the daily report cards and pictures. Love the fact he can play with the daycare dogs and have fun. Never worry if he is being cared for and loved!

My two pups attend daycare at k9 and have been for the last 3 years. They always have a blast and come home tired! The staff are very friendly and attentive. We're very grateful for k9 Apex!!

Took my two Australian Shepherd puppies for an evaluation for doggy day care. One is very shy and lacks confidence and can be extra. They had a great time and the staff went the extra mile to give him a super experience. They were so happy to see me but it was apparent from the pictures they they had a wonderful morning in a safe environment. We cannot wait to go back. Feel so confident boarding here when the need arises. Amazingly clean and bright facility.

Absolutely phenomenal place! From the second I walked in the day before Thanksgiving, they had everything under control and I felt good leaving my dogs in their care. On pickup a few days later, I was told the dogs were "great" and "super sweet." When you go there, you can see why. It's a beautiful place with an amazing staff that I don't think any other boarding facility could beat. 10/10 would recommend leaving your fur-baby there.

K9 resorts is absolutely the best place to board your pets or have your pets in daycare! We have two dogs and recently moved into a new home. We are having a lot of people in and out of our home to finish up with the house. It’s a relief to know that K9 pet resort is there for us! Gabby and Lulu love it there! Not only are the people so nice and helpful but the dogs are very well behaved! Our dogs love playing with their friends. I also love the special attention they give them. Sometimes one of our dogs needs their nails trimmed or a bath and K9 is happy to help! This week they even got their photos with Santa!! So sweet!! Thank you K9 and everyone so much!! ♥️

K9 is incredible and so easy to work with. We have had to extend our weeks stay due to unforeseen circumstances on one occasion and they were amazing! We have taken our 2 dogs there many times and I would never go anywhere else. The lobby and kennels are spotless and cleaned constantly. The dogs are monitored and we even get a report card with pictures and comments. My dogs can't wait to say good-bye to us and go and play, play and play! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL!

My Baby Terry (the red and white dog) loves making friends at k9 Resort in Apex. I was having a stressful day and work and then got Terry's report card of how his day was going. And it brought me so much 😊 joy. In all of his photos he was having the time of his life. I highly recommend K9 resorts doggy daycare! My dog can be shy with humans at first and she just needs a little time to warm up. The staff took the time with her for her evaluation and let her earn their trust. She then had a super fun day at daycare and cannot wait to come back!! Thank you so much for being patient and kind! Also, the facility is very clean and impressive!

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Very professional, secure, clean and smells fresh. My family puppies seem to really enjoy being there. They must be very active during the day because when I take them home they eat and go to sleep. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Very clean and well kept facility. Friendly and helpful staff. My 6 month old puppy’s first time staying here and she loved all the playtime with other dogs. The daily “report card “ with pictures of her playing were reassuring to me while I was away from her. Highly recommend K9 Resorts.

Knox goes to this location and there are not enough words (caring, stimulating environment, safe, established, dog whispers)to describe how satisfied I am with the facility, staff and owner. Living in the Wake County area for over 15 yrs. this facility is far beyond the BEST. My fur baby absolutely loves it. Recently, we experienced a medical emergency with Knox and the owner and staff at K-9 went above and beyond and showed him nothing but love. I am very grateful for them taking care of him when his humans are away.

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of all the staff! The staff sends photos of your dog during their stay and it made my day seeing how happy my pupper was running and playing. My high-energy husky puppy slept for two days straight after his first day of daycare 😂 We are looking forward to his next visit! I highly recommend K9 Resorts!!!

I have only boarded my puppy 2x and when we picked her up this time she seemed very happy. I think she had a blast and slept all day the next day. The report card and pictures were so cute!

We LOVE K9 in Apex. Hands down would (and do!) recommend to friends and family for boarding. We’ve never had any issue with our fluffy boy’s boarding and are always confident that he is well taken care of while we are on vacation or out of town. K9 has been extremely good to us - my husband called asking for day-of boarding when I went into labor and they got us in and made space for our fluffy baby. They even sent us flowers when our baby was born. They are truly amazing! We LOVE K9 and will continue to use them! Thank you for all that you do for us and our furry boy!!

K9 Resorts is fantastic. Our pup Bella Poppy is a regular for doggy daycare, she loves the staff, and gets all of her puppy energy out when she spends the day there. They send a "report card" during her stay, and the insights from the staff on how she's doing and how her day is going is always fun to see. The pics they send are always entertaining. The facility is impeccably clean, staff very attentive, we are very comfortable with her spending the day at K9 Resorts. It's a good life for the fortunate dogs & puppies at K9!

We were in an emergency situation to visit critically ill family members and contacted many boarders. We have enjoyed using our previous boarding company, but were very intrigued with K9 Resorts since the dogs could also attend daycare, get one on one time with staff, etc. for the same/less price than other boarders. Once we dropped the dogs off, we were so impressed with the daily report cards on each dog that included comments and pictures. We also had travel difficulties/delays, and they were able to accommodate us for another night's stay during that crisis. All in all, excellent care, customer service, and rates for what your pets will receive. Highly recommend!

Never a bad experience here! First, the staff members are the best and always professional. The facility is clean and always smells freshly sanitized and fragrant. We work a lot and travel quite a bit so our sweet 1 year old boxer pup goes to daycare 2-3x a week and has been boarded quite a few times thus far. She always comes home completely happy and exhausted each and every single time! They’ve never cancelled any of our reservations, which was our experience at another facility in Cary. We are grateful for K9 Resorts!

This was our first ever boarding experience and we have found "Our place". The facility is super nice, clean and the staff is amazing. We got report cards and pictures every other day (just when I needed to see them each time). We are already schedule for future stays. Piper loved her vacation here.

We LOVE K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel. Our little guy has been going there for a while 2-3 times a week for daycare. He comes home exhausted and is eager to go every morning! The staff is wonderful- they pay attention to every detail, send the best pictures and comments and really truly care about our dog. We can go to work and feel assured he’s is the best hands possible who love him like we do. We’ve recommended the place to many and would to all!

Zoe is 11 yo and has only been boarded 3xs in her life.. she had enjoyed the doggy day care socialization so much at K9, we gave it a try. She walked out stress free, happy and loved.. they took good care of our little girl!

What a great place! Our dogs had a blast and were cared for by the K9 staff in such a loving way. We received daily updates and pictures to let us know how they were doing. I am recommending everyone I know to take their dogs there.

My dogs absolutely love day camp at K9 Resorts! It’s an awesome way for them to socialize with other dogs while being monitored by canine professionals. Our dog Charlie loves coming here! We have used K9 Resorts for daycare and overnight boarding and have been happy with both services. They provide report cards with photos and feedback on how our dog is enjoying his day with the staff and other dogs. Everyone I have interacted with there seems to really enjoy their work. K9 Resorts in Apex is the absolute best. My dog, who’s pretty energetic and has developed a bit of separation anxiety after a year and a half of us working from home is honestly excited when we pull up. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, on more than one occasion I’ve called the day before for daycare and all they say is there excited to see our dog. The best thing is the photos, everyday whether you have daycare or overnight stays you get a report card with an update of your dogs behavior and photos of them playing with other dogs and humans. Let’s be honest, we’ve developed a little separation anxiety from the last year and a half with her and it’s so great to see her sweet little face every night! 10/10 would recommend!

K9 Resorts of Apex is superb. The staff loves our dog Beans as if he were their own. Going to doggy day care has been great to keep him well socialized, exercised and a happy pup overall.

Had our boy Finn at K9 for a daycare/evaluation. Because if COVID, he ha gotten a little anxious and unsure around others! K9 was very patient and took extra care with Finn…. Easing him in at his pace! Not quite there for a full on pack play date, but we are getting there.

One of the few local places that my dog loves. She is treated with love and plenty of attention from dogs and people here. I get picture updates and information about her mood and the fun she is having. We love taking Bailey here!

We love this place! We were very concerned about boarding our puppy who does not like crates/being left alone. They have multiple different rooming options for boarding, which is excellent, and quite frankly, why we looked at them in the first place. When we got there, we talked to the head honcho, and were very impressed with her knowledge, understanding, and friendliness! She was understanding of a puppy's needs (e.i. might needs breaks if too tired and gets cranky/mouthy, be cautious of overplaying and stress on joints and growth plates, etc). Her and another employee are certified Vet Techs, so that gave us confidence as well. At the end of the day, we love the updates on our dog, and the pictures that ensue! We do wish that they had cameras, but understand the complexity that comes with that. Here's what sets them apart from other places, in my view. After a full day of daycare (8am-6pm), I went to pick up my puppy, and he was very tired, but still had a healthy amount of energy. This means that he played hard, but not to the point of exhaustion. We have picked him up from other places and he looked rough, like he hadn't had a break all day. It was nice to see that they treated him and his body correctly!
