i absolutely loved coming here for my first tattoo and piercings. I had Kate do my tattoo and it came out amazingly!!! i got blue and purple ink and the colors were super vivid and had clean lines, and just came out great, it was a personal and meaningful tattoo to me and i was so happy it came out the way i envisioned it. I can’t remember who did all my piercings, but she has blonde hair and always had a pony tail. i went there to get my daith done and it was the first piercing i got since i was 8, and she was super nice and talked me through my nerves. i went back for two cartilage piercings and my conch and they also came out amazing. the ball for my conch came off a few weeks after and they replaced it with no charge, and i also had my second lobes done that day too. Overall, my experience here has been AMAZING and i’ll definitely continue coming back to get more piercings and maybe another tattoo or two

Shania was AMAZING! I went in to get my nose pierced. I didn't make an appointment, just walked in and she took me right back. She listened to what I wanted and made it such a straightforward process. It was over before I even knew it began and I'm loving my new accessory! She also invited me to come back in and get it changed to a hoop when I was ready. So nice to know she cared.

Very nice place! I got my septum, and helix done here and it was very quick and easy! My piercer was Lexie and she did a wonderful job! Talked me through and made me feel more comfortable through the process!

Just got my first ever tattoo done here! Since it was my first tattoo I walked into the shop very nervously but the staff welcomed me with smiles and a nice greeting. Getting ready for the tattoo Jax walked me through the whole process step by step and made sure I felt comfortable . During the process of the tattoo, Jax made amazing conversation which made my nerves melt away to laughter! He also continuously made sure I was doing good and gave me multiple opportunities for a break. The establishment was also extremely sanitary and very well kept. I highly suggest coming here and will definitely be back!

I am from NJ and have 2 tats. I have wanted a third for years. I finally decided what and where I wanted it. I searched out a local tattoo shop and found The Apex Tattoo Factory. I perused the website and really liked what I saw and read. I had my tat done on Friday (9/9) and I could not be happier. FatJax is awesome! Kat is awesome! Talented artists (not just tattoo artists, but artists), professional, extremely knowledgeable...I could go on and on. I will be recommending Apex Tattoo Factory to everyone. I will also be bringing in my dad to get his first tattoo.

I called last minute to see if ATF carried a particular type of nose jewelry. They did. I asked if I needed an appointment; I didn't. Warren recommended I walk in to look at their inventory. Amber, the piercer, was there and was kind and gracious enough to fit me in (without an appointment, mind you) to choose the right fit for my piercing. She was generous with her time, expert with her guidance and opinion and recommendations. I felt so comfortable in her hands. Thank you, Amber for treating me like I was the only client there (it was very busy) and helping me achieve the look I wanted! Warren - you have a terrific phone personality.

I was a walk-in this afternoon for a nose piercing and had the best experience. The shop feels very home-like and the people are very down to earth which made me feel more relaxed. The lady who did my piercing was very professional and the process was quick and nearly painless. I will be recommending this shop to everyone! ❤️

Awesome, clean place! Went with a friend for a nose and septum piercing, and had a great experience. Super quick because they clearly knew what they were doing. Definitely a clean place with kind, knowledgeable staff. This was my first real piercing so I had a ton of questions and they answered them all! Also, I saw a review that said they didn’t provide aftercare information, which is totally false! The piercer explained it to me in detail, and gave me a sheet with all the info. I definitely recommend this place for piercings, and imagine they’re just as awesome with tattoos!

ive gotten my belly button pierced here, and my septum! such a lovely environment and always does a great job! my belly button and septum was so quick and painless. piercer is always so nice and explains in full detail what she's about to do, what to expect, and the aftercare/healing process!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had my piercings done TWICE within the span of two days. They came out crooked the first time, then came out the same way the second time. The piercer, Shania, is clearly inexperienced. She couldn’t get the dots lined up, to the point where my boyfriend had to attempt. The next day we came, the manager, Warren, and Shania started an argument with us. It took numerous times every single try! I'm extremely disappointed in my experience at this piercing/tattoo shop, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! They denied my refund, which for both sides of my nose costed $150. They refused to let me get in contact with the owner, which is completely unprofessional. They’re extremely overpriced, unorganized, dishonest and obviously don’t care/value new customers. I wish I went somewhere else!!!!

Just got my tattoo here. Kat was great! She gave me exactly what I wanted and even worked with me when I wanted to add small details. The place was was clean and comfortable and had a couple tvs in the room and everyone was super friendly! All in all I had a great experience and will 100% go back

Got pierced here by Shania and it was such a wonderful experience! She was not only professional and great at her job, but provided such a comforting presence that immediately relaxed me and made the piercing process that much better! I finally decided it was time I get my eyebrow pierced. My boyfriend found this shop, and I liked what I saw. I was super nervous, but the piercer was so super sweet, friendly, and explained the process throughout (I feel terrible I didn't get her name, as I was too busy trying to keep myself calm, lol). It was was almost painless, and I fully believe that was because of her skill and expertise. Now that I got the first one over with, I'm already deciding what I want next, and will definitely be going back for all my piercings. And probably a few tattoos, lol. I know my current tats need a touchup anyway.

Wow!!! Wondeful customer service!!! I left a voice message to inquire about best time to come in to switch out a captive ring for a flat back stud on my ear cartilage and I got a call back within close to an hour. When I got there, they helping another customer. When the customer left, they took the time to clean up their working space! Amazing! I am really thankful for the super nice treatment and fast procedure! Super recommend Apex Tattoo Factory and definitely will go back for more!!! Big thanks!!!!

I called ATF to ask about help with removing a conch piercing and the man who answered the phone was so sweet and understanding about it. I got there 20 minutes before they closed and everyone was so nice and didn’t seem annoyed at all. The lady was so patient with me and helped me get the piercing out. I wish I caught their names but I 100% trust her with my piercings and will definitely be back if I need any help!!!

My tragus ring fell out when I was out of town and it closed up, I came to Shania to get it repierced and she gave me all of the info I needed about the scar tissue and then repierced it BEAUTIFULLY. Shania is not only great at her job, she cares about her clients health and well-being for every piercing she does! I highly recommend!!

My husband and I got tattoos on Saturday by Anya. We are very happy with them. Anya was very personable and had a lot of knowledge. Warren the manager was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend going here.

Anya is an absolutely fantastic artist. I had her design an Eddie munson tattoo for me, and she did not disappoint. Not only was her work stunning, she kept great conversation and always made sure to check in with me to make sure I was feeling alright. I visited a few weeks ago to have a Dangerous Things NFC chip implanted. Jax is one of the few people in the east coast recognized by DT to do implants, so I didn't mind the hour drive. The shop is clean and organized with friendly staff. Will definitely be returning for tattoo and implant needs in the future!

I brought my 11 year old to Apex Tattoo Factory to get her ears pierced. My daughter is extremely afraid of needles, but was determined to get her ears pierced, but had a bit of a panic attack in the process. The entire staff was so incredibly patient and kind to her, encouraged her, and waited for her to relax and be ready. I am so thankful we chose ATF for her first ear piercing! Thanks guys!

Apex Tattoo Factory was my third attempt at finding a local place to get my latest tattoo from. I’m so glad the first two were a complete failure, because Kat did an amazing job. The first place I tried was Yokai Ink Studio. After a week+ of emails and texts, I never got a reply. She wouldn’t answer her phone. Red Leaf Tattoo was my next attempt. They had some very bad reviews but since they were close to my house I thought I’d give them a chance. The reviews were correct. They had a serious attitude problem and were not welcoming at all. Prices were ridiculous too. Apex Tattoo Factory was exactly what I was looking for. The moment I walked in the door, everyone was very welcoming even if they were very crowded. I was attended to immediately. Showed them what I wanted. Guy at counter ran back to ask artist if she could do it. Returned with a yes and made an appointment on the spot. Two days later she made my dream come true. Kat does amazing detail work, which is what I wanted for such a fine tattoo. Everyone at the Apex Tattoo Factory was great and I had a blast talking about all kinds of stuff. I’ll definitely be returning for future tattoos. Thanks to Kat and the rest of the crew at Apex Tattoo Factory.

Amber is AMAZING !!!!! I could NOT have asked for a better experience getting my daughters 2nd hole piercing for her birthday. Warren attracted me to the shop when I called to get information before deciding which shop I wanted to go to. He brought me in and Amber made us forever customers! We had jewelry malfunctions and not once but twice, even on her day off, made sure my daughter's piercing wasn't a wasted effort. She replaced her jewelry (again, on her day off !!!) giving nothing but amazing service ! Her room is very clean and gorgeously decorated, she has the most chill spirit that is calming for the nervous body in her chair, with a steady and gentle touch provides a life long beautiful piece of art that my daughter will forever remember and love ... all thinks to Amber! We will be back and give nothing but the HIGHEST recommendations/referrals. This could have been a nightmare but left me nothing but IMPRESSED !

I had been there before for tattoos but I just had my nose pierced there on Friday. The staff was very nice and professional. She told me exactly what to expect and asked if I had questions. The piercing was very quick and only hurt for a few seconds. She explained home care in detail and gave me an info sheet to take home. I highly recommend them.
