I’ve always had great experiences here, and I highly recommend booking with Gillian. She is great at her work and so easy to chat with. The promotions they run definitely provide good value, and this location always seems to run true to time with appointments not running late.

The selfish part of me doesn’t want to post this review because I am worried it will make her harder to book!! My wax specialist Paula is AMAZING. She always listens to what you want and is encouraging and loving about all of your waxing needs. When you see Paula, it’s more than just getting your eyebrows waxed, it’s like visiting with a friend who gets you and wants the best for you in life. She’s amazing and I am blessed to know her through EWC! The staff at the front desk is always knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful.

Please don’t come with Ariel Edward I recibe a really bad service, I pay for cheek waxing, and I leaving from the place very unhappy she still leave hair on my cheeks, my first time on this location and my last one.

My esthetician, Emma, is absolutely wonderful! At my first appointment, A.K.A my first wax ever, she talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during each appointment, and always makes sure I'm stocked up on my products and mentions any deals for additional waxes that I may be interested in. She's made new waxing journey so great...and smooth!! You rock, Emma!

Had a great first experience at this European Wax Center! Scheduling was really easy online and I didn’t even have to wait when I got to the center a few minutes early. Cassie was my wax specialist and she immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience a breeze. Will definitely be back!

The front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. Gillian is the sweetest and gentlest wax specialist. She's very quick so that the wax removal is not painful, but also, she takes time to make sure every hair gets removed. I appreciate her kind personality and level of professionalism which always make me feel comfortable.

I’ve been going here for years! My current wax specialist is Gillian. Every time I see her it’s great adult conversation and relaxing self-care! I love the work she does and she’s really friendly! I get my eyebrows and upper lip done, and none of it is too painful! On this last visit, Gillian was sick and I had Alanna. She was a great substitute and would definitely be happy to see her again!

This was my first visit and from the front desk to the back with my technician Alanna, my experience was great! Alanna was knowledgeable, she listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. She also made a couple of suggestions that I will consider ,going forward. I immediately booked my next appointment with her and look forward lto becoming one European Wax Center's I loyal clients.

All of the staff are exceptional. Paula & Kiana are new to me- professional & do a great job! Edna has been very professional, punctual, energetic, and personable as my wax specialist. She is the perfect employee as she builds real relationships with her clients, cares about you and your experience, and is always willing to tailor how she does things to meet your needs and ideas. The Receptionists are also very welcoming, courteous, and all take the time needed to explain everything. Such a super staff, I could not imagine how my experience could be any better! So grateful!

Alanna is amazing. I was so nervous when I started waxing, but she walked me through the whole process, took breaks and provided me valuable information, and she know does her job well.She is very professional yet friendly. I’ve had a couple sessions with her and each session gets better. I highly recommend her.

I go to EWC at this location for a brazilian wax and Kiana always does an awesome job! She is so sweet and friendly! AND takes care to make the wax as painless as possible. She does a thorogh job waxing and I always feel smooth when I leave! Thanks Kiana!

I came in as a walk-in and asked if I could get my lower legs waxed they told me that the earliest was at 11:45 so I left the went home and thought about it and decided to book anyway so I booked online. As advertised on there website you get a free wax awesome why not take advantage of that so you can get a free eyebrow, underarm, I think a bikini line etc. so I asked the lady before we started and she said sure not a problem. We got to talking during my service and when we were done I asked her about my underarms and she said sorry I don't have time. I don't know....I always thought you put your client on the table first. I understand that they have appointments but it's not like I was taking any extra time and now I lost my free service because they don't let you do it on another day. I guess she was overwhelmed or I wasn't worth 5 more minutes to her. Just disappointed.

Probably the worst Brazilian wax I’ve gotten to date. It wasn’t super painful. But tons of hair left. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened at EWC. I have no idea why I continue to give them a chance. This time was the last straw. I won’t be back. Update: I spoke with Aymeisha who offered to have a more experienced waxer redo the service. Aymeisha was pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure this was resolved. Added 3 stars because of the excellent customer service.

After waxing appointment noticed patches hair missed on my chin that are clearly visible in natural light and can be felt.Very disappointing 😞service. $54 wasted .

They are taking great precautions against covid to ensure the safety of their clients. Tiffany is also wonderful. The staff is skilled at what they do.

Kiana was great! She explained the 4 step process as she went along. She was honest about the discomfort level upfront, but assured me it wouldn’t be as bad as I thought. She was right. She was quick, but efficient! I highly recommend her!

Horrible, had an appointment with Cassidy and waited 45mins. I had checked in the front desk with the receptionist and the specialist didn’t even realize I was waiting. I had to wait for her to finish with the guest she took before me. Two people went in before me and the receptionist didn’t even realize to double check why I hadn’t been called. If I wouldn’t of asked “how long?” I don’t think they’ve would of realized I was still sitting there. Needs better customer service and more attentive staff. Everyone who comes here comes for a service and makes a appointment for a reason, no one’s time should be wasted when an appointment is made.

I had Gillian and she was awesome! Super professional and we just casually talked the whole time. She made my first time getting my eyebrows done super easy and makes me want to go back. I highly recommend her. Lobby was so clean and well kept with a super friendly girl at the desk, I wish I got her name.

This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax , I was recommended to this location. The lady was super nice and friendly but the work was very poorly done. I left with wax still on me, and hair all in my crack line. Highly disappointed especially for it being my first time ever having it done. Definitely going somewhere else next time.

I had gotten a waxing back at the end of June thought I left a review but this was probably one of the worst Brazilian wax’s I’ve gotten . The front desk were very nice and made you feel very welcome but when I was taken back my esthetician I believe her name was Paula she had told me she’s a perfectionist and likes to make sure she got everything so I trusted that . I’ve Had wax’s done in the past as well as a esthetician myself but this was not painless and I get you may have a couple hairs but when I got home it was like she missed half of where I was getting waxed and had to take a razor to it cause I was going on a trip the next day. I won’t be coming back.

Gillian at this location was great! Very thorough and took her time. It’s hard to find great wax specialists! Will be back.
