I love First Watch! Them menu is unique, lots of health options, atmosphere is upbeat, and the staff is phenomenal. I love the insulated craf of coffee left on the table so there's no waiting for another cup. Please, please, please expand north! We desperately need this in NH!!!

Fantastic breakfast. Stopped in at the recommendation of a local, and was not disappointed. The juice bar, particularly the Purple Haze, was delicious. The pancake was huge, and everything was cooked to perfection. I’ll definitely return. Waitress was friendly and attentive too.

The salmon frittata was awesome. Very chic modern place, open for lunch, with an extreme number of options. The ham gruyere was great as well. They have a kids menu, grilled cheese was very good too. Plus there are Apex paintings and other themed items in the restaurant to localize the place a bit more (since it is a chain).

Christie was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, professional and overall great. Food was phenomenal, highly recommend!

A very pleasant experience with Emilee as our server :) My order came out just like I wanted, and it was a great amount of food for ~12$ I really enjoyed the glass they brought the water out in <3

First Watch is our favorite spot for breakfast on special occasions. The food is always such a treat with consistent quality. We keep on coming back because it ain't broke! 🤤

Quick service. Food is always good. Come in early especially on Sunday and here in Apex. Got the crab Benedict. The poached eggs were a tad too soft for my taste. Next time I'll make sure to tell them to cook it 1 min more. Otherwise it's good. Food presentation could also be tighter but then I'm a food blogger/ photographer so there's that.

This was our first time experience at a First Watch. We were pleasantly pleased and satisfied. The best was the banana granola almond crunch pancake. We will hopefully visit again or another establishment.

DELICIOUS & OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We have tried multiple items in the menu and have always been so impressed. Top favorites are the million dollar bacon, waffles, Morning meditation drink, gluten-free French toast, the work’s omelette and Kale salad. We have had outstanding service every time we have gone and we are there at least once a week. Spencer was our server this week and he was very kind and attentive. Is clear that the staff works together and treat each other with kindness. We have even ordered food to go and it taste fresh and packaged perfectly.

This is a perfect addition to Beaver Creek area. Nice assortment of really tasty breakfast items, with fast southern hospitality.

4/24 edit: returned today and things were fantastic! I think it was just the preparation of the last dish I got was off. 5 stars! This place looks awesome, hoping maybe this was just a one off. My husband’s meal was great, I got the loaded salmon bagel. Bagel was cold like from the fridge, looked like they toasted it slightly, but it was just a pain to eat a cold, hard bagel. If they just took a little time to warm them up right and spread the cream cheese on nice like they have it in the photos, it probably would have been awesome.

The husband and I come here weekly. We had wonderful service from Emily today. But all the servers have been great in the past especially Grace and Maddie and Thomas and Dean. Food has always been good or we would not come weekly. Love ya all!

Great restaurant with an earthy progressive vibe. Excellent breakfast selection on the menu, something for most everyone. Food served up was very good and didn't take long getting to the table. Service was friendly and responsive. Prices are fair for what gets served.

Cool concept. We'd never been before this. The staff up front were friendly and got us seated right away. The food was "meh" at best. My burrito was okay. My wife absolutely didn't like her biscuits and gravy. I didn't think it was bad. It was a huge biscuit, and not much gravy; and she said she didn't like it. It's turkey, so it is waaay different than a pork sausage gravy. Tried it. Probably not going back unless it's for morning drinking. Their drinks read amazingly. We were travelling this day and I was unable to partake.

First time visited first watch full crowded, long waiting, but worth, food was good. Few veg/vegan options. Like to try again veg burger and sandwiches. The potatoes along with the meal are not good at all instead of half cooked and strange taste potatoes try french fries or hash brown.

Long wait to get in on the weekend. I’d advise you set up a reservation online before going over. Service was quick and friendly as usual. Food is delicious. 5 stars.

Not all First Watch locations are equal. We recently moved to Cary from Chapel Hill. Our favorite First Watch location was in the New Hope Commons. We had tried a few other locations in the Chapel Hill/Durham/West Raleigh area but they couldn’t compare to that location. Now being a 25-minute drive to the Hope Valley Commons, we needed to find something closer to home. We’ve been to 3 different locations in the area and the Ajax First Watch has turned out to be exceptional for service and customer experience. All of our visits there have been great seatings, but our server today, Megan, was outstanding. Pleasant demeanor, fast, and caring, she quickly brought our food, made sure my partner’s coffee was always full, and, bonus, brought me lemon and honey with my hot tea without me even asking for it. She checked on us without hovering and had perfect timing in presenting the check. Frankly, it seems all the staff there really care about the customers’ experience. Food quality is excellent. Definitely our #1 First Watch location. 5 STARS all the way. Breakfast today was one of the specials, Sunny Seoul Hash, and BLT Benedict. Tasty, fresh, nicely plated, and served hot. Really, really good!

It's hard to eat healthy food that is delicious and under $30 a plate, and this plate does all of that! So yum!

I’m letting my ten year old daughter the review so here it goes! This place is a great place the bathrooms are clean the servers are nice 😊 and the food is delicious 😋 and I like how the straws are ocean free this place is the best thanks for a good breakfast 🥞 🍳🥣🧇 Dazelyn did a great job checking up on us! My Mom said the price of the kids drinks is a lot but on par with other restaurants.

We often come to First Watch after Mass on Sundays (among other times!) because we love the place. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is incredible and service has always been great! Emily was our server today, and she did an amazing job. From greeting us quickly to keeping an eye on us to make sure everything was on point, she was great! We recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great meal and even better service. Thank you for another great brunch! 🙂

I had never been to First Watch but my daughter wanted to have brunch there on her 21st bday to order a "legal" mimosa. We had such amazing, unique food, and the drinks were yummy. Restaurant was busy but service was great. I have passed by before on Sundays and seen folks standing dozens deep in the parking lot waiting for all that yumminess. Glas we went on a Thursday and had no wait!

Had the barbacoa breakfast burrito this time, it’s an item from the limited short term menu and it was amazing. I hope it somehow becomes a regular menu item. Every time I go to First Watch I try something new and I end up loving it. The wait staff is always friendly here, coffee is good, and this place continues to impress.

Perfect, as always! Pleasant staff, delicious food, great options, and ridiculously quick service! I am doing allergy testing right now and have a pretty strict diet to adhere to, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to have a delicious brunch while still being dairy-free and gluten-free! I ordered a black coffee with oat milk, and got the AM Superfoods Bowl. It was actually super delicious and very filling (which was not what I expected from something so healthy, but I should have known better because everything at First Watch is fabulous!). I was able to swap out the toast for gluten-free toast, and slathered in their delicious almond butter and sprinkled with sea salt, I couldn't even tell the difference! I have never made chia seed pudding before, but I will have to after trying this delicious dish! Thank you for having such various options, and listing

Easily one of the best breakfast places here in the Apex/Cary area. There was a long line, and I can see why. Food was cooked perfectly, and the inside felt nice and inviting. Maybe the service was a bit slow, but it's understandable being so full.

First time checking this place out in the new plaza across from Beaver Creek Commons which used to be that old gas station. Got a classic Benedict and it came out great!! Prices were fair for the food being around $11 for the plate, but heads up a juice is $4. Service was fast and you pay at the front when you’re done. We’d go again!

Came here today for Father’s Day brunch and had a wonderful experience! Our waitress was great! I apologize I don’t remember her name, but she had a “G” on her necklace! She was very attentive and sweet! The manager came by to check in and was nice as well! The food was perfect!!! We will definitely be back soon! We’re so happy to have a great breakfast place close by!

Food was good, once you find something you're interested in. Service was wonderful. I found the menu pretentious. Trying to have everything new and cool served in the newest coolest ways. And the prices certainly fit that business model. Many will like it. I won't be rushing back.

Myself and co workers came in for breakfast here. It was very good. The restaurant was very nice, appealing and clean. The staff was courteous, our waiter was good. The good was excellent. Plenty of potatoes with it! Eggs were cooked prefect. Would eat here again.

Freaking Delicious! We had the Farmhouse Hash and the Bananas Foster French Toast and they were both amazing. I wouldn't have wanted the French Toast as my only meal because it was sooo rich in flavor and sweetness. It was nice to have these two dishes to share and have a little of each.
