Horrible
customer
service.
Owner
was
very
rude
to
me
after
having
my
cake
ready
2
hours
after
aggreed
upon
time.
When
I
asked
for
a
discount
or
store
credit
for
the
cake
not
being
ready
on
time,
I
was
told
there
is
nothing
she
could
do.
The
owner
did
not
take
responsibility
for
the
mistake
and
never
once
offered
any
apology
or
show
any
remorse
for
thier
mistake.
They
have
lost
a
customer,
and
the
owner
could
care
less.
When
told
that
this
would
be
the
last
cake
we
order
from
them,
her
response
was
"OKAY".
This
is
the
second
cake
in
a
year
I
have
ordered
from
here
and
at
89
and
108
a
cake,
I
feel
the
customer
service
could
have
been
A
LOT
better.
The
excuse
I
recieved
the
first
time
I
went
to
pick
up
my
cake
at
12pm
when
I
arrived
to
pick
up
the
cake
was
the
orginal
form
said
12,
but
the
form
they
were
working
off
of
said
2.
When
I
arrived
the
second
time
to
pick
up
my
cake
I
was
told
the
again
and
shown
the
form
that
it
said
2
with
the
12
scribbled
out
and
that
they
has
2
orders
with
the
same
name.
Cake
is
good,
not
worth
the
price,
but
there
are
not
a
lot
of
places
you
can
get
a
cake
with
cannoli
filling.
