1 star only for the fact that only 1 person was scheduled for the Night Shift. POOR EMILY. I was in line for over 40 minutes only to find out 1 person is doing the job of 3+ with a huge line of cars/orders. Management do better.

Honestly I don't have much to talk about this place. I ordered a double bacon and was expecting to get something a little bigger according to the picture I saw on the screen. Other than that the service was very good, I got my order super fast, this place is very clean and apparently renovated. I really like the restroom. That's it. If it wasn't for the quality of the sandwich I'd give them 5 stars.

Takes the fast out of fast food. no reason i should sit her for almost an hour. if it wasnt 12am id just go sit down somewhere to waste this kind if time

Just awful. Fast food is supposed to be fast and at least resemble food. Fries old as hell, chicken patty extra well/burnt and dry. Rung up an extra drink. Scammers. So bad it’s disgraceful. Have some pride in your work. Nasty

Every time I go through the drive through everything, but my rewards section of the app opens. I I spoke to the manager, unhelpful!! Then I go in to get a pumpkin spice iced coffee. What do you know? The shock? The coffee machine isn't working after 9. Seems to be an epidemic going around this country concerning their ice cream machine and ice coffee machine. Not working when they don't feel like it. RAISE the prices and rewards suddenly DON'T WORK???

Updated 3/9/23: Shout out for a great experience. I ordered a very large mobile order for my students around lunch time. I went inside to pick it up and the crew was working swiftly to get it ready. They organized the bags and had everything ready to go. I appreciate their attention to detail and quickness. Everyone was kind and helpful.

It's a regular occurrence at this mcdonalds For them to only offer mcchicken and or nuggets. Tonight I sat in drive-thru for 20 min. Just for them to say all they have are nuggets, fries or mcchicken. Why have your business open over night if your only gonna offer a few items?

A good quality McDonald's experience with usual fast service and correct drive-thru orders. Biggest issue with this location is getting out of the parking lot if it's around rush hour. There are multiple exits from the property (Grocery store parking lot), but they are either blocked or time consuming waiting for a gap in traffic.

Wait here is longer that usual. Waited about 5 minutes, with no other cars in lone, just to have my order taken. Waited another 5 minutes to be charged. Food took a while to be given to me too. Was thinking place was probably understaffed, but when I pulled up to the second window to get my food, soooo many employees there playing around, yelling, making inappropriate noises! Definitely should look into better management!

Food was good, came out nice and hot, however parts of the order were missing and I had to back and let the manager (who had taken the order originally) know

I have had several issues with this location over the years, but great service for the most part. I continue to be a loyal customer because the Allegroe family is always willing to hear me out and take action if necessary. I'm not one to complain unless the behavior continues. For example, for years we didn't get the sauces requested. My wife was terrified to ask for more as one of the managers got on to her about how many she requested. I spoke with the same manager and she really had an attitude and said the max is 6 sauces per 20 piece. I laughed because I thought she was joking, then I realized she was serious. I said that makes no sense, if there is a limit, then there should be an option for the customer to pay for more. I decided to take it higher and confirmed that customers shouldn't have to pay for sauce. Since then, I haven't had an issue with sauces, and it's been at least 5 years, I would say.

This location impressed me. We Didn't do drive thru. Very impressive. Manage with beautiful personality. This right iff is very welcomed. Food was on like what's advertised and flavors exceeded other locations in area. Team Keep going your doing great!

My son loves it there . But tonight a young man by the name of Hunter we met was super friendly, courteous and a great young man to speak too. my 5 year old really liked him and said he was kind. Thank you hunter.

Fries overcooked and the fish not fresh fried, I was hoping that the frape taste more like coffee than anything else, but that wasn't the case.

Always order through mobile pickup in the app, I am able to save with coupons and deals in the app and the food is ready when I pickup! Makes it super easy to grab a meal!

The best double cheeseburger ever. Hot fresh. Cheese was melted, ketchup, and it's other toppings were on point. Not cheap changed. Especially with how much one cost now. I appreciate it. Thank you.
