Terrible experience today. After paying at the kiosk, they told us that they couldn’t make what we ordered and wouldn’t refund the money, I asked for a manager and they ignored that. And so they made smaller versions of it. It took 17 minutes to get the food, they forgot an item, didn’t include sour cream on two items, the crunchwraps were soggy inside, and the Mexican pizza looked like it was revenge (see picture). Would not visit again. Total rip off, total garbage, terrible food. Deserves zero stars.

I really enjoyed Spicy Double Beef Grilled Cheese Burrito with Diablo sauce!♡ Ordering food with the little machine was easy and comfortable for me. But my husband did not like the coffee from there and wasn't happy about the customer service 😕... Maybe they're too busy.

I just want to start this by saying the day prior I went to the mcdonalds across the street where I waited 40 minutes and then when I got my food I Was treated like the bad guy. Today I decided to get some taco bell and was immediately greeted by very kind and caring staff. My food took about 13 minutes to get out and when it did someone apologized and gave me free taco coupons for the wait. Outstand customer service from this location.

This was my first time coming to this Taco 🌮 Bell and I had a bad experience with the 5 layer burrito 🌯. Why would you make a burrito and give it to them with it not been fully cook. It had this doughy taste to it. That kill my whole appetite. My daughter, hers was the same way. She had to cook it in the air fryer. It will be a while before I come back.

We orderd through the screens and got a few different items. The one i can recommend most is the 1 buck burrito with the spicy potato's. If you like spicy get the diablo sauce packets and toss it on everything. The Brisk mango ice tea is a good sweet drink to go with the spicy diablo sauce.

I am not a huge fast food eater but when I need a quick lunch I continue to come back here. The service is really good and the restaurant is clean, every time.

Every time I came to this particular Taco Bell, the food and service was always on point. This past Saturday evening, I was so upset after ordering my food because the bread of my chalupas was extremely hard. I had to get out of my car and go inside to show them the mess of food they had just given to me. The guy at the checkout counter quickly fixed it to the way that it should have been from the beginning. At this point, the food was hot and delicious but I am now looking at this place with a side eye.👀

Keep driving. This location is incapable of filling a drive thru order. My last 3 ,orders have had missing items. And not like 1 track but whole Cravings Boxes or side orders of chips. They just don't pay attention, always talking among themselves.

Arrived to an empty restaurant lobby before rush hour. Tables were all clean, as well as the floor, and restrooms. Food was ordered ahead on the app, and prepared early for us on arrival. Staff was friendly. One ordering kiosk appears to be non functional.

Extremely understaffed. And I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while so I was shocked and blown away at their prices. $22 for me and my wife to get lunch. I used to go to Taco Bell because it was a better deal than the other fast food places

Spent over 22.00$ here, for minimal items, look at the pictures! I get cold lettuce,and a piece of chicken. Never going back here, service was awful. Do better Taco bell. Yes, I included a picture of my receipt for reference. Awful. Couldn't finish the food.

Cleaner than 90% of the fast food restaurants we’ve sat in lately. Nice people, quiet atmosphere. We had a great time. And my weird order was fulfilled perfectly.

First came to Florida and ordered a Mexican pizza and two young men looked quizzically at each other and one said to the other what is that? The other said we never had it. Wow three years later the Bell heritage serves Mexican Pizza... clean great food innovative and value packed feeling.
