My mom and I went today to the grand opening of the new chick fil a location and we received the worst service. We sat at a booth when all of a sudden an elderly couple and someone with a camera ( I’m assuming it had to do with the grand opening) started having a loud conversation with who appeared to be the managers. They were so loud, we couldn’t hear each other talk and they were so oblivious to our existence . We ordered our meals and added a milkshake and they gave us a table tent because they said they would bring our milkshake over. The nice woman who brought it to my mom looked at it and noticed that it had been sitting there for a while and offered to make a fresh one. It was all melted, the top of the milkshake was all pink from the melted whip cream. My mom asked if she could keep it since they were going to throw it out anyway, and the woman said sure. Though, when she came back with the new milkshake, she told us she had been instructed to take the other one back, it was super petty.

Was on the line early for the new Chick-Fil-A opening! The staff greeted us with a smile and had small gifts for us as well. The restaurant was even decorated for Christmas! The food was good, and as an avid Chick-Fil-A-er, I'll be back!

Grand opening today Thursday November 30th 2023! Food is of great quality, hot, and fresh!

First time I've stopped in at this new location. I entered the building rather than go to the drive-thru. The drive thru at this location has multiple lanes. And I wanted to see the inside. They weren't too busy at 11 am. Placed my order, but a little thrown when I was given part of my oder than had to wait for the rest. Also witnessed a couple of customers having issues with their orders. But, it hasn't been opened long, so chalking it up to inexperienced staff. But give credit to managers who addressed the customers' concerns and kept their cool the entire time.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service!!! I spoke with the Manager Jackie M about my negative experience with the young lady that was working at the front register this morning and didn’t get any resolution there either. Both lied saying that I wouldn’t be able to order nuggets before 10:30 despite chicken minis =chicken nuggets just without the bread. Not to mention it’s something I’ve done on multiple occasions. I ended up reaching out to their corporate office instead … they will never get my money.

•I am gonna be this person, foods always good cause it’s chick fil a but I would just drive an extra 10 minutes to altamonte as this location still has problems with the line if not worse. TOOK 35 minutes to get my food which is a little crazy, after speaking to the manager she said they had 40 staff members and were still struggling. Hope this location gets better but I will not returning! ALSO DONT PARK IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE you will get stuck.

First time ordering from this location via Uber and the staff left out $25+ worth of food. Of course, with Uber I just get credited for the missing food, but not all the fees it took to get the delivery to me. So not the best experience for this new Store. Tried contacting the store and just got a forward to a corporate voice system with no way to contact the store without jumping through 1 million hoops …very disappointed!

Came for breakfast at ten. Line was not long in the drive through but it took us 20 minutes to get through.
