Just a fair warning to those who have been wronged but maybe do not chose to have the voice and speak up about this specific practice. The reviews are "great"... The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did not do a great job. It was as if I flossed, brushed my teeth with my Sonicare and used a Waterpik, I would have had the same result. This practice was not given my social security on any form, yet I received a "Statement of Delinquency"... so whom will you be sending the bill to collections to? Most of us give practices our socials, but I do not. This coming from a MA who worked at three medical offices in the past ten years, I have learned that the use of my social is not given lightly, thus meaning I did not give this office the right to use my social security number. On no form, with no signature were they given the right to use it. The front desk has been his front desk for 40+ years and I wonder if she very suspiciously told me she could not pull up my dental insurance without my social security for this reason. This odd request definitely did not fit the criteria. As all of my other information is more than enough to pull up my dental insurance, as other dental practices have done. As you read this Dr John Gammichia and staff, I would like to formally say that you can double check any form I wrote on and I did not give authorization to use my social security number. But it is fine, please send my bill to collections, I will be paying them. I know well enough that a bill under 500$ does not affect my credit. Thank you, and do better.

This post is to anyone who is considering setting up an appointment or considering doing business with A Soft Touch in Family Dental should be aware that they do not work with ANY insurance providers. It is strictly out of pocket. This post is meant to inform.

If you’re looking for an amazing place to bring your teeth, you can stop searching because this Dental Office is a 10/10. The staff is friendly, informative, thorough, and efficient. My first visit for my initial exam and X-rays, walking in felt like coming to a family members house . Everyone is in a good mood and personable. They make getting your mouth worked on as comfortable as possible. Dr. G is an honest guy and makes sure to explain exactly what it is you need, in normal people lingo, and doesn’t do more than you need, which I feel is rare to find in a dentist. My second visit was for a cleaning with Jennifer. She was so friendly, gentle, thorough, and talked me through what she was doing as she did it. She let me know the parts of my mouth that need special attention with the floss(I have some teeth crowding.) My mouth feels incredible, like a NEW mouth. My gums feel healthier and you can see the difference in my smile. Usually I would dread going to the dentist but I actually look forward to it now. I feel like the pricing is very reasonable, it’s a nice location, and you’re absolutely getting value for your money. Thank you to all of you :-)

Excellent Family Dental office. I have been going to them for 15 years. I would not go anywhere else, despite living far. Thank you for all you do Dr. Gamitchia and your staff are wonderful! Always a good visit!

Literallllly the most amazing office ever!! They make you feel like family the second you walk in the door, they go above and beyond in every single aspect, and just make you feel so incredibly comfortable. As someone who has hated going to the dentist in the past, I truly look forward to my next visit here. Both dentist and all the staff are amazing and I just absolutely cannot recommend they enough!!

After a poor experience at Greenberg Dental, I had become very apprehensive and nervous about dentistry in general, but the team here were all very compassionate and took great care of me and my anxiety towards my teeth. Quick and almost entirely painless, with doctors that feel like actual people. Will absolutely be coming back here for regular checkups and if any more operations are required.

Southern hospitality lives STRONG here! It was pouring rain. The office had limited power and no computers on our arrival. They still saw us and helped my husband with his major toothache.. the whole office staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend this place to others and come back ourselves.

This is a very caring and professional staff. I felt like I was the most important person there. Dr. Gammichia is terrific and exceedingly proficient.
