Decent enough location from other times I've been here but the most recent time I actually had ordered a head on the Jack in the box app and I usually order extra pickles extra sauce for it all of my burgers just because it's a little easier to do it through the app. Unsure if the picture will be attached but I did upload a picture of the burger in question and they are missing a few ingredients as well as no extra sauce as well and it kind of upset me but the burger overall was buried delicious and for the price paid I'm not going to complain too much but just letting people know. Update: still having issues with custom orders when it comes to this location I'm not sure what's going on but I'm going to keep the rating the same but did want to inform people that there are still issues

I'm sorry Jack in the box that I didn't leave a review;) but I am now. You guys are in my top three favorites of all time. Here is why, without fail, that you rate highly with me: the variety of food you serve, the freshness and quality of the food you serve, and because you are open 24 hours. I work late, sometimes through the night, so that is a big plus for me. Apple Valley Rd. and Highway 18 in Apple Valley get an extra thumbs up from me because staff is ALWAYS awesome and polite, and never fake while being that way. Which means they enjoy their job, which is a product of great management (in my experience.) So, I apologize for not including a personal review when I left the five stars, because I feel you guys deserve a compliment and hope it makes your day!

My rating goes for every Jack In The Box I have been to. It's a minor thing, but very annoying. Every time I get a breakfast jack, I bite into pieces of Egg Shells! Please switch to carton. The sandwiches are good, but I am afraid of hurting my mouth on egg shells every time I bite into one.

I went through the drive thru, and they were fast, the speaker was loud and clear, menu was easy to read. I got my order piping hot, and never had any issues here.

Great customer service went for the late night munchies Julia provided awesome service and made sure the food was fresh which is greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend for late night snacks just awesome service across the board

Order came out right. But I hate when they tell you to pull out front and they will bring it to your car. Such a pain in the butt. Ordered the munchie box. We share it and it last the 3 of us 2 days.

Don't get me wrong. Just because I gave this Jack in the Box a 3 star does not mean that I have any complaints. It is because no Jack in the Box anywhere on earth can get rated any higher. There is no fine dining at a fast food drive thru. Even at it's very best the food at a place like this can only reach a high level of mediocrity. But, that being said, the food was properly prepared, served out the drive thru window quickly, by a friendly lady who remembered all the little add ons that I needed, such as straws, napkins, ketchup, etc. All in all, as fast food places go, I was happy with this place.

i went to the drive through with my mom and when she handed me my bag, my food was placed upside down which caused all the food i ordered to be outside the packaging in the bag, mixing together. never experienced this at any fast food place in my life, very rude and unnecessary. i couldn’t even grab my food out without causing a mess because of all the food that was spilled in the bag before i received it. placing food upside is not something that can accidentally happen when we were the only ones in the drive through. it’s clear what happened was intentional and petty. i pray you guys treat all your customers better in the future.

The food and service was great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because it was a little warm in there, not sure if the AC wasn't working or if the heater was on.

My order was completely wrong. I wanted small fries and a med drink the curly fries were cold the tacos were cold and seemed like they were recooked. This was the first time I had been here and the last time. Horrible experience

I hate this jack in the box. Sometimes i go there late at night when my friend gets off work. Theres ALWAYS people approaching the car or trying too. Asking for money or other things. Its creepy, dangerous and its dirty. I truly hate this place. The workers are usually rude af tbh
