I brought my engagement ring into Jay F Jeweler for a redesign as well as a wedding band. They were patient, helpful, and courteous through the whole process. I even asked for a couple of tweaks after the first design draft and Grace perfected it. When I picked up the ring, I about cried. It exceeded my expectations! We will definitely come back for any future jewelry needs.

My husband and I bought our rings through a large online jeweler and wanted to find a local jeweler to use moving forward for anything as far as maintenance/repairs, with the first task being to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. First time customer. Took my son’s chain in to have one of the rings closed. The chain was tugged on and the ring opened up. Thought I’d have to drop off and pick up later.
