    I had a great experience there today. I lost my voice, so I typed out my order on my phone. The younge man who took my order and assumed I was deaf, which I'm not, but I couldn't tell him otherwise. However, he was so nice and understanding. I'm glad they're so inclusive there.

    One the best Starbucks locations. Fast, friendly. My drinks are always made perfect. Wish they would be allowed to accept tips.

    The guy who took my order was great, but the two people behind me got their drinks before me. I went to the counter to see what happened to mine and they just set it out without saying anything. Super rude! Especially because there was an older lady who was training a third associate. :(

    Not having a decaf coffee option is absurd. Some people like myself are actively trying to cut back on their caffeine intake, I guess we’re not welcome here.

    Waited in line 15 mins and didn't even get a coffee. The 3 girls were more focused on talking with their High School friends than getting work done. Finally said hell with it when one of the girls working it said she had no idea where anything was. This is by far the worse location I've been at for a Starbucks. Train better if they don't know where things are, or how to make drinks.

    I shared the same nickname is one of the employees. I tried to tip them but apparently you can’t because they are technically target employees. Found that pretty odd to be honest, but everything was 5 stars otherwise

    Every time I come to this Starbucks it’s a bad experience. I frequently do drive up and the drink is always somehow wrong or I am missing something. I usually come inside also to do shopping and whenever I come in a majority of them are rude. Recently I ordered a ham and cheese and waited a while until I had to ask someone if it was still coming. One of the girls looked at me and said nothing. When I finally got it she didn’t apologize or say anything.

    I was disappointed with this location. The staff were quite rude, didn't give me a heat sleeve, and when he saw that I didn't tip he wouldn't even talk to me after that just handed me stuff and ignored me saying thank you and have a good day. I understand they get busy but maybe be a tad more kind up front and more tips would come in..

    Great Target based Starbucks. Staff can get overwhelmed quickly. Inconsistency between drinks is a problem. Overall a good option for coffee if you are at Target.

    Online order on my wife alysson's app at 1:52. Ordered a single drink did not get my coffee until 2:07 after watching a car get through the drive-through that hadn't even ordered yet when I walked in and watched what seemed to be an off duty employee walk in place an order at the register and get her order before me😑 fail!!!! Mood killer BIG TIME!

    Hello. I am messaging you about something that has been occurring at your drive-thru that is very concerning. I work in healthcare, and I have seen some of your employees handling the customers’ coffee cups in a disgusting manner. The baristas always hand the customer their cup by holding it with an ungloved hand by the lid... I don’t know why they would’ve use the bottom of the cup to hand back our drinks. Makes zero sense, especially when they’re handling money and credit cards. Do you know how much germs live on money and cards?? I will no longer be going to Starbucks because of this disgusting act that all the baristas have been practicing, especially during a pandemic like this.

    Very rude workers, heard the two workers talking about me and my friends saying rude stuff about us. Did not let us order no ice with our drinks and said we had to get light ice. And when we were trying to decide what we wanted to order they looked at us rudly because we were taking so much time to decide what we wanted but there was no one behind us waiting in line. They also made me feel awkward while I was ordering and made me feel like I don’t belong. They were very rude, it was totally inappropriate. I can’t believe that they even hired them. What happened to the old Starbucks that had the nicest workers!!!!!!!! I miss them so much they we’re so nice and I don’t even know why I paid them. we should’ve gotten our drinks for free for that service. They added way to much Coconut milk so it also tasted bad. The one girl was more rude than the other but the other one was still rude. The super rude one had a short dirty blonde ponytail and the other not as rude one had super curly red hair. Me and my friends are very disappointed because we went there super often and they always had such great workers. Sadly from now on we will be going to caribou!!! The only reason we have it a 1 star was because we could buy groceries right next to it

    6/8/20 around 2PM: The lady taking my order was so sweet unfortunately I did not get her name. On the other hand, the lady making the drinks was not. I was standing six feet away from the counter like we’re supposed to. I saw the older lady with gray hair reach under the plastic divider to give me my drinks. I only took a step forward and immediately told me, “Can you wait until I call your name?” I understand the distant rule but the problem besides her tone, was that there were two girls before me who were not wearing masks and standing closer to the counter. Im sure she wouldn’t of treated another customer like that.

    I went there yesterday at 3:30 PM. There was a long line but wanted to try my very first Pumpkin Spice Late. After 30 minutes and the line moving incredibly slowly I had to leave to make another appointment. Maybe when you order the person could say “hey we had someone order 56 mochas...or...we are really short staffed”. So you know what’s going on. Do we just have to wait to get past 56 mocha guy? Or is it just going to be like an hour before you get your drink.
