After
years
of
wearing
lash
extensions
I
decided
to
take
them
off
and
let
them
rest.
After
about
six
months
I
decided
to
try
a
lash
lift
and
tint.
While
the
results
were
fine
the
service
was
sub
par.
First
the
music
in
the
establishment
was
so
loud.
I’m
a
raver
and
loud
music
is
my
thing.
But
I’m
in
a
salon
not
lounge
or
club.
I
arrived
and
was
taken
back
to
the
service
area.
No
consultation.
No
real
discussion
of
any
kind.
Just
lay
down
and
she
got
to
work.
During
the
service
I
had
burning
in
one
area
of
my
lash
line.
I
could
here
her
come
and
go
from
the
area.
When
she
returned
I
mentioned
the
burning.
She
barely
addressed
me
or
my
concern
and
just
wiped
the
lash
line.
This
only
lessened
the
burn.
After
a
few
minutes
it
subsided
to
a
tolerable
twinge
of
a
burning
sensation.
When
the
service
was
over
she
checked
me
out
took
my
money.
No
after
care
or
discussion
whatsoever.
I
asked
about
how
long
till
I’ll
need
another
lift.
She
said
4-6
weeks,
want
to
book
now?
I
declined.
Now
they
looked
as
I
had
expected
but
on
day
two
guess
who
had
scabbing
on
her
lash
line.
This
girl.
Right
where
it
was
burning.
I
am
a
long
time
lash
extension
wearer…and
very
loyal.
I
wore
them
for
seven
years
without
a
single
break.
I
had
one
lash
girl
in
Monona
for
four
years
until
I
moved
here
north.
Here
I
had
one
girl
for
three.
And
only
because
I
moved
two
hours
north.
I
only
had
one
break
during
covid
when
I
had
a
three
month
break
and
wore
falsies.
I
am
also
an
ex-cosmetologist
and
have
done
every
service
under
the
sun.
Never
have
I
ever
had
any
issues
with
my
eyes.
My
other
eye
was
fine
through
the
service.
So
it
was
evident
she
just
was
haphazard
with
her
application.
Thankfully
I
only
lost
a
few
lashes
in
that
area
with
the
scabbing.
Cute
place.
Decent
price.
But
you’re
in
the
service
industry.
I’m
paying
to
be
serviced.
I
felt
like
a
number.
As
a
new
client
this
was
a
disappointing
experience.
My
lashes
were
permed.
The
tint
was
fine.
But
I
am
willing
to
pay
for
beauty
services.
And
a
premium
at
that.
I
was
in
the
industry
and
greatly
respect
what
an
hour
of
time
and
a
career
of
training
and
keeping
up
skills
is
worth.
But
you
still
have
to
at
least
try
to
take
care
of
your
client.
Especially
new
ones.
Or
they
will
go
elsewhere.
As
I
have
just
done.
It’s
been
four
weeks
and
I
decided
a
different
place
was
definitely
the
move.
I
booked
and
paid
30
dollars
more
elsewhere
and
had
a
very
pleasant
experience.
It
doesn’t
take
much.
But
a
little
more
attentiveness
would
have
been
much
appreciated.
