Very good welcome and check in. We were a few hours early for check in but were allowed to leave our luggage and use all the facilities. Varied food options throughout the week, which were good quality, interesting, well presented, and mostly tasty! Amazing setting, and we were very fortunate to have a balcony looking straight over the beach and the Caribbean. The room was well equipped, although only two waters left daily seemed a bit mean when three occupants were in a one bedroom suite. It also would have been nice to have a couple of beers in there, too. Odd daily cleaning times which were annoying, we would go out after breakfast and be on the beach, do a tour, go to other places and come back late afternoon to freshen up and the room would be being cleaned (3..30/4pm) this happened on at least 3 if not 4 days. The swim up bar looks great, I was really excited to try it but the pool was a bit cold, as was the waterfall, which meant I only had one drink all week there.....might just be me, though!! We arranged a Glass Bottomed boat tour to swim with turtles and snorkel which was over £100 for 2 adults and a child....was very overcrowded and not enjoyable, we mentioned this to the hotel as we had booked it through them and they dealt with it very professionally so we hope others have a better experience from the feedback. Varied live music in the evening, beach is lovely although would advise beach shoes for swimming as quite rocky in places....water lovely and warm. Wished we had made more use of the water taxi if only for a little ride up and down the coast. Overall, Crystal Cove was a good place to be.....and if you are lucky enough to spot Sam The Man around the beach we 100% recommend his Island Tour

Just returned home yesterday, and this was our second trip to Crystal Cove(we came here last year) and didn’t hesitate to return..!! I’m sure if you have/do read reviews regularly to check things out, it’s very easy to read between the lines, that when you read a few poor ones, to a myriad of other people’s different fantastic experiences, it can only make your mind boggle - Especially for example: If they’ve only stayed a couple of nights, and reel lists of problems/faults/scenarios/etiquette issues and to use the very useful word again: A myriad of issues. Crystal Cove is GENUINELY a little corner of Heaven. The way it’s set out, it never feels busy. Believe me I’ve stayed all along this coastline, and the Beach is an absolute WINNER..!! All beaches in Barbados are public; it doesn’t matter where you stay; however Crystal Coves Beach logistically is a little winner. It’s as good as you’ll get, if not better than anywhere else in the world. Food’s absolutely great, yes it’s all inclusive obviously and anything you want to drink, are all proper branded drinks with many different selections of them, lovely bottled beers etc Steven regularly walks along the beach bringing you whatever you want: And what a monumentally dignified gentleman he is as well..!! Kathy who runs the restaurant area and all the staff that work in them(genuinely to many to mention) are all just the most incredibly helpful/professional/good humoured/most wonderful people you’ll ever meet. They all work incredibly hard; and are so conscientious about what they’re doing, to make you have a good time - That you will have a good time. It’s 84°F every single day of the year, the water in the sea is absolutely gorgeous, the people are gorgeous, Crystal Cove is gorgeous, the rest of the island is gorgeous, the driving etiquette is gorgeous, I cannot fault Crystal Cove in anyway whatsoever; it’s GORGEOUS..!! And believe me, when it comes to about 22:30 hrs you will be, without a question of a doubt, ready for a good night’s sleep HaHaHa..!! In fact I’d go as far as saying: If you’re a terrible sleeper - You’ll be a gorgeous sleeper by the time you leave..!! This place economically is an absolute winner and is fabulous value. If you sit down and start working everything out, what you get, what you can do, how you’re treated, your accommodation, the cleanliness, of the facilities/rooms you’ll struggle to find anywhere in the world as good it’s gorgeous and by the way so is the gym… We’re already missing Barbados 🇧🇧

So the grounds, staff and location were brilliant. Loved the inclusive water sports - such a laugh. But the hotel itself was tired. Wires stuck to walls with tape. Old shower units with no hot water. The toilet in our room continually flushed. Broken steps..... Our room was serviced daily but glasses weren't removed and coffee / sugar wasn't topped up. Would have loved to have our own coffee machine to save the walk out to reception in the mornings. So I wouldn't go back. Not for the money. I appreciate it's all inclusive and you could stuff yourself from the break of day until bed time and drink yourself silly. But personally I'd rather be more discerning and eat & drink less. The food was good. Evenings were better in the main restaurant than in the beach bar. But it was canteen food. So not for me, but totally appreciate how hard the staff worked. Our welcome there was very warm.

The location and beach is good. There are water sports that are free. You get regular drinks brought to you when you are on the sun beds which is nice and refreshing. We had a seaview room which was lovely. The rooms are very tired as is the hotel The staff are accommodating and very helpful they are the back bone of this hotel. The food is bland and tasteless. The hotel was spotless they change your bedsheets every two days and the towels as and when you need them. This is the second time we have been there and the food was very poor to the first time. Honestly would we go again we are sorry to say no if the hotel was refurbished and food improved we would. As I said the staff are the making of this hotel and I thank them for making our stay more pleasant.

Power failed for over two hours and our room was dark so my fiancee hurt her leg stumbling about. The lobby was running on generator but the staff said that there was nothing that they could do for us. Disappointed with the price paid that they had no backup batteries or a generator to power the lights in the rooms. The food was mediocre (marlin that could hammer a nail etc.) and the "free" water sports were shut down due to excessive waves (even though they offered me private excursions for an extra fee, I guess it was safe enough if I paid extra cash but not safe enough for the included water sports?) Room was average and it was a nice view, that was the best part of this hotel. Some of the staff members were nice although I did find a Trump supporter bartender who didn't serve me my beer because he wanted to explain how Trump was great for America...Not the best vibe from him but most of the team were very friendly.

A great hotel with plenty of different spaces to lounge in and experiences to be had. The hotel has alot of unique character which makes it perfect for all. Adult couples and Families with young children will both have a great stay here. The staff are amazing and will do anything for you.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights end of September 2023. I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Rooms - stayed in the garden view room, which is centered between both restaurants so it is ideally located. It is a little dated, but bed was comfortable and had everything one needed. Rooms cleaned everyday and Fresh beach towels were provided everyday. Water was not topped up in the fridge but that was not a problem as water was available at both bars so we took water from there and placed in the fridge to cold. Beach- was very calm, crystal clear, blue waters. On our last day we did experience choppy waters and nobody was bathing. This was due to a storm developing but that is a risk you take during the hurricane season. All other days the water was perfect and the weather was perfect throughout. Food- the food was very delicious, well seasoned. Hats off to the chefs. During our stay, lunch and dinner were served at either the reflections restaurant or at the beach restaurant. Most times it was a buffet with more than enough food choices. There are food items available between meals. One day plantain fritters were being fried on the spot on the pool deck, another day while heading in from a afternoon out we were offered fish cakes. One day I was peckish and got cookies and a sandwich from the vista bar. Hospitality - to note we are non-white, vacationing from a nearby Caribbean island and we received the same level of service as the other guests. The staff is very accommodating, and will do their best to accommodate you to make your stay more enjoyable, once it is not unreasonable. The staff will warm up to you once they "read your vibe", make jokes with you and share experiences once you talk to them. Water taxi.- very efficient, always on time as per the schedule. Noteworthy - there were green monkeys on the roof one day, we noticed them as we were bathing in the beach. There are crabs living in the gardens, they come out at night. Do a snorkelling tour where you go to the shipwrecks, it is amazing. The beach chairs each have their own sun visor, no fighting for umbrellas and there is more than enough.. however some guests still choose to go place towels and don't return for hours. This is unnecessary. On the day that the beach was rough at the hotel, Carlisle bay was calm and perfect. Overall - it was a lovely stay, and I can see myself returning.

Visited twice this year. Special mention to Kathy who went above and beyond taking care of my son’s dietary requirements. This made our stay even more relaxing as we knew she was taking care of us.

This is a great holiday 🏨 hotel with amazing staff, beautiful scenery, and really designed to make your stay a welcome pleasure. There is the Vista cafe and wine bar 🍷 which is very nicely cool, but if you prefer, the Cave Bar which is okay a man-made cabe is an option for you to relax in. Great cocktails and excellent mock-tails too. Rum punches are pulled here. You can swim under the falling sheet of water 💧 to ask for your favourite tipple. The Drifters Beach Bar and Restaurant is rivalled only by the Reflections Restaurant so you can do better trying both. The braised pork loins are worth a second helping. They The staff? Yes, Shaiean, Kathy, Antoinette, Ayklia, Rhea and others too many to mention are really the crystals in this hotel.

We went for 5 days on our honeymoon...What an absolutely wonderful place, everyone was happy, professional and helpful! The hotel itself is incredibly neat with the cave but also comes with the most amazing beach I have ever seen. There are a ton of water sports for all ages and their food was to die for! We will definitely be back one day! Perfect honeymoon spot!

We had a fabulous time at crystal cove. Whilst it is waiting to be refurbished so some areas are a bit tired, our room was of a good standard comfy bed and very clean. We had a sea room view no 346 Top branded drinks and delcious cocktails. Choice of 2 restaurants managed to get alacart most nights. Food was of a good standard alacart only choice of 3 starters, main, deserts. Some customers felt the choice was limited but we enjoyd every meal. The best part of our holiday was the friendliness of the staff it really made our holiday feel special.

Outstanding! I have just returned from Barbados after spending 10 days on my Honeymoon with my Wife at Crystal Cove. We couldn’t have had a better time, ignore any negative reviews! Staff The staff were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, fun, professional and always wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Special mention needs to go to Raheem, Allison, Hazel, Kerry-Ann and Rhea. Food and Drink Lots of variety and the evenings were a mixture of buffet or table service. A special thank you to the Chefs – the food was out of this world. We experienced every kind of meal you can imagine and the flavours were amazing. You never go hungry, in between main meals there are sandwich and snack options and food can be cooked at any time in the day. There were plenty of drink options too – tea, coffee, soft drinks, beers, spirits, wines and of course rum! Accommodation Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you could need – huge bed, flat screen TV, walk in wet room shower, two sinks, fridge, coffee machine etc. When we had a n issue with our coffee machine in the room, we just asked reception and they had the whole machine changed for us. Location Postcard perfect. Gorgeous turquoise sea, white sand and sunshine. If it does rain, it’s not for long and is very refreshing, it is soon hot again. Taxi’s are readily available to take you to numerous places around the island Entertainment There are a variety of water sports to experience during your stay as part of the package, the staff that run these activities are great and will help you get set up. There is usually evening entertainment in the form of a singer or musician whilst you enjoy your dinner. There is plenty to do on the island and most activities can be booked through the activities staff in the hotel. Security There is 24 hour security at the entrance of the hotel and there is security on the beach during the day. We felt very safe, with no cause for concern during our stay. 100% recommended, and remember, if you have an issue with something, don’t leave a bad review, speak to the staff and they will sort it out. Overall, we had a dream Honeymoon and would like to thank the Crystal Cove management and staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel charged me for my stay twice. When I called them to ask why they had no record of the double charge. After many hours trying to get it fixed they finally issued the refund after realizing the mistake. The problem was I was out nearly $300 due to the currency exchange. Then, during my stay they out of the blue charged my credit card again erroneously! They just kept charging me. Joanne at the front desk was very apologetic and nice but the trust damage was already done. The food was so so bad. I don’t understand how they aren't embarrassed by the quality of food they provide both from the buffet and a la cart menus. The staff are all very nice. Except I had a strange run-in with the swim up pool bartender who just started yelling at me that he doesn’t make the kind of drink I was asking for for my young daughters even though the bartender the day before made it with a big smile on her face. He was obviously having a bad day and very upset about something. It was a very bewildering experience. Overall it was a very poor stay. We ended up checking out a day early and going somewhere else. The least the hotel could do is issue me a refund for that last night but I’m not hopeful. I’m sure this is a hit or miss hotel for most people. I just happened to have a terrible experience and would not recommend staying here. There are several lovely hotels along the west coast of Barbados that are much better.

This beachfront resort is in the perfect location on the west coast of Barbados. All the staff are very friendly and hospitable. The rooms and facilities are extremely clean. The food is quite delicious. Joan, one of the managers, is exemplary in her service. Although the rooms and facilities require some updating/modernising, twas a well spent staycation. Kudos to the team at Crystal Cove!

There is excellent beach access here & thr beach is large with lots of loungers available for use of hotel guests. The beach is private & there are water sports available plus a free boat shuttle to other hotels in the group along the coast. Staff are friendly and pleasant. The food is very tasty & well cooked. All meals are buffet style. The rooms are very comfortable with individual a/c units per room. Bathroom in my room was clean & everything worked (gallons of very hot water, good shower pressure) though decoratively outdated & a but rough in places. Room, towels, beds spotless & good quality. I woukd definitely stay again. Good nighttime entertainment at weekends. Taxis quickly available.

The staff at the resort were amazing and made our trip great. The resort was well designed with beautiful gardens and many nice areas to sit and enjoy the quiet and peaceful views of the ocean. There was so much available to keep the kids busy at the beach and the food was creative and delicious with options to make everyone happy. I highly recommend this resort and Barbados is a wonderful place to visit.

Such lovely staff, hotel, pools and venue! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week and had an amazing time, we tried a few other hotels that were connected to Crystal Cove, but Crystal cove was by far the best one! Special shout out to Sasha and the lovely man that made the yummy omelettes! Thanks for having us :)

We stayed at the Crystal Cove in October 2023 for 5 nights. Generally speaking I was disappointed and felt like it was a waste of my money and my Marriott Bonvoy points. Pros: - The grounds are very pretty and the view at sunset cannot be beat. - We were pleasantly surprised with the plated dinner several nights. - The service staff (servers, bartenders) were very friendly once they warmed up to you (the initial coldness/indifference was common our entire time in Barbados, not just at Crystal Cove) - The mixed drinks both on and off the menu were fantastic... we have a new found love of rum cream. Cons: - The promoted "dine around" program leaves much to be desired, to get a reservation you must request it at the front desk the day of, who then must call the other resort and hope they pick up to see if they might have a spot for you. That takes several hours, we manged to do this one night. There must be a better way. - For dinner, each day, you must sign-up for a slot at breakfast, first come first serve, even by 730 am there were few slots left. We would have much rather just signed up for one slot the whole stay. - The Cave Bar Pool was lovely ... when you were allowed to swim in it. I closed at before the first dinner service because of the adjacent restaurant. Our first night we thought it was just 'bad luck' because as we were told it was for cleaning but we quickly figured that lie out. - The amenities available on the web site did not match was is actually available. Specifically, there is not "onsite laundry" available forcing us to try to find a laundry mat and I noticed they no longer had a business center. - The day after your arrival you need to attend an orientation in the morning, which turned out to mostly be something to stroke the ego of the activities/front desk manager as it was a waste of time. - The water taxi that is available to travel between resorts both only runs during the day and is canceled at a whim without any notification or posting (hopefully you are at the right resort) - The process required to get new pool towels was annoying, first thing in the morning you could get them but if you didn't exchange them before breakfast finished they were out and you had to go to the front desk for them to track some down. - The hotel is a bit dated, like keyed rooms vs digital Finally I'm subtracting an additional star because I was never sent a survey by the resort for feedback, even after both emailing the hotel requesting a survey and contacting Marriott corporate who reached out to the hotel.

Really nice hotel and friendly, accomodating staff. Beach and watersports are excellent. Just a short drive away from Bridgetown. Swim up bar is a nice touch plus a couple of small waterfalls connecting the 3 swimming pools. Rooms need minor updates but understand they are planned for 2024.

My wife and I chose to celebrate our 8 year Wedding Anniversary at Crystal Cove for 5 days and 4 nights, we actually leave tomorrow to return home to the U.S. We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Cove and we definitely plan to return here. The staff here is very attentive unto you and are very nice, courteous and professional. Crystal Cove is luxurious and intimate and the scenery will leave you in awe. My few gripes are the resort is do for some upgrades and updates, the section of the beach they are located on is a very rocky uneven terrain with uneven hilly beach, the food can sometimes be repetitive, and they don’t have a snack shop like alot of Hotels and resorts would often have. With that said Crystal Cove is definitely worth coming experience for your self and it is a very beautiful special place. You definitely will not go wrong staying here a few days.

When you think of an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean, this is not what you imagine. I wish I could give zero stars. Let me say this...the staff were friendly, helpful and amazing...however if they aren't given supplies and resources, there is little they can do. There were no wash cloths the entire trip. We kept being told we would get washcloths at a later time. I had to ask for a microwave in my room. The food selection was non existent and was disgusting and there was minimal food options for children. Lunch is from 12:30 to 2:30 outside of that, you may get a sandwich. I stayed Friday to Monday and there was no french fries and no recognizable or tasty meals. Not for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Supplies in the rooms were minimal. The facial tissue finished and was not replaced, same for the toilet paper. I attended a wedding, hence the reason I chose this "hotel"...instead of moving the beach chairs to the far end of the beach so that the bridal party and bride can walk straight to the gazebo, the put the wedding on the far end and had everyone walking/waddling through sand to get to the front. How is the bridal party and bride supposed to look cute when they have to drag themselves through a looooong sand walk. I would never in my life ever stay at this hotel (I would not classify it as a resort)...not even for free. I feel like I threw my money out the window. There was no entertainment except for Karaoke on Sunday evening...which nobody participated in. There's no 24 hour food. It is too far from civilization for you to run out and get your own food. Then they charge $96USD for a one way airport pickup...while regular taxi's only charge $60-$62. I could go on and on. Don't want...run....do not book or stay at this hotel. You will be highly disappointed.

Location is 30-45 mins from airport. Taxi $62 and $68 US dollars. Stayed at the end of September and had mainly hot weather. A couple of rainy periods during the day. Sea was a bit rough for our first 2 days. Some rocky areas getting into the sea, so recommend bringing sea shoes, there are sea urchins. Meals were in 2 restaurants, with a mix of buffet and set menu. We loved the food, some great choices. Drink selection was also good. Don't understand some people's comments on strengths as you can ask for more or less, however you like it. Small bottles of water available from bars. Only soft drinks in the room fridge, regularly topped up. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, so no need to reserve them. Watersports are good with helpful staff.

If you want to starve yourself at an all inclusive this is the resort for you. Most of the staff was bothered by us asking simple questions. They scammed us with a wine bottle that we paid in cash and they ended up charging it to our room. the room was small and falling apart. there was no water at all for like 3 hours one day. The beach is super limited space because of water taxi it’s like being in a pool and you have yo be careful of stepping on stone fish because of the rocks. The only nice thing this resort has is the cove bar and the sunset view.

Visited on a day trip (we stayed in Turtle beach resort their sister property) good one to visit for a change. The cave bar and coffee bar is worth a visit. Even the calm beach ⛱️ is nice to sit and relax and have a rum punch.

Trash hotel…Trash staff…Trash food…..When I arrived I had no towels or wash clothes in my room for 36 hours!!! The food options are a disgrace and the staff are very rude and unfriendly Raheem and Mya were the best and only staff on the resort they deserve a huge raise!!! But other than that the entire resort closes at 11 at night room service is an additional charge for every time you order. All drinks are not included in “All inclusive” The beach chairs are filthy there is no way to sit on the beach and relax…This is night 3 of my trip and this made me never want to ever come back to this island ever again and this is for a wedding btw no hospitality whatsoever DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

My husband and I got married at Crystal Cove. We were greeted with drinks, friendly staff, and our names made out of rocks in the front viewing pool. The staff made us feel very welcomed and made sure our wedding was perfect! Cake was great, food was delicious, and drinks were lovely! Such an amazing, relaxing trip!

This was our honeymoon in January 2023. I have put a fabulous review on TripAdvisor, and due to an incident I wanted to update it, but its not allowing me. So here goes. Firstly we had an amazing time, beautiful hotel and staff and would love to go back one day. HOWEVER.. when we checked in and gave our credit card for the breakage deposit, this was taken along with over £3000! We found this out when our credit card company alerted us that we were at our limit. Staff were lovely, apologetic, and assured us they will do their best to refund urgently. This sadly didn't happen until 15 working days after our departure. We also noticed the full refund wasn't received. Despite many emails Virgin Atlantic took over and were told the missing amount would be with me soon. 27th Feb and the missing refund has appeared but still not the correct amount!!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS!!

This was our honeymoon destination, we have stayed at Crystal Cove for 10 days in November 2022. What a great place! We had a sea view room with a terrace with a very comfortable bed. The staff are so lovely, you can really count on them for great service and for putting a smile on people's faces. The food was excellent, a mix of buffet lunches and breakfasts and either a la carte or buffet dinners at one of their 2 restaurants. Cocktails were pretty good too :) We would definitely recommend this place. Perfect long beach (some of the more expensive hotels don't have as big of a beach as Crystal Cove does), water sports and the friendliest people!

A really nice hotel set right on the beach designed across several levels which makes it interesting and allows lots of facilities to be close together without visually seeming so. Absolutely excellent food, far far better than your normal all inclusive expectations. Stayed in aan excellent beachside 2 level apartment.

Second, long awaited visit, after COVID put our plans on hold. I had to return to my happy place. This hotel has everything you can possibly need and its layout makes it cosy and unique. It is a place to relax and unwind, not a party-type hotel, but people who seek this don't have to go far off the premises to find it. Attentive and helpful staff look after your every need. Facilities and grounds are kept pristine. Some facilities are closed due to COVID restrictions, but the impact of this in the overall experience is minor.

We recently returned from Crystal Cove, we had a fantastic two weeks stay. We want to personally thank Joan, Kathy, Alison and Sophia for being so helpful and friendly - they truly did make our stay. Admittedly, the rooms do some TLC but this didn't effect our stay, the rooms were cleaned with fresh towels every day. It's nice to visit the other sister hotels (ASIAN restaurant in WAVES) was incredible, but ultimately preferred Crystal Cove for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will be back! Thanks so much again, Aimee & Natalie.

Ok hotel. Needs renovating and a bit more thought to creating an atmosphere. Put on some music in the bar/restaurant for a start seems like an easy win! Not sure if they only do entertainment on certain nights because of pandemic but when there wasn’t anything, the hotel seemed ghostly. Food was ok in general but nothing to write home about. Service was very mixed, some staff very helpful and chatty, others seemed like they were on day release from prison. Not much around the hotel if you want a break from all inclusive so taxi is needed everywhere, which at least come quickly.

Good value, great swim up pool and comprehensive All Inclusive. Holiday impacted by mask wearing and barbados Gov restrictions, but one these are lifted, should be even better. Recommend hiring a moped or car to see the rest of the island. Make use of the free water taxi to visit the sister hotels and the free water sports are a good addition to the holiday.

When we arrived at the hotel after a 14 hour trip we waited at the reception for an hour without being given any information about the hotel… or water taxi information to travel to other hotels( we never visited any as I learned about thus at the end of our trip), we never got any ID cards to visit other hotels…. That was a very poorly done check in… after waiting 75 minutes we were given a room(number 149) which has the road’s noise with cars and a rooster starting to make noise at 3 am… I guess central London felt quieter than the island with this room… we had to change room which is quieter but closet smelled very humid and bad, wide good space rooms but not updated…and our room always had a problem either with the light or air conditioner… The hotel’s was full of rocks with a tiny swim area and the more sandy part is not protected for swimmers as jet skis pass nearby so dangerous so I had to take my kids to different beach clubs with smooth sea to enjoy beach and pay extra instead for beach use and food and taxis instead of using the hotel facilities…I guess if you really want to enjoy swimming safely this is not the hotel to book… just it had a good space for sun chairs but sea is rough and not protected… Staff seemed to be very stressful and not liking the existence of the clients… Just a few people were nice like Antoinette( very helpful to arrange a new room for us and give info about the hotel), Rhea, Captain Mike, Kathy and Diane….Steven at the water activities refused to give me a flag to snorkel safely as showing excuse of closing soon( like 45 min later after I asked him so lazy, unfriendly, unprofessional attitude) I could not relax in this vacation because of the stressful vibe in the staff… did not even go to the bar to get a drink as one person screaming at people to preoare the drinks… even one night there was a big argument between a server and a person from the kitchen right by our table at Drifters restaurant… overall we spent just 2 full days at the hotel as beach conditions were not for swimming and honestly staff was not smiling or happy and food was ok always the same dishes…. Also 1 hour wait when you order a la carte even an appetizer… Gym big but nobody is cleaning it, very old equipment, no towels( they show covid as a reason not to put any towels or mats) … So I would not suggest this hotel if you are looking for a hotel to relax, chill out. I gave tips to many staff to make them smile a bit and make me feel comfortable as a guest so highly suggest that…

The grounds and location were very very nice. The bedroom was may be a three star. The bathroom sinks may be a three star the tub look like something out of a motel six very very old caulked in numerous different places does not look like anything on their website when viewing their website to see what the rooms and bathrooms look like. The food was terrible the first night there. Afterwards the food was good very good every day and every night the people working there pretty much had a frown on their face all the time me and my wife felt like it was up to us to make them happy. There were a handful of employees that had a good disposition and were friendly Dolores being one of them but the managers of the place were very very unhelpful and did not care that the pictures on their website were not what the bathrooms look like I would not stay here again you pay a five star price and get a 3 Star Pl.
