Beautiful place, extremely well kept. Very friendly staff and a lovely ambience.

Not for public only for Hotel guests, Shouldn't been posted on Google as restaurant, should be part of the hotel review to avoid surprises.

We went trying to go to the drifters restaurant but ended up to the impressions restaurant of the same hotel. Me and my partner wanted to try something special for my birthday! The staff from the doorman, to the reception ladies and the restaurant staff were all fantastic really friendly and polite!! Unfortunately we did not made aware that included to the price were the drinks, but that was not a problem because in any case we are not going to drink massively.. However I believe that when we were asked to pay for our three course meal in advance and the drinks are included in the price one might need to be made aware of it.. The barracuda was fantastic a beautiful treat for the mouth! However I found the rest of the menu somewhat away from the local cuisine.

It was a bit challenging getting a dinner reservation at first, as the process took a while due to the lack of poor communication skills between staff members. However, I must say special thanks to Mr. Stefan Jackman who stepped up and made it possible, also the wonderful team who altered the menu to suit me and my gathering. The staff were very pleasant and professional while we were there and the food was just right. My tops picks, the grapefruit glazed chicken and samosas with orange chutney, they're definitely worth the try in the very scenic environment!

Drifters food was delicious and the staff very friendly and polite.

The food is OK but definitely not quality enough to be called a la carte. The service is not good with a huge waiting time and total lack of care while serving . The dress code is collar and shoes for men, this is not consistent as I have seen some men come in, in flip flops however this all said the maitre d was chewing gum the whole way through service. Staff are quite abrupt and really not bothered if you are there or not

Beautifully situated at the far end of the hotel by the beach. Simple straightforward menu at lunchtime. Dinner menu in the evening ( untried. ) Bar service from 10.00 in the morning, until 23.00. Burgers/hot dogs appear to be the popular choice at lunchtime. Waiting staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. Watch for pigeons at lunchtime they prey on lunchtime leftovers.

Buffet food lunchtimes, a la carte evenings. Good choice and well cooked

Visited for lunch $100 for a small buffet, hamburgers and hotdogs. Yes "all inclusive" mixed drinks were defiantly made with the lowest quality ingredients. Dinner is $200. Checking in was like a part time job. First and last for me.

Lovely atmosphere with lovely people

Do not go unless you are staying there. Extremely aggressive security guard essentially accused me of being a criminal just for wanting to see the menu.

You first approach the bar, where one of the staff ask you what you would like to drink, and then show you to your table. If it is a buffet, the choice is wide. Gluten free, vegan or a lot of meat, chicken, Angus beef, pork with vegetables. You choose and fill your plate. In the evening, as the tide comes in, the sound of waves lashing against the rocks nearby add to this fantastical experience. Try Taste of Bim or one of the cocktail selections here. Lager or beer by popularity is Banks which is Barbados 🇧🇧 brewed. Coca-Cola with ice 🧊 is great in the raging heat though a glass of chilled water will also do nicely. Some evenings are laced with entertainment so watch out for these. A few 🦀 crabs are resident here, together with pigeons so do watch out for these. All part of Crystal Cove by Elegant Hotels.
