I noticed that aqaba branch' food is so yummy compared to Amman branches!! I'd recommend lasagna btw. Girl from the staff was so helpful. I don't recommend their pasta!

The staff there are so friendly I wish them the best and the food there is great for its value The place is so quite it was a good experience and i wish yall could provid the staffs with tip they are so generous when ever I visit again I'll tip as much as I can its so refreshing to see their smiles

After waiting 30 minutes on the table with out service went to the counter to make order , the branch manager refuse to take only take away order with bad attitude.(we where setting on the table for more than 30 minuts) There is one waitress serving in the restaurant Add to this very dirty toilets and trash around every where check the photos

Good restaurants and good food service it's great

This place is not really good organized for enjoyment. Kids coming from out asking for money inside the resturant twice ,poor service. It's seem managed by weak person or who just want to cut cost.

Family favorite choice, Such a great food and super sasty, I really want to thank Samer very helpful, kind and professional. Highly recommend

Delicious freshly baked pizza with a lot of add options and different types of pizza for vegetarians and meat lovers, salad bar is also available and pasta and lasagna, also some delicious side dishes and appetizers, prices are fare and you can find some good offers and a lot of saving , place is very clean and comfortable decorating.

Terrible pizza ,plastic salami on the pizza even soft drinks tast weird...which is akward Atmosphere is super annoying specially with loud music after midnight

I've had dinner here. We were 2 people. We've had a thin crust pizza It was nice Chicken pasta, not recommended. Not fresh mushroom, pasta is over cooked. Chicken wings were good Atmosphere is just ok Restaurant is upstairs and no elevator

We went there last week and once we got inside to order one of the staff was very rude and said that they do not take orders anymore, it was 8 PM and the closing time is 9 PM due to the pandemic situation, when I told him that we still have an hour he simply replied " there is only 2 employees here and we are not able to take orders".. That was extremely frustrating and this will be my last visit to such place.. One more thing to add is the music they were playing there; it was awful and very noisy. Horrible place!!!

The table dirty and the all the place of the restaurant specially the table the floor also in outside area .. .they customer service also not good all staff are busy to there phone some of them seating and talking in there kitchen . We want to pay our bill but one come to us .. .

Every time I regret it and give them another chance every year but, unfortunately hopeless case. During rush hours the tables, floor and salad station is dirty and smelly. The delivery is always cold. Lastly I ordered through Talabat application which I used to use it for couple of years with zero mistakes, this time after an hour of waiting, the punched my order as delivered while actually the order is not prepared yet. After I called the customer service they said that this Talabat problem while the application can let them to stop accepting orders for a while so they can prepare the pending orders. The customer service hate his job and unprofessional to be a customer service agent. Not recommended at all.

Their dough is well-baked which is the standard at Pizza Hut, however the size is so small compared to the pictures and posters. The amount is not enough and their "garlic bread" is not tasty at all. I was shocked to see that they have NO SALAD BAR!!! Pizza Hut is famous for their variety of salad?!!! The staff shows good hospitality and the place is clean and tidy (there were only two families). I would not recommend it.
