Everyone that I've talked to in my life that has had KFC outside of North America always says how good it is everywhere but in North America, this KFC was the first place I have had KFC outside of North America and I can confirm that it is 1000 times better. The chicken is way less greasy and the fries are actually good.

The Worst restaurant ever, I will never order from you again and I will make sure that no one of my friends and relatives order again. When you order something in the restaurant, you expect to receive your order correct but when I went back home I found out that the order is missing part of it. Called your call center several times in order for the branch to call me and to send me the rest of the order and they keep saying that we will make sure that they will call you, 1 hour and no one call. Wish if there is lower than 1 star to rate you with. Instead of paying huge amount of money on Marketing, Solve your problems in your branches and in you Customer service because you don't have a clue about Service 101.

very bad attention... very unfriendly staff... and with a bad predisposition (I've been in Jordan for 10 days and this has been the only place with unfriendly staff) 2:22 p.m. We are tourists from Argentina and all of Jordan stands out for the kindness of its people... this was the only exception...friday 14,15hs 22 julio 2023

delicious Food , But it is considered expensive compared to similar restaurants

I ordered (delivery service) through KFC jordan app, unfortunately it was awful experience that will never be repeated again, I'm going to describe my experience in the following points: 1. The application does not support paying through visa card (hello guys we're in 2023!!) 2. After placing your order .. the app does not indicate any sign, of the existence of your order, no status, no estimated time, no delivery status... briefly nothing your order doesn't exist. 3. As you know aqaba it a tiny city which you can go around in less than 10 mins, and I -the poor guy in this story- obliged to wait the food for more than 80 mins ( do they cook really fresh ingredients?) 4. The delivery guy had arrived, finally the food is here, I'm so excited, everyone is happy .. uhhh I'm so sorry we aren't in a hollywood movie to have a happy end lol, in reality the food was so cold with two salads leaked out in the bag from thier bottles, fries are soaked in cold oil also. 5. I wanted to call customer care to discuss the situation, 3 times the guys putting me on hold then decline the call, finally someone from the administration called me to say we're sorry for ruining your evening. Thanks

You can expect bad customer service, Very salty chicken, Cold chicken and French fries 🍟 Bad food, may serve only week days.. Weekends are good...

Worst.!!! Was stand in a line patiently, when its my turn there's a family just come in front of me. The cashier that obviously saw me stand there before them directly talk with this dumb family. When I was trying to get my place , they argue with me and pushed me to the counter . They laughed at me , even the cashier. Such a unbelievable manner. These international brand doing this kind of service.

Service was good, menu was all in Arabic so I took a picture of the menu and we all worked together to get the order. Ordered the spicy snack pack and it was better than in Canada, I had a spicy zinger sandwich and was a little disappointed with the chicken size, was flat like a hamburger but still tasted good. Restaurant was clean. Seating for inside and outside.

I like their food. KFC standards are maintained in this restaurant, in addition to the hospitality of the staff. I don't know whether they use frozen or local chicken, however the food is delicious and the place is clean. There's an outdoor seating area which is spacious so that your kids can move around safely.

The food was not tasty, the sellers don't speak English and don't understand your requests, you have to start looking for people to translate. I asked for mayonnaise a few times and I was told there was no, even though it didn't make any sense That there's no mayonnaise. After someone translated them, they asked for money on mayonnaise. Bad service, won't go back there again

There are times that the broasted chicken are cook well and there are also times that its not.. The public toilet should be clean as always. No proper distancing in the counter area. The crew cashier are all hospitable but not the people who do the cleaning ..i mean they dont care about people who are sitting and enjoying the order.. please be polite sometimes dont sweep the floor when someone is eating.

Not the best food in aqaba. They got our order wrong and the cashier said that we ordered the food spicy. They got us a new meal where the breading was peeling of the chicken strips and the cheddar dip was like water.
