Avoid this hotel!!! If you want to sleep further than 8 o'clock you can't because there are too many noises like hammering and loud noises from the cleaning ladies. It's impossible to sleep in peace! To be fair: The hotel is clean. Internet is available although it's weak. The receptionists are nice. The cleaning personel is a nightmare. From 8 o'clock in the morning they started talking on the phone in front if our room on loudspeaker!!! They screamed and shouted and made loud noises. We couldn't sleep. There were also loud noises coming out of the bathroom from some kind of machine. We got a new suite where it was quiet. Price is okay. Towels were missing and we had to ask for toilet paper.

BED BUGS - STAY AWAY We stayed at the Taj Hotel for one night on our way to Wadi Rum. Unfortunately, my son and daughter had some serious bed bug bites- to cover their arms, back face etc. since we were on our way, I made a contact with the hotel only when we came home The only reply we go is that they are cleaning "daily along with our weekly checkups to ensure that our customers have the best experience and value for many for their stay" and offered a 10 % discount on the next stay. I would expect them to perform a real investigation, to ensure cleaning the rooms seriously, and offer a refund- all of our visit to Jordan was ruined NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL

The service was just terrible. To begin with, the designated check-in time for the hotel is 2 pm. We arrived at 1:30 pm, and didn't get the room until after 3 pm. And when we finally got the room, there were no towels and we had to wait an extra hour for them to get us towels, and they were still wet when we got them too. On the second day, we requested toilet paper, and also had to wait for an hour to get it. Moreover, the breakfast was absolutely terrible and the options were very limited. Additionally, the internet kept getting disconnected. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, and they only put shampoo bottles with no conditioner or shower gels. I would rate it less than 1 star if it was possible.

Nice hotel with professional staff. We got a free room upgrade, which was much appreciated. New and clean rooms in a quiet area. Good location. Free parking on the street nearby. Good breakfast, Jordan style. Vfm especially at the price we got it.

We stayed for one night and all was ok - room was clean, service was very nice, breakfast was tasty. We had to check out at noon, but we were allowed to visit in the afternoon to take a shower and refresh ourselves before leaving Akaba. This was very nice surprise, which prooved to be nearly life saving in the afternoon heat. The service was ready to provide us with useful tips when asked and were friendly and profesional.

We had stopped here just to have breakfast because our hotel - downtown hotel didn’t have it included. The breakfast here was delicious and freshly prepared with good variety. We paid almost 5 jod per person. Overall the hotel was spic and span clean and the staff was courteous.

We were satisfied with everything, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast, service. The birthday cake was the best choice for the group. Whatever needs we had were answered fast. The personal problems were handled in a gentle and respectful way. We can recommend this hotel with all our hearts.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I visited Jordan last week and chose to stay in this hotel. The rooms are perfect for the cost and the staff are incredible. They made us feel at home the entire way through and organised an amazing trip to Wadi Rum. Everything we needed was provided within seconds. Overall, amazing hotel, amazing service and outstanding staff. Thank you for making our visit to Aqaba memorable!!!!

True rating is 4,5 starts. Almost everything was perfect: - clean and comfortable room; - clean and well equipped bathroom; - friendly and open staff; - good options for activities from the hotel representatives; - excellent location; - good price. I said "almost" because I had to pay in euros. Card machines have an option to either pay in local currency or your own currency. It was automatically put on euros instead of dinars which lost me around 20 euros (the exchange rate is always worse on the machine than at your own bank). I admit, it was also my fault that I did not pay attention (it was late and I was tired), I should have rejected the payment and asked to pay in dinars at my bank's rate.

Clean and quiet, good breakfast, very friendly staff and nice rooms. The bathroom was a bit too small. The location is very good, near the city centre. Over all a very good stay!

Stood here in March in a Suite apartment. 4 persons and there was plenty of room I would highly recommend this for groups of 4. Rooms were clean, confortable beds, living and balcony. For the additional stuff we've required we talked at the reception and there was no hesitation on their part to assist us. Very friendly personnel, so overall a very enjoyable experience

Fair hotel, polite staff. Needs more attention! Especially the bathroom which is old and neglected. Internet kept interrupting.

This hotel is a cheat and find opportunities to scam the tourist. I reached the hotel at 12 noon on the date of my stay and I was informed that I should check-in after 1 hours. I informed the staff, in that case I will check-in during evening hours. By the time we reached the hotel (around 5ish), they had given our room to someone else at an exorbitant price (since it was a peak season). I infact confirmed my reservation 2 weeks before my arrival to them as well but they didn't bother and didn't let us check-in. My family was stranded in an unknown city with no option but to book another hotel at a very expensive rate at last minute. They have the most unprofessional staff and do not care about the guest. I would highly not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

You get what you pay for, very cheap, clean, decent room if you want to stay in the place and explore aqaba vs staying the intercontinental persay as someone who went to both if you're a couple and just want to stay in a place to sleep and bathe in, it's a great place to stay in and isn't far from the beach.

We had some difficulties to arrange breakfast, but in all fairness it was during the Ramadhan. At the end of the day the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more then made up for it.
