Kempinski
rooms
were
extremely
beautiful!
They
would
take
your
breath
away
the
minute
you
enter
them
💚
Front
desk
and
receptionists
were
very
kind
as
well.
They
were
kind
enough
to
allow
me
to
have
a
late
checkout
at
(2
PM),
and
I
was
very
thankful.
So
if
you
want
a
beautiful
room
with
an
amazing
sea
view
(also
with
a
great
bathroom),
this
hotel
is
definitely
for
you
:
)
What
I
didn’t
like
though
is
that
I
go
to
Aqaba
specifically
to
swim,
and
swimming
pools
were
closed
the
two
nights
I
stayed
there,
and
water
in
the
Jacuzzi
tub
was
cold
(didn’t
exceed
33
C).
They
were
doing
some
cleaning
and
sterilization
for
the
pools,
which
disappointed
me
a
LOT!
If
I
knew
this
was
going
to
happen
during
my
stay,
I
would
have
changed
the
dates
of
my
stay
at
least,
but
I
guess
it
wasn’t
in
their
hands,
this
I
would
understand.
What
I
can’t
understand
yet
is
that
I
swam
on
the
hotel
beach
on
4
different
times,
and
I
couldn’t
see
the
lifeguard
anywhere
near!
Sea
waves
were
high,
and
if
anything
happened
to
me
especially
that
I
was
swimming
there
completely
alone,
the
lifeguard
wouldn’t
be
close
to
help.
So
I
didn’t
feel
safe
at
all.
I
stayed
one
night
at
the
Intercontinental
hotel
right
before
my
stay
at
the
Kempinski,
and
the
lifeguard
didn’t
move
from
his
place
the
3
times
I
swam
at
the
hotel
beach!
So
there
is
a
HUGE
difference.
And
the
weirdest
thing
that
I
found
about
this
hotel
(to
be
frank)
is
not
offering
daily
complimentary
water.
The
neighboring
hotel
would
offer
you
a
whole
pack
of
water
bottles
if
you
ask
(not
just
2),
yet
the
Kempinski
room
service
told
me
twice
that
they
can’t
give
me
any
complimentary
water
the
second
day
of
my
stay,
and
that
I
would
need
to
request
(meaning:
pay
for
it).
That
was
the
stingiest
thing
I
was
ever
told
at
a
5
stars
hotel.
Water
is
very
essential
for
a
human
body,
so
the
two
small
water
bottles
that
were
given
to
me
(complimentary)
at
first
wouldn’t
really
be
enough
for
48
hours
stay,
and
instead
of
offering
a
whole
fridge
filled
with
soda
cans
for
free
(which
I’m
boycotting),
I
would
have
really
appreciated
some
daily
complimentary
water
during
my
stay.
