Really a wonderful hotel , super clean , friendly reception and professional. Plenty of family / kids activities. Safety is at highest standards ; I liked the additional lock for window doors to safeguard children from accidental lone entry to baloney . Great Hospitality and care for the hotel attendants . The pool and beach don’t know with which one to start with. Great value for money letting you leave with great smile. My wife and kids told me next time we come here again . If I want to rate it all and all out of 10 I would give it 9.5/10 Cheers

Nice hotel on the beach, walking distance to the city center. The service and food was perfect, as always in Kempinski hotels:-) the room was large with a nice bathroom, only the furniture is already a bit marked by time. Every evening we enjoyed the sunset from our balcony.

Forget Petra and Wadi Rum & just stay and do a day trip from this incredible hotel! Highest luxury standards in Jordan (ok, also the sister hotel at the Dead Sea) Super nice and competent staff! Great room! Great food!

Loved our stay at the Kempinski, starting with the kind and efficient service of everybody, but especially the concierge services that helped us book a great trip to Petra. The facilities are comfortable and clean to perfection, rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet is very generous. Pool and beach are lovely (though it was hard finding available spaces around the pool). We loved it, the Kempinski Aqaba definitely keeps up with this brand of excellence.

Sham the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. We arrived too early but she looked after our luggage and welcomed us to the facilities. The staff came and found us on the beach when our room was ready. The staff are awesome. Big praise to Daisy but everyone was fabulous including the really helpful lifeguards on the beach making sure we were comfy- bringing towels, water and ensuring shade. I didn't like the glass walled bathroom at all. We kept the blind closed for 4 days. My one big complaint about the hotel is the beach. It is far too noisy. There is techno or dance music played at the beach bar and you just can't get away from it. I disliked that a lot- it's far too loud and intrusive when you're trying to relax or read. Also the absolutely ridiculously loud "glass bottom " tour boats " they are right on top of the beach and play ghastly loud dance music and full of screeching people. Completely ruining any relaxation on the beach. It's a real shame because this hotel would be perfect otherwise.

It has been a wonderful three nights it felt like home. Our profound appreciation to Ms. Fatima, (Guest Relations Supervisor) who spared no efforts to ensure that we received a great service. In fact all staff were great and very atteneous.

The hotel was in a perfect location, with clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful pools, and a beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. I have to single out Fatima, who is a charming lady, always very polite and helpful in everything. Special praise goes to Nawasreh at the pool, who was a bright spot with his cheerfulness and friendliness every day. This is a fantastic hotel!

amazing service you will be treated like royalty, the location is perfect, we enjoyed a lot and surely will visit again, only one comment regarding no easy access to beachside for disabled, many stairs to reach there. Appreciate if we can do something to make it easy for the oldest people At all thanks a lot for all staff specially Ms. Fatima

The first thing we noticed on arrival was the lovely fragrance in the lobby. We spent a very happy 3 days here using the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. we enjoyed a great view of the pool from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially HUDA she was lovely smiling loving to help and assist us very well we just know about everything in the hotel by her we also enjoyed the food served in the restaurants and the beach bar. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre of Aqaba and is close to some of the important historical sites.

I planned to stay in Aqaba for one day and then drive back to Amman, but ended up staying 3 nights and 4 days because of this amazing hotel. The rooms are modern, simple and super clean. The entire hotel can actually be described that way. The infinity pool is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Usually the pools seem great in the pictures but very disappointing in reality. Often too small. This one is huge! I had a lot of fun spending time at the pool. The private beach is nice too. The staff is incredibly kind- especially Huda who checked us in and out. Very helpful, kind and welcoming. Overall fantastic stay!

A wonderful 5 star hotel with a perfect beach front location. Sadly it was under occupied when we visited due to the Gaza war. It really is very safe here!

We visited Kempinski in Aqaba and Dead Sea during our visit in October 2022. Kempinski Aqaba is a very beautiful property with a scenic view of the Red Sea. It's a high end hotel which one can notice by the way each thing is placed and kept. All the facilities are very well maintained. The staff was really polite and helpful, they had kept macarons and some other food as complement for us. They had a very good breakfast spread and had a lot of options. Overall it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba was fantastic. The staff was welcoming, the breakfast impressive, and room service and their delicious lava cake. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and at the pool, they offered refreshing fruits, cold water, and cool towels. Their attention to detail, like nets to prevent birds at the outdoor breakfast area, was evident. A parting gift of dates upon check-out was a lovely touch. We can't wait to return!

Very good hospitality and a warm staff. We had a problem with our room when we arrived, but the staff (mainly Fatima- our “lady in red”) was very helpful and kind. The private beach is nice and quiet, and all the other amenities are top notch. Great value for money! Again, special thanks to Fatima- our “Lady in Red”

We had a very good stay at the Kempinski Red Sea Aqaba. We had a delay waiting for our rooms at mid-day despite booking Club Rooms so that we could get in on arrival , however, once in, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The pool area is small with limited sun bed availability but plenty of availability on the beach. The availability of chilled water and occasional snacks/cold towels was appreciated. We were very glad we had taken Club Rooms with access to Club 700 as there was little entertainment outside the hotel. The service provided by Justine and Jason in the lounge was outstanding and definitely made our visit more enjoyable. Checks by customer services during our stay ensured that the small issues we had were acknowledged and dealt with quickly.

Kempinski is an amazing hotel, the rooms are perfectly clean, swimming pool is clean, wide, fun and the cocktails are mega tasty. The staff are very kind and as a whole experience it is very recommended. Big thanks to Ibrahim which made our vacation much more fun - thank you very much my dear friend. I will definitely come back here 👌🙏👍

The property is well maintained and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The view is outstanding from the rooms. The mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable or at the same level as the rest of the experience.

We had a super fun experience staying here in Kempinski Aqaba. Everything is just so remarkable and every staff are doing their respective job diligently. Special thanks to Jerwin in housekeeping for the quick and good service in doing our room. The breakfast was also incredible. The employees are very accommodating and helpful. Also Fatima in reception for being attentive in our needs. Thank you to all the staff. You made our staycation super special. We'll hopefully come back soon.

Kempinski rooms were extremely beautiful! They would take your breath away the minute you enter them 💚 Front desk and receptionists were very kind as well. They were kind enough to allow me to have a late checkout at (2 PM), and I was very thankful. So if you want a beautiful room with an amazing sea view (also with a great bathroom), this hotel is definitely for you : ) What I didn’t like though is that I go to Aqaba specifically to swim, and swimming pools were closed the two nights I stayed there, and water in the Jacuzzi tub was cold (didn’t exceed 33 C). They were doing some cleaning and sterilization for the pools, which disappointed me a LOT! If I knew this was going to happen during my stay, I would have changed the dates of my stay at least, but I guess it wasn’t in their hands, this I would understand. What I can’t understand yet is that I swam on the hotel beach on 4 different times, and I couldn’t see the lifeguard anywhere near! Sea waves were high, and if anything happened to me especially that I was swimming there completely alone, the lifeguard wouldn’t be close to help. So I didn’t feel safe at all. I stayed one night at the Intercontinental hotel right before my stay at the Kempinski, and the lifeguard didn’t move from his place the 3 times I swam at the hotel beach! So there is a HUGE difference. And the weirdest thing that I found about this hotel (to be frank) is not offering daily complimentary water. The neighboring hotel would offer you a whole pack of water bottles if you ask (not just 2), yet the Kempinski room service told me twice that they can’t give me any complimentary water the second day of my stay, and that I would need to request (meaning: pay for it). That was the stingiest thing I was ever told at a 5 stars hotel. Water is very essential for a human body, so the two small water bottles that were given to me (complimentary) at first wouldn’t really be enough for 48 hours stay, and instead of offering a whole fridge filled with soda cans for free (which I’m boycotting), I would have really appreciated some daily complimentary water during my stay.

Beautiful hotel on the beach Private beach Lady in red super helpful with a smile Huda at reception was just amazing Made our stay enjoyable Breakfast was unbelievable Huge variety Five Star hotel Five Star service Refreshing the rooms in the afternoon was awesome Reception always checking if everything is okay and if we needed anything free soft drinks in the mini bar Only issue with this hotel is security Guest are treated like criminals Worse than airport security Go through metal detector when entering hotel Hand Bags and packets checked when entering hotel Our suitcases had to go through an x ray machine and we had to open our bags to show them whats inside Absolutely pathetic to be treated in this manner.

Kempinski stands out from many other luxury brand hotels I’ve been to, it was beautifully decorated and offered a wide variety of amenities. The rooms are stylish and comfortable with plush bedding. I highly recommend your stay here!

We stayed here the second week of December and it was an amazing stay. The room with the red sea view was spectacular and very clean. The pools and hot tubs were great and well maintained. The only negative thing was the sheesha was horrible but that didn't ruin our stay. Breakfast buffet was also amazing. We even had to checkout early due to an emergency and they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The hotel staff were so kind and even offered my 1 year old a barbie to take home with her. Thank you Kempinski Aqaba for a great trip

This is a 4* hotel. Even the rooms are great, the view is perfect, unfortunately all the services are 3* or 4*. They did a huge cutting cost on personnel and you can feel this. One example are huge lines for breakfast. One bad experience was when we tried to reserve a table at a restaurant and they told us that is the policy “first come, first serve” and when we arrived at the restaurant, earlier, it was almost empty but reserved 🙈

Beautiful hotel in a great location, beautiful rooms and equipped to a very good standard The biggest problem is the restaurant !! At dinner we asked for water and explained that tap water also requires payment ??? And when we ordered a cold drink we waited 32 minutes until the bottles arrived, every request from the restaurant staff is delayed for a very long time and we had to give up some of our requests. All I have written is when the hotel is very low occupancy and the restaurant is not crowded at all.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Nice rooms, good location. I would like to point out the nice hotel staff and thanks to Mr Ali from front office. I never had such friendly, courteous and ambitious hotel employees before.

I am a bit disappointed with the reservation team customer service. Every time I ask for a booking they make you feel as if they are doing a favor by answering your question. Additionally, they usually answer half of the question and are never clear with their answers. I used to love this hotel as it has easy access to beach and pool. However, I always have to struggle to get the information from reservation team. Thus I don't recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at Kempinski Aqaba, our room was sea view and we enjoyed amazing sunset every day! All was just perfect starting from warm welcome by lady In Red Maria, she was so kind and professional, she let us feel so special! Restaurants and food was outstanding. The Sea and beach was great place to relax! Big thanks for everyone who did our stay memorable. Keep it up! We will back very soon again. Cheers.

The hotel is amazing. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Beautiful clean minimalist rooms. Gorgeous beach and nice pools. It loses a star for me because of the ridiculously loud air conditioning in the rooms. I tried a few rooms on my multiple visits and even the lowest AC setting is very loud (my ear plugs cannot even block its humming). It is a pity because it ruins sleep for us sensitive sleepers. Please renovate the AC system Kempinsky Aqaba.

I enjoyed my time a lot, thanks to Kempinski hotel's management. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very nice😌 Big thanks 🙏 for Ms. Huda from the front desk. The women who made our vacation good!!! She’s Amazing! Gorgeous in every respect, wonderful service from all the hotel staff, and absolutely delicious food with a breakfast buffet that seems endless. Right on the Sea with a gorgeous swimming pool, swimming beach, great outdoor set up with shade and chairs, outdoor entertainment. You'll want to stay longer than you booked!

I pay to stay in 5 star hotel with a classy atmosphere. I find a group of people at the pool swimming and just staring at the girls including my wife and daughters in a weird way. And if i fight with them, i will be the bad guy. Seems the hotel give cheap offers for some companies, so why am paying high price and avoiding public beaches? Bad experience.

My partner and I had beautiful stay in Kempinski a while back so We decided to relive our moment in Aqaba Kempinski and oh boy, we are very Glad we did it. That shows consistency in high standards. From the moment we stepped in, the crew was welcoming, positive, happy and excited. We felt the nice warm hospitality. The Rooms were clean, tidy, nice arrangments. The restsurants had brilliant variety Middle eastern, italian and Grill. We even extended our stay for one more night.

Nice place. We went to the bar with sea view for some drinks. Very lovely service by the lady who was serving us. Nice seasonal decorations in the lobby and fantastic views. We had called ahead, though, to inquire about the availability of afternoon tea and were not given a competent answer. Whoever answered the telephone either told us it's not available or thought we were asking about something completely different.

Went for a business meeting with my crew and clients. The Rooms were extremely top Class, the facilities and confrence rooms are equipped with the latest technologies such as TVs, projectors. The staff is fully aware attentive, and well trained to host any business of any nature. Big thanks to Kempinski food service, rooms service, and management. Super Positive experience.

Spent three nights at the Kempinski after travelling across Jordan. Last stop Aqaba. It was the perfect end to a wonderful trip. The hotel is luxurious with its own private beach. Breakfast was AMAZING: high quality ingredients, so much variety; the chef at the egg station was excellent and was so kind to cook my eggs in butter. Maureen at housekeeping was outstanding. She went out of her way to look after me and made my stay so pleasant. Also thank you to Belal for the local authentic food recommendations. And Fatima for her warm welcome and hospitality. Would definitely return!

The rooms are pretty and spacious but the hotel service is absolutely poor. We went to crust and we were highly disappointed. Waited for an hour for our order. And after asked for bill only then the order came. They didn't even served us the bread basket that they normally give. That too came late when we were getting uncomfortable for the late. Worst food even though we were hungry. The food had stale smell and after taste was bitter like when the food is cooked in old oil. Would not recommend this place to anyone, one because of service and 2 because of worse tasting food. The hotel failed to provide us with an extra mattress. Which is absolutely discourteous.. and also being in a Muslim country they don't care much for the people with Muslim faith as there aren't any single bidets showers with the commode. Just the American old fashioned absolutely uncomfortable bidet bowl.

The hotel is one of the most luxurious in Aqaba, modern style, very calm and peaceful! Rooms are spacious, the most unique is the bathtub which is open to the room, making the room very romantic. The stuff are very helpful and kind! Special thanks to Sham & Abdel Rahman at the reception, who helped me with the room preparation to surprise my wife for her birthday. Breakfast has a great variety, and very delicious, also the restaurant is beautiful with the outdoor terrace looking over the sea. Overall the hotel is perfect for couples.

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent stay at Kempinski Hotel in Jordan Aqaba. I stayed at the hotel for three days, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. Firstly, I have to say that the hotel itself was beautiful, and the amenities were a lovely . However, what really stood out to me was the staff's attitude and willingness to help. Every member of the team that I encountered was always smiling and ready to assist me with anything I needed. The reception team, in particular, was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Kempinski Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. I also appreciate the attention to detail and the high level of service provided during my stay. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. I look forward to returning to Kempinski Hotel in the future.

We definitely recommend your hotel to our friends. Till next time.
