The rooms very neat and clean. We had a room with a balcony which gave the feeling of more space and access to fresh air. Their breakfast is good. The son of the owner ordered us burgers the first night at Route 65. That was great because we did not know our way around yet. They enquired numerous times whether we needed something. Great service.

The rooms weren't enough clean, yet they are comfortable, although the hotel in general is not old but it needs some modernization, renovation and development, especially the room's services (TV, AC, WiFi ... ) and also the bathrooms, the staff was polite. The level of cleanliness is very poor compared to hotels of the same category. They have a very small swimming pool on the roof "actually it shouldn't be considered as a swimming pool, it's hardly a bathtub" not suitable for all ages, and the biggest shock is the level of it's cleanliness... It's really filthy ... I believe their follow-up and their interest in developing and modernizing the hotel is not among their priorities. The view from the rooms is not special because of the location and because the windows are not clean ... and although there is no private beach, but there is a public beach nearby. The food was delicious. In general it's not great value for money. Overall, I hadn't a great experience with this hotel. 😞 I Honestly don't recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Aqaba. You can find better options at close prices.

Not a European-level 4 star, but then again the price is also lower. Despite being relatively new, some furnishings were on the cheap side. On the plus side, the hotel manager was very attentive and service-minded, the breakfast was great (you can order an omelette on top of the available buffet), and some of their issues can be easily fixed (e.g. the room could be cleaner, the elevator makes a ring every time it reaches a floor which can be heard from inside the room if it’s close to the elevator).

10000% recommend this place, it was the ABSOLUTE BEST STAY I had in Jordan and its in my top places to stay in the world for the combination of prompt, thorough and attentive service and the opportunity to wake up to incredible views of the red sea! Also, this was an excellent price to value ratio and location in the town, and the free breakfast had plenty of options to choose from! Rayan - front desk reception and Khaled- owner representative provided the best customer experience I ever experienced in Jordan ( and probably the world- and I travel alot! ) They helped me out when I had emergency went above and beyond while showing me true Jordan hospitality while being absolute gentlemen. As a solo women traveler, they made me feel safe, cared for, and like a queen! I needed this respote after a bad experience in Wadi Rum where I was harassed. Rayan hooked me up with the best room ever and provided me with tour booking support where I had the BEST scuba diving experience EVER and emergency taxi service. With all my requests and the short time I had in Aqaba, I felt they showed me the best time there, and I look forward to coming back again. Don't hesitate to book them or you will miss out!!!!!!!!

I'm very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, my room was much smaller than those surrounding me, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Secondly, the smell of the sewage system was pervasive throughout the hotel, making it unbearable to be there for long periods. In addition, my bathroom sink was clogged, which made it difficult to maintain basic hygiene. Thirdly, my neighbors were leaving their shoes and dirty socks outside the room, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. Fourthly, the swimming pool was much smaller than expected and looked more like a bathtub. Furthermore, the sink was very inconvenient to use as it used a sensor, making it difficult to wash my toothbrush or carry out any other task. Finally, the floor and bedsheets were always dirty, which was very disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor quality of the rooms and facilities, as well as the unpleasant and unsanitary conditions.

Beautiful and peaceful location despite being in the center of the city. It is easily accessible. The management was very helpful in getting anything we needed and made our stay that much better. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view. Also, one of the few hotels where the staff understands English. Over all everything was excellent.

Great location with gorgeous views, and within walking distance of the seafront and Aqaba downtown with many restaurants, bars, and shops. Breakfast is good, staff speaks English and is very helpful.

The rooms are very small, cleanliness is not up to par, and both the bed and pillow are uncomfortable. The hotel requires more attention to cleanliness. It was the worst night.

Our experience at the hotel was very positive. We loved the room and the views were very good. They serve buffet breakfast and have free secure parking. In addition, on the roof you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. The hotel is quite elegant, clean and the staff is very friendly. We recommend it if you are going to stay in Aqaba.

Very nice hotel, good and tasty breakfast, wide variety of food with some very nice Jordanian choices, I recommend the brown beans dish, don’t know exactly how it is called but you need to add some condiments for the full experience, very friendly and helpful staff

I visited here for one night to stay in Aqaba after visiting Petra and driving from Amman. Booking was made through Hotels.com Parking outside on the street was free, and despite arriving at 10am in the morning, I was allowed to check in early and given a triple room with sea view and breakfast as a free upgrade! Unfortunately I didn't get to try the breakfast as I departed early the next morning to catch a flight. The room was very clean and well equipped, and a short walk from the centre of Aqaba. I would definitely stop here again.

Very polite and kind staff, the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are a little bit old and in used condition but for the price not so bad and everything seems much better for the staff's lovely behavior 🥰

This Hotel is very new, nice, clean, well managed and has an amazing view as well! The breakfast is high quality and delicious too! :) The location maybe seems a bit far away from the beach, but by walk is only 6-7 min, and you can go by taxi, if you do not want to walk (they go around continuosly, we never wait more than 1,5 min for a car and it's cheap as well) but because of the location, the nights are nicely quitet, you can rest well, no problem ;) All the staff are good harted and searching to help you, which is give the place a very nice vibe!! We are always had a very-very pleasant time all the times we stayed there. Highly recommend for all!! :)))

A perfect hotel as for Jordan and for that price. Our room was clean and spacious. We faced a problem in the bathroom once, but it was fixed very quickly. The breakfast is more like continental (we prefer local), but hummus (and smth arabic) was served too. It’s would be better if they had filter coffee instead of Nescafe. The stuff is super nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend Jordan Seasons to stay in Aqaba. It’s not far from city center, if you know a shortcut 👍
