I was looking for a Pediatrician from long time and my friend recommended dra Jehan.I went with my 5 month baby for cough. She examined so well and spoke so good and explained very well to me that really i was very satisfied. She looked into every detail about feeding ,sleeping etc. Now i am relieved that i found a good dra pediatrician. God Bless her

I was searching for long time for a good peadiatrician for my son . Finally some one recommended so much about Dr Jehan . I could see her finally after a long wait as she was very busy . Really she was so good at examination and explaination . Only complaint was there was no much seating arrangements for patients there.

Dr. Syed Jaffer(Internal Medicine), was the worst ever doctor I had visited in my life. I visited yesterday evening with severe cold with runny nose and cough, after examing all other parameters, the doctor gave sick leave for just that day, it was already evening, assuming that I will be fine the next day. As per his prescription, the antibiotic will start the next day and he assumed that within few hours the condition will be fine, is n't it a joke. This doctor doesnt understand the how the patient feels inside. How can anyone go for work with runny nose and heavy headedness. As per him if we take one syrup, one nasal spray and one anti allergic tablet for one night we will be fine the next morning. Also his way of responding was not so friendly as we would normally expect from a doctor. I would never ever consult this doctor again and would suggest the same to others as well. I would only follow up for my current open file and forget about this doctor. Remember never ever visit Dr. Syed Jaffer(Internal Medicine).

Briefly this is worst clinic, just one of reasons: -I have insurance and I did in metro crown for my teeth and they charged me 120 KD for each tooth, they told me that crown isn't included in insurance without sending a request to insurance company or making confirmation with insurance, after sometime I called insurance to just ask them what is included/not included in my insurance, as they clearly told that crown and filling is included in my insurance, so I clearly understand the problem that the clinic don't want to send request to insurance for some reason, maybe to get full cash from patient and without sending request to clinic, this cost a lot of money for me to pay. -not only this but also I visited skin doctor one time and he mentioned some expensive creams and metro pharmacy told it's not included in insurance so I didn't take, after 1 month I went to Apollo clinic and I requested the doctor there to prescribe the same creams on insurance and I got them from their pharmacy with no any issue, this is really disappointing and not good at all, why the this clinic want everyone to pay cash and at same time they are accepting insurance, I wasted a lot of money there meanwhile I have insurance and I can pay less with insurance, so if you hold an insurance avoid this clinic. -In addition, there was some dental doctor she was refusing to make proper treatment and keep postpone the treatment till she takes a vacation and traveled abroad, that really funny how doctors are careless and don't care about their patients.

My Son was sick and i was so worried .He used to fall sick frequently. We had gone to many places but were not satisfied. One of my close friend recommended Dr.Jehan Pediatrician in new metro medical and I really found that she diagnosed and treated so well that i was very relived. She supported me emotionally and reassured me. GOD Bless her.

Gentle advice to all if you need a paediatric and you love your child don't ever visit Dr Rozina as she is not a professional doctor. She doesn't give proper attention and advice. We visited her with our 4 month old suffering from cold and cough.. she didn't even check properly and said its just flu. After 2 weeks when our son didn't get better we had another consultation from a good doctor and he diagnosed. Waste of money and time.

I visited the dental clinic and the Dr who treated me was perfect and honest (Dr Naira), she is realy professional and very patient with a smily face. I do recommend her strongly for any dental procedures.

I have a preterm baby and I was looking up for a good pediatrician who can guide me accordingly. I went to new metro and met Dr. Jehan . She explained very clearly how to take care of her and how to provide a feed carefully and cleared all my doubts and fears . I was really very happy to have found a good pediatrician. God bless her for giving me so much of moral support and a big relief.

We had an appointment for MRI at 10am (upon referral from Fahaheel branch) and arrived 9:20AM and submitted for insurance approvals informing reception of the appointment. Yet till 10am we were waiting and inspite of asking the reception twice in between (and she just said 2 mins), only at 10am she informs that she is still waiting for approval. When we called the insurance company we were told that they received the request less than 5 mins before 10am!! Fahaheel branch of Metro is so much more efficient which is why we moved from Shifa Jazeera to them. But disappointed with the service in Salmiya branch and hope we never have to visit here again! Even for dental, when we took an appointment after giving us the token we were informed we would have to pay for consultation if there is no procedure to be done (if procedure then only would send for approvals)!! Have visited dentists at Shifa Jazeera, Mowasat, British Medical and Metro Salmiya in the past but never had to pay before. Some weird new policy here which I must check if applicable at their other branches too now. Overall dont want to visit here again!

Super Metro clinic near 5th Ring Road Dr. Shaikha Soud Radiologist not rude but very rude. If you are visiting her make sure to stick your mouth with glue and don't ask question. Anything she says just reply with yes or no. Or else you will have to face her anger. My wife is 9 months pregnant, we went to her for scan, my wife asked a question about cord around baby's neck, she replied rudely, "I will give you report see in your report." I asked her a question about baby's head position, she replied very aggressively, "it's down, down, down go and tell your doctor" We are visiting Metro because of Dr. Shalini Jaluthriya as she is the perfect example of a good doctor, humble, polite as she gives answer to all queries with a smile what else a patient needs more.

Dr jehan is just fantastic. She amazed me with her talk . My child had a psychological problem which she tackled beautifully and guided us how to manage.

Gentle advice to all if you need a paedia don't ever visit Dr Rozina as she is not a professional doctor. She doesn't advice any medicine or vitamins. She says use whatever available in the market. Waste of money.

Do not go here just because they have offers. They have the worst service. I have recently gotten my full body check up here, while collecting my blood sample I had experienced an unusual pain. The next day my my whole hand started to hurt. It's been like a week now still my hand hasn't been recovered (my forehand has a black patch still)

Less consultation fees. They have some good doctor's.

I would like to sincerely Thank Dr.Tincy for taking care of my dental problems. Dr. Tincy has been very caring and and with her patience, she finally made me smile! I would recommend Dr.Tincy a Dentist you can rely. Very professional! Lastly but not the least Thank you to Sister Jeba for her politeness and attendance towards the patients.

It’s chain of medical facility providers in Kuwait. Metro Centre is full of medical professionals. Their charges are affordable. Its staff is cooperative and industrious. Indeed it’s trustworthy medical center.

Do not go to metro. If you have insurance they just make their money on the medications. They prescribe for a month or more for a gas problem. I was given 2 grms and was not able to stand after taking it. I went to another clinic in farawaniya were I was given gas medication and I was ok in 3 days. Internal medicine is the worst. They want to make their money with people having insurance and the problem is not solved

So MMC has become a 50 kd loot now. 7kd Consultation fees 30-35 kd Test or Injections 10-15 KD medicine is charged for anything you go there. For a mere stomach ache (Acidity problem) you guys charge 50 KD i.e around 10,000 Rs.

I met Internal Medicine Doctor on 6th Apr. He prescribed for Medical Tests, however went on vocation for about 20 days. I was notified by hospital, there is no replacement doctor in Internal Medicine when he was in vocation. When i approached hospital for his appointment after his arrival after 20 days, they are saying Free follow-ups are appliable only till 10 days. Not sure, there is option to GO and VISIT Doctor in his vocation place. Now on for sure, i will not visit this hospital.

Went to meet physician - Dr. Shabanah there (who couldn't understand 17 degree C is cold temperature but argued stating its blast freezer temperature) and the doctor informed I need to take medicines to get my leave form signed. Was entirely fine with that and informed the doctor to keep it filled, since I have left my child at home. After collecting the medicine, they took atleast 20 mins to give the form. The nurse was keeping on asking how many days I need every time she saw me while other patients went in and I kept on telling only today. Such a waste of time and money.

THE WORST CLINIC AT KUWAIT!! Today we visit and had a medical check up, but the experience is WORST THAN EVER! . I just asking a question from the INDIAN NURSES but they didn't even let me finish for what I am saying, thus, they talked to their own language and do laugh together then what I only understand is the the word "SICK LEAVE", I got up and speak with them and saying I DONT MIND IF THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE SICK LEAVE(and i never ask thou) coz what I asking is the prescription of my husband which having high blood and what they only give is PANADOL !! . My husband had history of heart attack, seizures ,asthma, and in the end they will give PANADOL?????!! employees there needs to learnthe proper customer service, all we asking is to be treated kindly not in DISRESPECTFUL WAY!! We paying for consultation but we will be treated like a TRASH!!!! No doubt why your reviews and ratings here is soooooo low!!

Worst experience with gynecologist as I was pregnant I had heavy bleeding doc told me to do sonar after that they told me I had miscarriage at 5 wk and at 6 wk doc again did sonar doc has shown my uterus clean that nothing is there and in Sabah maternity I get to know I am 7 week pregnant and baby has heartbeat baby is doing good In metro they declare my baby dead but my baby was alive

Worst experience ever..I had been there one month ago..I met dermatologist .. Almost 50 kd had spend for simple joke itching and athletic foot .. They were prescribed Bundle of medicine.. but not cured ..One mister Dr jalal who is very cheap behavior lack of knowledge..

My first experience was amazing with Dr.Naira.she done a wonderful work on my teeth.she is such a wonderful doctor i should admit and she is lovely human being as well.

I commend the service being offered by Metro. Have found the doctors and staff very polite and caring especially in the Salmiya new centre where I have had a number of interactions with the Internal Medicine group. Good work and keep up the good job as it shows you care

It was worst experience ever,Me and my friend visit the clinic for scaling and polishing it was an hour appointment for each of us. Appointment was at 10 am but the dr came late at 10:25 It was fine Dr coming late.but literally she took only 10 minute to scaling and polishing my teeth and she said done, There’ was tiny meat peace stuck in my teeth it was still there and bothering me.normally I know the procedure take attest around 30 to 45 minute minimum But she done with 10 minute . I been regularly cleaning my teeth but this was the worst experience

I find this clinic very unhygienic …PCR test are taken under a staircase dingy place. Overall of this clinic doesn’t give the feeling of a hospital. Sad

Worst service. Wish there was option for negative rating.Just making money having been waiting for ultra sound for my new born for more than an hour and the receptionist says dr is on break. No system is followed.untrained staffs and simply gathering crowd just to show its so busy. It hardly takes 15 min for ultra sound made us wait an hr . After that also our number would take an hr. Will not recommend anyone further

Very bad experience with front office staff, they don't know what to do, they give you an appointment, when you came for consultation, they tell you that your appointment is not in the system and then you have to wait till all the other appointments are over... It's like they don't even care.. This is not the way you treat people. People here in Kuwait have work they can't take leave all the time if it is your mistake that you entered the appointment wrong in the system this is the 3rd time this is happening to us & this is the last we are done with super metro.. 🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Jehan— is perfect and always show effort & care on her patients welfare. Even the assistance of the clinic and staff is in metro salmiya is way way better than in 'big Metro Center - Salmiya'. It was the manner of the clinic nurse and the pediatrician as well— very impolite talking, snobbish like she was not interested knowing ur case.The gesture was totally bad.The nurse — did not assist us even on weighing my kid. She was standing & looking around like an it's her first day to work. We just got home with a antibiotic cream prescription, from them.. while my kid was prescribe by antibiotic syrup for her infection by another doctor. Plus the reception made us go up and down for she is not sure if her knet machine works. 😑 Sorry but that was first and last for that metro clinic branch and can't recommend. On that branch --- the management should hire professionals with real passion, work efficiency and care. Waste of time and effort.

V bad service. I wanted to return one product as was not relevant for me given by doctor. When I went to return they staff just refused to help. U can consider we no invoice. Coz I have the prescription and ur product has ur tag
