Extremely negative experience with Dr. Anil Kumar Bajaj on Sept 13th. I was informed I had diabetes but the way he treated me was horrible! No empathy or compassion. Not even an understanding tone of speaking. Mocked, belittling attitude. The nurse was witness to the whole thing. You go to a doctor because its supposed to be a safe space but I walked away in between of the appointment. Not a safe space at all. It was terrible

We went to Alseef to have some consultation with Pulmonary, when she asked you, she wanted your answer to be "yes" and "ok" only. If you are going to ask her about your condition she gets irritated easily. It's like you are not allowed to ask some questions. She depends on the blood result and not from your health history. She gave me medication but it didn't help me to get well. We may be expat but we are paying what is not covered in our insurance. I hope they treat their patients equally and not because of their nationality. We went to ANOTHER (not Alseef) hospital to ask about their second opinion and the doctor gave me the right medication to treat my asthma.

This hospital is 3rd world staff and operations hiding in a 1st world facade. Their facilities are dated and dirty throughout covered with a spritz of fragrance. Being admitted and having surgery with an overnight stay and being told that you have to pay 5kd for a Dr note and come back to Salmiya days later to pick it up... They need an entire makeover inside and out starting with their operational structure ending with upkeep of cleanliness. If you want your medical care to take hours on hours of bouncing around and being placed into different directions to get treated, this is your place! For a private hospital, I would barely give my experiences here a 1 star. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Best hospital experience. I had 2 surgeries here and I highly recommend this hospital to anyone! The room overlooked the sea and I was very comfortable. I stayed overnight for the surgery. The food was healthy and delicious. Friendly and professional staff, experienced and trained nurses and doctors. Great whatsapp service to book appointments. I also like that there's a Starbucks here. The only thing is that the elevators are a bit slow and packed. It's a busy hospital.

Top notch facilities available in this hospital . Drs are great aswell altho depends upon the choice of the doctor. Make sure you review them before u fix an appointment with them . Most of the drs I’ve come across are very professional and know what they are doing except one or two who I wouldn’t recommend going to . Appointment system is good . Make sure u have a good insurance to support your bills otherwise can get a bit expensive . The complaints I have with the hospital is the long waiting even after fixing an appointment and the elevator takes ages to come so be prepared to wait when u have a visit in this hospital.

The facility is cozy and luxorious but the doctors are loose regarding their timing. I had an appointment at 8am ,first patient in the morning, twice and in both appointments I've seen the doctor at 8:40am because he just came late and can't wake up early probably😂. I'll not mention the doctor's name but If any body from customer care would ever care about the topic and contact me I would file a complain and mention his name. However, as per other reviews seems there is no customer care in this hospital.

As one of the most prestigious hospitals in Kuwait, the hospital lacks a few concepts. First of all it doesn’t have any baby-friendly restrooms besides the third floor, do they not accept babies to need diaper changes through the hospital. Secondly the main elevators are VERY slow, they literally have waiting chairs infront of the elevators. None of the service counters are low enough to accommodate any wheelchair users or handicapped people. The parking situation is AWFUL even with their $2KD valet service, it’s a disaster. And lastly the folks at reception’s throughout are so slow and often make you pay even if your insurance covers the requested services. The four stars are for the doctors there who serve their patients in the best way possible.

Visited Seef hospital for the first time and never again at the ophthalmologist department. Firstly, they kept me waiting for half hour even thou I had an appointment. Secondly , the doctor after examination said I have an emergency treatment to do for which he would check if covered in my insurance. It’s been 3 days and still no updates and when I called thrice to follow up I was informed on the last call that the request was never raised. Thirdly, when I asked for a report of his diagnosis he said he would share it after two weeks as he is traveling after three whole days. Even after I would pay upfront. All this delay after informing me to get my eyes treated urgently stating it’s an emergency. Completely irresponsible and inconsiderate ! How would I trust him to do my treatment in this case :)

The service was great and most importantly Dr Tsvetana who followed my pregnancy, provided a direct mobile number to reach her, was available for follow up and emergency calls outside working hours, and respected my wishes during delivery while she kept both me n the baby perfectly healthy n safe. This was my first delivery and I was extremely scared and worried but now I'd say that I'd do it again and all thanks to Dr Tsvetana and her professional and empathy. I suffered a lot for about 9 months bleeding and tried several gynecologist Dr in different hospitals. Looked for female Dr to be more comfortable but this caused me drama. They left me bleeding just making observations and giving hormones and unnecessary medicines. I was oriented by Dr Khafaji Hisham another great trusted Dr to Dr Assem Elbiaa. Dr Assem stopped my bleeding and problem by giving supplement only not even hormones in 4 days. He is a great confident knowledgeable Dr. He let me to be proud of having such Dr in our community. Al Seef is so lucky to have such Dr honestly. Going back to normal life because of such great doctors. May Allah bless Dr Assem and Dr Hisham who offered me peace in life so after God favors those doctors favors. Thanks Seef hospital for bringing such doctors to Kuwait. Visited Seef hospital for the first time after being referred by a friend sadly never again after a worst experience with an ophthalmologist. I visited him in Oct after checking my eye he said I need a surgery so upon my further query he said he would answer everything if only my insurance gets approved. In a weeks time I recd a call to come in the next day for a surgery which I refused till I see the doctor.. My next appt was Nov 14 this day when I went to see the doctor he was angry and refused to do any surgery on me and told me to see another doctor...I was told to see his secretary she resent me back to him and he got me an appt for the 24th This kind of rude behaviour is not acceptable from a doctor...I m even afraid to do the surgery now.

I got charged 26 Kd for thumb bandage. They didn't even inform me with that before doing it. I was prescribed a cream which I purchased in the pharmacy. However, they used the same cream in bandaging process and charged on me. It is scam and a place to steal people.

I booked an appointment and 5:40. Ended up going in at 6:10. Had to wait more than 30 minutes there and believe me it wasn't a good experience. Waited for an MRI and XRAY, and when I tell u they took forever I'm not kidding. Had to wait till 8:45. Then 9 to get my medicine and all. Stayed over 3 hours in the hospital just for a broken finger.
