Staff is excellent at their work. Good food. Did not find it a 1-night stay kind of hotel. A bit costly for what I thought during my night stay. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any nearby hotel other than this one that's why we had to choose this. But a place for family to enjoy, great property and excellent service.

It is a very nice resort. You can enjoy the nature in it’s best form. The staff is very nice and overall you can enjoy with friends and family too. I felt like I’m on a hill station.

Property is very nice room's also good, but staff behaviour is worst specially Mr sundar raj behaved rudely i have never experienced ever before, he doesn't know how to behave with customers management has remove such worst staff to maintain their brand value. I will share the videos soon

I have gone with family we have booked 1 day in suit room then we changed our plan to another 2 days.Because of thier caring for the customer.The food was awesome👏. I will give 5 out of 5 stars. What ever and when ever we ordered they didn't say no it's not provided. They have 2 pools one for before 8 age kids and another for 9 to 49 age. Then the room and restroom was clean, good room service. They have provided park for before 5 age kids. Then morning breakfast is free. Buffet is available in morning. Good photoshoot place . We have enjoyed the trip. Price is very less for this. I would think this will helpful for you.

Spent 4 days here. It was a business trip stay. The rooms are spacious with lots of furniture options. They even give recliner sofas in some rooms. The most liked thing was the room food service was super fast. I had never seen such speed food delivery. The property was also well maintained. You can feel the vibes of a village stay with sounds of all birds and animals.

Hotel was superb n nice n hygiene .. very much gud atmospheric view.. food also superrr n greenary is super for events it's cool n nice. I love the resort for the stay as well for the party. Very much happy to stay in this resort ..

Visited last week. The place looks good from outside. The restaurant is a joke. Basic stuff like tea is horrible. The staff and restaurant manager are very poor in hospitality. When you complain about the food, they will pretend as though they don't speak your language. I tried Kannada and Hindi FYI.

Went to use just the swimming pool, it's 300 bucks per person please carry all the necessary clothes,cleansers and towels! It's a serene place with little to no people, we had the swimming pool to ourself. The food was amazing worth the price!

This would be my 5th or 6th visit, go for avenue rooms, it's spacious... Good food, if u want to try something 'laziz' and more items then try thali... they have good lush green space at the back, u can walk or jog within premise along the mango trees and swimming pool.

Tastes good, we had dinner & lunch many times, sometimes food taste was average. But ok. Good ambience, outside & inside seating available.

Looks good from outside. Good parking facility and inhouse restaurant is available.Not suitable for families as smoking is allowed in rooms and they smell really bad.

The ambient and the location good but worste staff in restaurant, everytime you order food it's cold, no one attended your table to take your order until shout and call them. My order was taken after 30 min. Also same menu in breakfast.

Decent and clean rooms, no complaints about rooms. Great quiet and fresh atmosphere. Definitely wort a visit.

A good place for your family staycation or a business trip. This is located far from the main Bangalore City. Food is good. Breakfast options could have been more.

Rooms were great. We attended a marriage event and the food was from caterers. It was a very a pleasant experience over there. There was enough parking.

It's best place for peaceful hotel and very tasty foods..... We already visit so many times for holiday palms but the food taste is always very clean and good . Rate is also reasonable Always recommended

The place is good,the view and the rooms are good and clean too,but in very few rooms if one thing works then the other doesn't. We had done the advance room booking for 4 rooms and particularly asked for combined double bed but our request was completely ignored and the rooms were given for individual beds in two bedroom room. Prices are damn costly.

I visited this place to attend my friend's wedding. The place is very nice and lush green, well maintained. The location is far from Bangalore City. And rooms are also okay. The service can still be improved.

A very pleasantly open to the sky property in major parts with lots of outdoor and gaming activities and a pool. Separate party locations and great food on offer with pleasant staff. Over all a very satisfying experience.

Didn't like taking snaps of occupants for their records. Embarrassing. Never ever go there. Restaurant is very expensive.
