What an unexpected delightful experience when I stopped by OCA Mocha! I happened to be in the area for work and googled local coffee shop. This gem of a place appeared and I went to try it out. My coffee tasted great and the sandwich I had was delicious! The other cool part about this place is all of the art they showcase and the ability to have meetings there. Definitely worth checking out. Dig the vibes and will be back when I'm in the area again!

This will be my go to spot next time I'm in Arbutus. I love their dark roast coffee. It's light on acidity and smooth tasting. I had an egg and cheese croissant it was pleasant. The winner was most definitely the coffee and atmosphere. If you haven't been it's a good shop with good coffee.

This café is great. They have some really unique coffees and teas for a great price. I got a chai tea late with hazelnut and a Wake n’ Bacon with an everything bagel pictured below. The restaurant and indoor dining is very clean, and they play some nice background music. There is a lot of menu options, so I definitely encourage you to explore and whatever you order will probably be good. The bathrooms were also very clean. Adding this place to my café list.

Such a cute place and I never realized how deep it goes! There’s a huge shop area and another large room in the back. There’s a cool art wall you can look at while waiting on your food. The staff was super friendly, when we said it was our first time the person at the counter told us about their “secret menu” so if they’re not to busy be sure to ask about that. We got a delicious raspberry white chocolate latte with oat milk and a lavender matcha drink. Both were really good. They’re also pretty cheap. Lattes aren’t overpriced and a plain large coffee is $1.50. Paninis average around $8 too and are filling. Definitely would recommend and looking foreword to seeing what they become once COVID dies down.

I came here for a work training and I enjoyed myself here! It’s very cute and quaint with rooms you can reserve that have dry eraser boards. I had their Passion Fruit Lemonade, their Blueberry Banana Bread & a cheese Danish. I also had the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and it was all absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend their drinks and food enough! I was pleasantly surprised. The bathrooms were clean and they have booth seating with big windows, so it’s a great place to come and study or just hang out. They have street parking and another store’s parking lot across the street.

Classic coffee shop and way bigger on the inside then it looks from without. Food is good, coffee is even better and their tea is phenomenal. There's a small stage and PA but I've yet to see a live act though I'm def down to play there one day. Cool stuff. Real indoor Greenwich village vibe.

Wow. It was my first time here. I am thankful to the sister who guided me through the options and how to order proper. I chose the Oca Mocha signature hot and Vanila chi cold. They went perfectly with my churros from next door. Remember, this is my first time here, so im exploring the whole establishment. I hear a piano playing over the speaker, then a LIVE voice (I was in the back looking at the wonderful art display from the local elementary) 🤗. A talent. Juels Bland SIR... Let me tell y'all he started on the keys and then transitioned to the strings. He had my ear and made my meal and drink much more enjoyable. I love the atmosphere that comes together to make OCA Mocha

A quaint coffee shop that is great for plugging in a computer and getting a lot of remote work done. The Oca Mocha latte was very tasty. Pricing was the equivalent of Starbucks ($6.00 for a large). If in the area again, I definitely would stop in. They do have a community meeting room that was in use and would be handy for a team/club meeting. Looks like they have live entertainment sometimes.

What a fantastic community space/coffee shop! I ordered an iced latte (delicious) and stayed for a minute to look something up on my phone - didn't realize I would get to enjoy live music at the same time! Definitely make an effort to come here for coffee/snack - There's plenty of seating and service is warm and friendly! There's also a variety of events that happen in the back space. I went to the restroom and passed by people painting and brunching!

Great little cafe/study spot in arbutus around the corner from the middle and elementary schools. There is a parkmobile lot across the street as well as available street parking. It seems to be partnered with nearby UMBC (utilized eduroam wifi network) and so has a large student crowd. There is a hallway of artwork and community room to use. Very cool spot

Love stopping by in the morning after work. Yummy food and coffee. Love that each booth has its own USB port. Great staff! Nice having a coffee place minutes from home. The only thing I would change is the type of music being played, I'm sure the college age patrons enjoy it. However, I'm a bit older and would enjoy more of a coffee shop/ cafe sound.

I've been coming here for a while and should have already written this! This is my favorite local coffee shop, and absolute gem. The current seasonal menu is perfection. The staff is always quick and friendly.

I understand how this place can be intriguing to some. It offers a quiet place to meet with others and work. The drink selection is minimal and the taste is just okay, however, the staff is kind and pleasant.

Great coffee. Great neighborhood coffee shop vibe. There is so much room for activities. I love to sit and write here in the mornings. I also enjoy meeting here for work meetings. Highly recommend Oca Mocha.

A great spot to come to if you want a good coffee (I'm a big fan of their Americanos! My partner will get chai lattes which are a bit sweet for their liking but they also like my Americanos). It's also a lot of fun to sit and work here for a bit, and it's a very social spot for college students and long term residents alike. Would highly recommend! The food options are also really great. I can't remember the exact sandwich I got (I think the southwest?) but it was nice and filling for a very decent price point. Some veggie & vegan options available. Occasionally they will have some live music!

Super cute, chill, spacious but intimate little spot. Looks like they have a live entertainment setup, not sure if music or readings or what goes on there. Was in the area to pick up some product samples and it was the closest coffee shop to me so I decided to try it out. Got a cappuccino and "The Deep" bagel sandwich, both were delicious. Capp had lots of foam, flavor was great. Sandwich was delicious and bagel was fresh. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely make it a point to stop by.

They let you reserve their meeting room for events free of charge and the place is really nice. Very good food and drinks and super clean place. It looks great visually and it's air conditioned well. There are also multiple bathrooms and they are very clean. Customer service is great as well, highly recommend.

It's such a chill lovely little coffee shop. I'm from out of state, but this place is really so comfy & spacious to hang & enjoy a delicious Oca Mocha! I really love that they have vegan options! I wasn't even looking, but so glad that is an option there. :)

Nice, quaint little cafe in the heart of Catonsville. Picked this place as a meet up location between where I lived and where my friend lives. Saw that this is a new coffee place near my old university. It's peaceful! Very nicely decorated, employees are very nice and make nice recommendations. The atmosphere is nice, and there are board games, books, and a small area for local bands or artists to perform.

Great coffee and all about the community! All items are reasonably priced as well. I came in today and received excellent service. They even helped me find the perfect place to put an advertisement flier for a show I’m in. Happy to have this spot in my neighborhood ☺️

Cute space with nice seating and sometimes live music. Coffee is hit or miss, the latte is fine, the espresso by itself is a bit too watery and hot but still definitely drinkable. Food is delicious though, and there is a full on vegan menu with plenty of options and true variety, including vegan wings I have not tried but heard are in fact delicious. Strongly recommend.

I love OCA Mocha! It has been my go to for coffee ever since they opened up. They are always consistent and get my regular order of a vanilla latte with oat milk always right. I have tried their breakfast options which have been a nice surprise for a coffee shop. “The Deep” is a really yummy breakfast sandwich which I strongly recommend. The owners care about their customers and always provide great customer service! They have a wide variety of dairy free and flavor options which is fun to choose from. Come here if you love cozy coffee shops that make you feel at home.

The vegan sausage & egg bagel was actually good, even though the plain bagel was too chewy. The chai latte was missing something. It was so-so on the spice, but not sweet enough. Glad to have a hot drink on a cold day, but the taste was too bland to finish it. I got the impression they're good at the basics and it's best not to get too fancy with orders.

I tried their cortado, and the flavor was on point! It reminded me of my go to coffee beverage when I lived in Spain. The Music Matters artists were also playing, and the music was great!

Did NOT disappoint. I had their signature drink...in iced form. SO good. Also had their popular Southwest retriever sandwich, very good! Cute inside. Nice atmosphere. There's a bookshelf with books, puzzles, and games! Definitely going back.

They are absolutely amazing. Their signature drink is fabulous hot or cold and their food is just as good as it is healthy. Nice cozy coffee shop that is an avid supporter in the community.

I really want a neighborhood business like this to succeed, and I think this one has a good shot. The food is good, the coffee drinks are solid, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Plus, the inside is super cute and clean.

I visited Maryland for the first time and was pleased to find this cute cafe near the place we were staying. The baristas we're very friendly and got to talking to one of them about the music they were playing in the cafe. She even queued my favorite song ❤️ We ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee. It was the perfect portion for our morning. I can see myself coming back when I'm in town again.
