This place is a nice place to go with family. It has a beautiful scenic view and there are many stops along the way. The only downfall is that there are areas where the homeless have created encampments for themselves, this is risky since many people take their children and/ or will go alone. Will feel safer is there was a park ranger roaming through the park.

Enjoy fantastic views of the park at this spring, after days of snow at the mountains. It is very rare.

I love what they've done with the water conservation park. I moved out of El Monte more than 10 years ago, but I rediscovered this gem about a year ago when looking for a place to walk my dog while visiting family. It keeps improving every time I come. It's a great place to take your dog on a walk or take a stroll with friends and family. If you like birdwatching, this is also a great place. Recently, we spotted several turkey vultures! It's also great for jogging and biking. Highly recommended.

Nice park, free to enter, sufficient parking. There are a lot of homeless people but they kept their distance and seemed polite when I said hi. The reason I did not rate it a five-star is because some of the ground areas were in the process of being renovating.

I think they need to have more areas to sit down at. It's a beautiful area to learn to fish. The water is nice but I only dipped not swim. I saw the signs on there. I'm happy for the bathroom.

Peck Road Water Conservation Park is a 0.5 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near El Monte, California that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, nature trips, bird watching, and fishing and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail. Parking is free. I like that this park has a good view of San Gabriel Mountains. Overall, it’s a decent park but it can be better.

This park is very clean and well managed. There is a biking area as well as as a biking trail able to take you to other parts of Los Angeles. This park is also dog friendly. The lake view is absolutely stunning during sunset. Good place to take a stroll around and enjoy the breeze and the view of the small lake.

The popular recreational park. Very nice and peaceful lake with the San Gabriel Mountains in the background. Every season has its own charm. I love this park. Your dog allowed. It covers over 100 acres and features a variety of natural habitats, including wetlands, ponds, and grassy areas with picnic tables. The great place to visit for anyone interested in birdwatching, hiking, picnicking, jogging, or just enjoying the outdoors. There are many points of interest within the park... a nature center for visitors of all ages, a fishing pond, and several hiking trails.

The park was peaceful & beautiful. I felt like I was far away from a big city & one with nature. It was a great experience.

We took our two dogs and little one for a walk here. Everybody is kind and polite to one another. The park is also very clean. I was also told that coyotes pop up around the bushes and trees and to be careful with my Chihuahua. Just a heads up and keep your pet near the sidewalk and away from the bushes and trees that are next to the river. Overall beautiful.

Nice, quaint little park. There is water year-round and has lots of information boards about the local ecology. Also a great view of the San Gabriel mountain range.

I love bike riding here. The park itself is pleasant. It's nice what different conservation groups have done to beautify the area.

Altough was windy, but the view is nice. Less people compared to popular parks on the late afternoon weekend.

We were so impressed with the beauty of this location as a start for our cycling ride. The reservoir levels are high from this year's rains and the plants are lush. Clean bathrooms and a lovely trail.

Small, hidden from the main road, quiet, has a bike and hiking trail, a small pond for meditation.

Great bike oath. No cars and miles and miles to ride. 30 miles to the beach
