Very moldy. Smelled like rodent pee and bug poop throughout my first year there. Stove tops were very Rusty and worn down and cabinets had crusty, water stained floors with small piles of dust and crumbs from the people that lived there before. At least I had amazing roommates. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place to any students. It's not easy finding a place to live up here. It didn't ruin the amazing time I had in school but it is concerning to know that there is quite a bit of lack of sources in student housing and health care up here. And it shows.

Tiny moldy cave.

I lived here 1999-2000. We won a class action against the owners not long after. They were garbage then. I can only imagine how horrifying they are now. Sliding glass doors that people could pop open for a front door. Mold. Water off for repairs like once a week. So many issues and horrible tenants. Should be condemned.
